Great place to live. Close to everything. The maintenance is always on point. Whenever I put in a service request it gets fixed in minutes. The staff is always nice and welcoming. It’s a great community overall.

It has been a month since I moved into my apartment and all I can say is that Camden Stonebridge made my move back to Houston smooth. Despite the challenge of me move-in during the snowstorm/ power outage, the management team went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in my apartment on move-in day. Thanks to the management and maintenance staff, my move back to Houston has been a great and smooth experience.

I have made Camden Stonebridge my home for over 12 years and absolutely love living here. The Management Team is always professional, courteous and shows appreciation for their residents. They are helpful, no matter the situation. The apartments are lovely, with updated designs and appliances that is maintained whenever needed by the wonderful Maintenance Team. I especially like that the complex is a small community that is near to everything – shopping, dining, etc., kept clean and has nice amenities.

I am very happy with living here. I have lived here for 18 years and have no complaints whatsoever. People are very friendly here, as if they are my family. I feel very happy and comfortable with them.

David Alcala, from the maintenance team was amazing, courteous and extremely effective in solving the problem. He took his time to explain what happened and how he fixed the problem. He cleaned the area afterwards always with a friendly smile and professionalism. Camden is fortunate to have him on its staff.

Raeni was extraordinarily helpful with my leasing and move-in process. She was very accommodating and went the extra mile to answer all of my questions and make things go smoothly. My unit was in great condition upon move-in and the cleaning supplies, waters, and free pizza were a thoughtful touch. Camden has even provided free Chic Fil A breakfast by the exit gates for residents on their way into work. This is my first time leasing with Camden and won't be my last. Great job Raeni and Camden A+++!!!

I couldn't be any happier living in this community. My experience at Camden Stonebridge has been way more than pleasant. Since the very first day I came to visit while looking for a place in Houston I was treated very nicely. From all the places I went, this one is the nicest place they treated me when touring and they still do. The maintenance staff are super hard working people that always keep up with everything that needs repair and they are constantly improving the community in every aspect. I want to thank all of Camden Stonebridge staff, especially Cynthia Martinez, Daniel Moriss and Lisseth Martinez for making my stay at Camden to be as in home.

I love this community. I can not say enough good things about the staff, the cleanliness of the property, and the maintenance crew. If I have any issues with anything in my apartment requests are done immediately if possible. I was contemplating leaving the complex but after I talked to the property manager, Lisseth Martinez, I immediately renewed. I must say she is hands down the best. If you state your concerns to her she listens and tries her best to work with you to get it resolved or come up with an alternative. Do not hesitate if you're thinking about moving here.

I have been a resident here for two years, i love everything about it. Maintenance is amazing, the staff is amazing as well, they are friendly and always helpful. The community is always clean and i know they everything to keep us happy.

My experience so far has been very pleasant. The administration team and the maintenance team is really friendly and efficient. They are always friendly and helpful when I go to the office or call and my maintenance request are always completed quickly. I like the community portal, the office staff is very engaging and very attentive to any requests or concern. I enjoy this place.
