I like that the property is walking distance to good restaurants. I can eat and then take a walk around the corner. The bus stop is not to far as well. The manager is nice and helpful. I gave them cookies

I moved in 2 months and Tracy the manager has been great. First off I love the apartment and space. She has been nothing but wonderful since she has been helping me. They have too two dog parks and the tennis court across. I would recommend anyone to apply

I was told unit X was available and that I can apply for it, so I purchased a renter's insurance policy for unit X and submitted an application. A few days later, they asked me if I would accept unit Y instead. I said yes. I then went and updated my renter's insurance policy. A week after that, they asked me if I could send them an updated copy of my insurance policy with the new unit number, and I did so the following day. Later on, when I checked the billing history, I discovered they charged me a $20 penalty for not having an insurance policy on file with the correct number from the beginning. I called the billing department to explain that it's unreasonable to punish me when I've done and paid everything they've ever asked, promptly, from the beginning. The woman didn't give a damn about how unfair it was or about winning a customer back over. She talked like a lawyer, kept repeating the terms, and refused to give me back the $20. The property management company is Richdale, which manages many properties in this area. Be warned.

Don’t move here. Seriously, no matter what they entice you with. I signed the lease in 2023, and upon the initial inspection, i notified the management that the AC was not working. Long story short, it took 9 months to resolve the AC issue and get it working again. Meanwhile the temps in the apartment were in the 80’s in the Texas heat. For all that, management offered a $150 compensation-which is an insult. Next issue: you will be charged for things that they don’t do. I’ve been paying for the valet trash service, however, trash is not picked up 4 times per week as promised-I’ve gone for over 15 days before the trash is picked up-and the only reason it’s picked up is because i complain. Management is not fixing the problem and not taking charges off the rent. That’s causing another issue: roaches and fleas. My place is now infested with roaches and fleas. Roaches are everywhere-in the cabinets, in the dishwasher, in the bathroom-there’s a hoard of them here. Management arranged for the service to come spray (it’s only on Tuesdays, which isn’t even enough) and sometimes they don’t event come when scheduled. Next issue: rampant theft-people’s homes are getting broken into, there’s absolutely no security on this property-not at the gate, which is open half the time. Trucks are getting tailgates stolen right on the property, and the management is not doing anything about it. Finally, they are quite dishonest in the way they present themselves. The company that owns this apartment complex is called Slosburg Company out of Omaha, Nebraska. If those of you that live here, want to file a complaint against them in , they seem to somewhat respond there ( 66

Been here 9 months have raccoon traps up now amazing maintenance came at night for air conditioning .. got on garage wall to fix is asap . Of course u use Victor theramone roach traps to help the exterminator also kills everything .. we don't even know we have any neighbors like living in the country I guess . Maintenance is outstanding wow love giving them cokes only one painter stole a bucket maybe thought it was his by accident I guess we had left a while . Just real simple life .. can't get over that it's walking distance to everything even though vi don't do it . Have a lot of family fly in here to stay with us here they love it so glad these people r on there toes !!! Praise god

I made a review on this complex when I moved here in 2019. At the time the management was incredible and the attention to resident concerns were great. Since 2021 however, I have not had the same experience. I will start by saying I have stayed here due to the cost of living. However, if you can afford elsewhere I would not suggest dealing with this hassle. In the time I have been here, this is the list of issues I have experienced: •my ceiling has caved in •a leak from inside my wall caused my carpet to be completely soaked and develop a very musky smell in the apartment •when I got out of an abusive domestic relationship it took the complex 3 weeks to replace my keys •when my window broke it took months to repair •I have been without AC in the summer 3 times I moved into a different apartment thinking the issues would stop. When I moved in it took about 6 months for them to provide me with a working dishwasher and oven/stove. My fridge broke and spoiled all my food. I did not have a fridge for a couple of weeks and when I called corporate to discuss reimbursement I was given the run around and never contacted again. Recently a leak started to come through my ceiling (I now live on the second floor) and when I called I was told this was not an emergency and that’s what I have insurance for. I understand there are policies for everything, but when there are raccoons LIVING in the roof, I consider that a major issue. It’s not just the issues that keep occurring but the treatment I have received by the staff, management, and corporate office over these past couple of years. Again, avoid this place if you can.

These apartments are infested with raccoons!!! I have contacted the office multiple times and haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s hard to sleep at night hearing them walking around in the attic. I have contacted the city and also local news to come and cover my story. I mean come on it’s really not safe and I wouldn’t want anybody else to have to deal with what I’m dealing with! I have children that I can’t leave alone in the room by themselves because fear of them being attacked by raccoons probably with rabies. I can’t sleep at night I’m always listening to them scratching the walls and running around. It’s sad that the owners are allowing this and not hiring anyone to get rid of them. How can they get away with this or sleep at night while I’m up making sure my family won’t get attacked by a family of raccoons it’s so disgusting!!! Please please please don’t even waist your time or money coming here.

I just want to say Tracy was truly a gem and so helpful. She was so pleasant and nice. She really went out of her way to help to family and provide wonderful services and she is very intelligent and pleasant

I love working with Tracy Is so helpful . She took me on a tour and showed me around the whole property everywhere and showed me everything. She was so great and nice and I loved everything that she showed me
