“The neighbors are nice as well as the manager. The maintenance guys handle problems asap. The area is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. I can see myself staying here for years to come. Also the apartments are very spacious.”

“Great staff and understanding of all situations as long as you communicate. They have gone above and beyond for my family. Maintenance request are always taken care of the same day and office staff is always available via all forms of communication.”

“Office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is very responsive. The grounds are fairly well maintained. The facilities like the pool and gym are well kept. We haven't had any security issues since we moved in. We love living here.”

“I been here since 2022 & I really enjoy living here. Quiet community, apts are spacious & have the amenities I wanted. Staff is pleasant, maintenance is very quick in response. They are upgrading the gym which is a Big Plus.”

“Complex is clean and great community. The staff is nice and very professional. Quick with helping. The residents app is very easy to use and easy way to get updates on what's going on in the property.”

“Don't have anything to say Place is nice a comfortable. Overall it's an okay place to live but if you're with people smoking weed in the apartments and having it smell in your apartment. That's the only complain I have”

“Nice clean community. Maintenance fixes when you put work order in no delays. Quite place to live. No roaches in community. Management is help friendly. Plenty of parking. There is a big park for the kids.”

“I have a few months living here and love everything about it, its quiet and the pool is always clean. Its a perfect place for my little family. My daughters love it too, they feel comfortable and safe, as do I.”

“The office and maintenance staff are great and very good addressing issues specially maintenance issues. No complaints here. Love this place. You guys are doing amazing job! I wish I would stop closing the pool when people do stupid stuff since you needed. 200 more characters that's only thing I have to say.”

“Nice place but buildings are shifting and getting old. Because of that insects come through and I have to request the exterminator a few times a year. Also not a kid friendly place no bike riding in the community .”

“My experience at this community has been great! I have not had any issues with anything. They fix things very promptly and efficiently. Management has been great all the years I have been here. It's quiet and pleasant living next to a beautiful nature park as well.”

“I have no complaints and a good experience besides the neighbor under my apartment smoking marihuana frequently, and the smell of marihuana invades my apartment, and it is powerful. The management staff are nice.”

“The apartment that I was shown was very nice, I liked the sunroom,and the environment was pleasant. The bed rooms are a nice size, comes with washer and dryer, so that's plus. The over all lay out is nice.”

“The experience for me has been overall great, the complex is definitely quiet and haven't had many issues regarding break ins or car thefts. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and hope to continue to reside here until I'm ready to live somewhere else”

“Living here has been a great experience. I have not had any issues with neighbors or management. They are very attentive and go above and beyond to assist you. The only issue I had was my AC and it was fixed the same day when I reported it. I'm very grateful for the staff.”
