okae..being that im a single mother..i started off looking for a CHEAP 1 bedroom apt..and well..i got exactly what i asked for! a CHEAP APT!the bedroom they showed me {the showroom} was nothin at all like the one i got! roaches greeted me at my damn door! omg! THEM NASYT RODANTS WERE EVERYWHERE!! I tried bombing..i tried telling the office that my house was under attackk..and did u think they gave a shyt! no! it take years just to get MAINTANCE to get they --- up to fix anything! when one persons toilet stops up..oh best believe YOURS WILL BE TOO! its just awful i tell you! even though rent was cheap as hell..for 12mths straight..me and my daughter been livin in a hell hole! they should be ashamed of the way shyt is taken care of around them apts! thank GOD..my lease is up! im gettn the hell outta there..PASSING GO.AND NEVER LOOKING BAKK!!!!!!!!!! UGH!

JESUS...............Do not, I said do not move to this apartment. It's equevalant of hell on eath. Just moved from west COAST on january to this apartment without knowing the evil that was to be fall me.The closest word for this apartment is HELL. Talk about the manager and ONE OF THE LADY THERE CALLED DEE, she is related to the ----- HIMSELF. One of my neighboor told be that she is alway's angry for no just reason. Though the rent is cheap, but you can find someother apartment as cheap as that with humen individual working there. as am writing to you guy's am parking my stuff out of this horrible NEXT. Before i go, it will be niCe to note that i have no HOT WATER SINCE I MOVED IN HERE, I HAVE CONTACTED THEM ONLY GOD KNOWS HOW MANY TIMES BUT NO SHOW. tODAY I WENT THERE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT ARE ALSO OUT OF HOT WATER. I SET TO FIND THE TRUTH, TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS TRUE. I will not recommend this TRASH to my worst enemy. My advice is RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

IF YOU ENJOY, COMFORT, PEACE, AND SAFETY THEN DONT MOVE HERE. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE SEVERAL TIMES. IF IT WASNT THE LATINOS FIGHTING AND GETTING DRUNK THEN IT WAS THE BLACK AMERICANS SMOKING WEED AND PARTYING ALL NIGHT LONG. I AM A BLACK AMERICAN. EVERYTIME I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN THEY SAID THEY'D TAKE CARE OF IT. THIS PLACE IS A SLUM COMPLEX DONT MOVE HERE. PEOPLE HAD ANY SIZE ANIMAL THEY WANTED AND THEY POOPED EVERYWHERE. PEOPLE WERE WORKING ON CARS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.

I moved in without reading this website, the rent was cheap so I went for it... 369 for a one bedroom. Dirt cheap right???? OMG lets just say you get exactly what you pay for. upon moving in, my floor was litter with dead roaches, and it reeked of pesticide. I sign the lease on a Friday, and by Monday I had moved out. I got the apartment for myself only, and I chose the first floor. The patio had no fence around it, and you could actually walk from the parking-lot right onto my patio, it was a break-in waiting to happen. Oh and too many suspicious looking characters lingering around outside. If you have the gonads to move in go right ahead. Take my word MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
