I have complained for over 3 years about my air conditioning unit leaking. It has my wall and molding wet and growing mold. Was told that it was going to be fixed but never happened. The wall was cut out but not finished. I also had to buy 2 light fixtures out of my pocket. 1 for the kitchen, 1 for dinning room. I was told that I would get the price taken from my rent. Gave office lady the receipt but never received a discount on my rent. I'm out $243.67 for light fixtures.

This place is a rat hole and roach-infested. There are no improvements and the counters are painted to represent false marble. There are no kitchens that have been redone and this is 2019. Management and maintained sucks as there is only one maintenance person hired for the entire complex. Do not move to this roach-infested rat trap

Horrible, ------, Broke down, Bugs!!!! Boom Boom Base and Thuggish teens running around until all hours in the night. Cock Roaches! The supplied Dryer doesnt work, 2 days to dry 1 load. No Air conditioner twice in 2 weeks. Literally near 90 in the apartment at all times. The office lady is rude, and all around poor attitude. Instead of fixing the A/C they gave us a lease violation, because my husband didnt add me to the lease. Their way of evicting us, and moving people in that dont care the conditions. Sad but True! 100% looks nice from the outside, but once you rent, it is not what appears to be. DONT DO IT!!!!

Avoid units 212, 209 and 211. There is also another building on the left when you go in the main gate-residents are outside constantly and throw very loud outdoor parties. The dryer in my unit, was horrendous. It took 3.5 hours to dry a load. The hot water comes and goes. But seriously, avoid units 212, 209, 211. You will never know what peace and quiet means because unit 210 has a family in there full of feet stompers, screaming children/parents, loud stair walkers and hard door slammers. I'll never have louder neighbors in my life.

Living in these apartments has its pros and cons. It's pros: quiet, washer and dryer in unit, and nice neighbors. It's cons: management now sucks (it use to be a bit better), the water and water heater is shared by the whole complex (so you never get nice hot water when taking a shower. Usually it's been somewhat warm to freezing.), and to rub salt into your wounds, they don't charge you a fixed rate on your water usage. I was talking to someone else in the complex, and we compared the water bill price. My water bill was 40$ (kind of weird because last month... It was 10$), and the other tenant's water bill was 100$. Now mind you, the other tenant was outside the apartment complex, visiting another country for 20 days. So how can I be paying less when I'm using a bunch of water and the other tenant was gone for most of the month? So, they don't really know how much water you truly use... They're just pulling numbers out of thin air. Another pet peeve I had was the cockroach problem. I was literally overrun with cockroaches. They were even crawling over me at night. I kept calling, saying that something needs to be done, only to get this guy spraying some stuff here and there and quickly leaving. It did nothing. The cockroaches didn't really die from it. In fact, I think they ate the so called pesticide and made more babies. I ended up buying that powder stuff, and kept it everywhere for months on end. Finally, the cockroaches started slowly dying out, until the last baby ate the powder and freaking died. Thank goodness! But that was a cockroach war I fought on my own, and the management wasn't that helpful.

Its been a pleasure living in synott square. My kids and I feel very safe here and the management has been more than helpful in facilitating the moving in process. When we first moved in, the staff was quick to accommodate to any issues we had and I appreciate their promptness. My children and I plan on staying here a while

I was kind of worried coming from a house to an apartment after so long, but the staff has made it easy for me and my children, and I am enjoying my new apartment.

Its really pleasure for us to stay in such nice , family type apartments. since last year 2015, we find it peaceful, accessible to main location, and the management is truly friendly, they listen properly and take action on the spot if anything required. In my case, we didn't get any problem yet . in short , we feel living like in our own home.
