“Ridiculous to think that such a nice and calm area is becoming a sanctuary for thugs that walk around at all hours of the night making neighbors who have been here for years feel unsafe in their own homes hope the problem gets solved soon”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“Unless you are down for WHATEVER and this is your LAST option….Find somewhere else to live. The office staff is incompetent at their job and must have been offered on the job training because no one knows more than the other. The security guard is here because he lives here (go figure)! Does he do his job…let’s see: A car was stolen and was on property for 3 days and never was reported! Another car was stolen from out in the open no notices was put out! The management team doesn’t care unless one of them comes home and don’t have anywhere to park…then Harris county towing will be called to tow the cars that are not register mind you…you only get to register 10 people a month. If you have two full bathrooms only one will be operational. The black lady in the office always have a “duh” look on her face because she really only know the bare minimum. This place is garbage from front to back and you will never know who your management team will be month to month! I HATE IT HERE BUT IF IT WAS A WAY TO GET AROUND AN EVICTION….I would clean this apartment out and leave!”
— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“This complex is horrible trash always full, and I inviting. Kids and teens running around all times of day and night. It’s loud music being played. Maintenance always horrible over 2 week waits for simple request. Things always broke. Everything needs to be updated everything is outdated. It didn’t feel safe. They towed cars even if you were parked in front of the leasing office. Horrible place to stay don’t do it!!!”
“Hello To Everyone please do not rent from the Park At Fallbrook they may like they really want to help you but in the end they lie don’t tell the truth the apartment fail three times they did not even tell me housing had to tell me when I went out there to them on Wednesday the manger .The Manger does not even no what mantanice is doing half the time all they do is sit on there lazy behind and do nothing the Manger would not even go back there and check to see if they really working that apartment.I happen to stop by there to check to see if they were doing anything to it they had not done anything to the apartment this why it failed three times that is no excused for that everything that everybody posted is true. They lie for each other you cannot believe a word that is coming out of there mouth so who ever is owner of this property please stop telling people to come back and talk to the manager because she is not right.”

— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I have been wanting to post a great review and now that I have the chance I am going to give them a "5" star review! I have been a resident for over a year and I am glad I moved here. Quiet property, office staff so nice and on top of that an awesome maintenance team. Any time I email the office they are so fast to respond whether I have a concern or simply need some information. If I place a work order it gets done the same day. Property is also in great location recently a new HEB opened up just minutes away from this property and that's not all let me tell you I can't wait to see the new development of Braes Bayou along North Braeswood I love to walk on the bike trails so for anyone that likes the outdoors either for a run or a walk this is the place to move to. I leased here because this property has great reviews! I strongly recommend.”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“Absolutely love, love, love these apartments! I lived here from 2015-2017 (Harvey). I lived in a different community for 2 years and hated it. After living in the crossing I had high expectations. Maintenance is very prompt whenever I call about anything it's immediately handled. I never have to call about anything and if I do it's simple stuff light bulb or filter change. Community is well kept everybody very friendly. Letty (Manager) is the absolute BEST. I love her! She is very considerate, understanding, and extremely helpful. With all this being said can you tell that I MOVED BACK! Made it back in 08/2019 and it has been the exact same that I remembered it to be. I love the location it's close to work and my kids school. My experience has been quite peachy. Erika :)”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“MANAGEMENT MAKES MONEY ON THE SIDE BY CHARGING FOR PARKING SPACE IN ADDITION TO ALL THE OTHER CHARGES THAT ADD UP. THE PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND THE MANAGEMENT GETS A CUT FROM VEHICLES THAT ARE TOWED ON THE HINT OF A DISCREPANCY LIKE IF YOUR WHEEL CROSSES OVER THE LINE. RENT IS PAID AND PARKING A VEHICLE SHOULD BE A PART OF THE RENT FOR THE APARTMENT BUT NOT SO... YOU HAVE TO PAY $10 FOR A SPACE EVERY MONTH AND YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 2 SPACES ! THAT'S $20 EXTRA GOING TO THE OFFICE. HELP DOESN'T LAST LONG BECAUSE OF THE POLICY OF HE MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT HAS ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT TO TOW VEHICLES IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT. THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY IN WHO HAS TOWED YOUR VEHICLE OR WHERE IT IS !!!!!! I HAVE TAKEN THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND IT COST THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY A MINIMUM OF $2,000 TO HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION PRESENT AT SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I RECOMMEND YOU SUE TO RECOVER YOUR TOWING EXPENSES. THEY PAY $10.00 FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU PAY TO FILE AND SERVE THE CLAIM FOR RECOVERY OF TOWING CHARGES..... DON'T BE AFRAID EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS TO COURT FOR MISDEEDS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. YOU HIT THEM IN THE POCKET BOOK AND THERE WILL BE NO CHRISTMAS BONUS FOR BERKLEY SQUARE THIS YEAR ! THE TOWING COMPANY ONLY COMES AT THE DEAD OF NIGHT. THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND WRECKERS ARE EXEMPT FROM HOUSTON REGULATIONS CONCERNING WRECKERS BECAUSE THE TOWING WAS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF HOUSTON... TOWING COMPANY IS GETTING AWAY WITH THEFT OF YOUR AUTO IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CROSSINGS AT BERKLEY SQUARE MANAGEMENT COMPANY ASSET PLUS..... SUE THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT WHERE THE POOR MAN CAN BE HEARD !!!! EVERYTHING IS MADE TO BE A ADDENDUM TO THE LEASE BUT THE L;EASE ISN'T "THE LAW" ! CHALLENGE THESE ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY FILING IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT ON CHIMNEY ROCK...... YOU CAN BE HEARD AND IT PUTS FEAR INTO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO HAVE A CONTRACT BUNCH OF LAWYERS REPRESENT THEM IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE.... IT COST THEM MORE THAN THE TOWING CHARGES YOU HAD TO PAY AND ONLY IF YOU FIGHT THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL THEY RECONSIDER TOWING VEHICLES AWAY ..... THE SITE MANAGER MAKES MONEY BESIDES THE $10 A MONTH YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE.... THE OFFICE COMES UP WITH SMOKE SCREEN DIALOGUE TO CONFUSE THE ISSUE OF PARKING AS IT THEY WHO PROFIT FROM THE TOWING COMPANY..... DON'T GIVE UP[ AND DON'T GIVE IN..... FIGHT IT WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACTION.”

— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I love this community because it's quiet and lots of families. The maintainers are great and always stay on top of their work. I stay right by the pool, and I absolutely love my apartment. The best part is the vanity in the master bedroom. All units are updated. I couldn't say enough great things.”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I wish I could give negative stars!!! If you're thinking of moving here...DON'T!!! You'll regret it! I HATE living here...now. When I first moved in it was great. The office staff was friendly and there were little to no issues. Fast forward to the present, there has been at least two changes in the entire office staff and this last crew is the WORST (for lack of a better word). My apartment was flooded due to negligence of my neighbor months ago. I was given a water vacuum to clean it up myself. Needless to say now there is mildew on the walls. The apartments are infested with roaches. I have an exterminator request every other month. The trash at the dumpsters is embarrassing. I won't let anyone come over because I'm ashamed of the massive amounts of trash that's always surrounding the dumpsters. OH and good luck with finding parking. The ONLY reason I'm still there is because I just recently signed a new lease expecting a change since there was a change in management (my mistake). I've contacting corporate multiple times an NO ONE ever address the issue or bother contacting you to acknowledge your concern. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.”

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!”
— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“Terrible place to live, don't move here there's always problems with the lights going off, water is usually shut down, no visitors parking at all, you pay 10$ for every parking spot you're assigned , pest fee every month for some guy to come and just spray the cracks of the kitchen and corner of your home. We get charged for this and I still find roaches everyday. We clean our apartment everyday and never have food left out, I don't know if it's because of the bayou nearby or what. Also, this place gets flooded so better pick a second floor if you want your stuff to be saved when it rains. They remodeled a couple units but, it's cheaply made. The cabinets have scrapes , the door knobs are loose, the patio has woood that's rotten. People always leave trash around the dumpster instead of dumping it inside. The staff is nice, but what good does that do? The gate doesn't always work either. You can find a way better apartment for 1000$ with two bathrooms and with an actual washer and dryer inside your unit. The washer and dryers inside the complex are always dirty and some don't even work. The place does look pretty nice, but it's not worth it once you're already living here. And these apartments don't have washer and dryer inside the units , just outside the apartment complex for everyone to use.”

— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“Horrible horrible horrible place to stay. Maintenance sucks they don't fix anything. My stove never worked properly it would set off the smoke alarms. Management is ------ and they change constantly the present one is trash. I lived there for a year paid on time and never causes any problems. Heat went out on one of the coldest days houston had. It was snowing and from my understanding this is an emergency but they refuse to come out and fix it. Get a receipt if u pay anything they had theft problems from their management and refuse to return my deposit. I am in the process of suing. Right before I moved out my neighbor had a home invasion man ran in with a shotgun and held her kids and her up. And my car was broken into with security on property. It's not worth the money. Find somewhere else to live”

— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“I'm just patiently waiting until my lease is over...I'M OUTTA HERE!!! There has been at 11 managers since moving here in 2008. This is only April there has been 3 managers already, so we don't know much about the new manager, but hope she does more than what the others have promised or at least try to!!! Noise is terrible; Residents just drive and throw their trash out the windows, walk and throw it on the grounds (beer cans, food and whatever); Police are here every week; residents have received letters to be careful of their surrounds because there has been robberies at gunpoint; NO SECURITY; Drug selling; grocery store carts always on property and the children play in them (dangerous); Roaches, Roaches, Roaches. The best part of this complex, is the maintenance crew, they all do a great job, but Richard (who has been here ever since I moved in) is awesome!!! He really tries to get your problems fixed!!! They need to keep him!!! I once loved this place, it was once quite and clean, but now my rating has gone from 5 - 0000 and would not recommend anyone to move here...NOT AT ALL (not unless, you like this kind of living conditions.)”

— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I have lived at this community since 2008 and I honestly can say that I am satisfied I like this community. It's convenient to shopping, schools and on bus line. Maintenance is great and very stable just like management. Despite the flood which is something that is beyond our control I don't regret living here. When I move out it will be only if my family grows or I have purchased a home. I would truly refer family or friends to move to this community. Staff is always available and always try to find solutions to almost anything, they are very pleasant and caring.”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“The Crossings at Berkley Square Apartments has several great qualities that I have personally enjoyed and experienced for several years. The convenient location is minutes away from major shopping centers, malls, schools, restaurants, hospitals, major sporting venues and freeways. The staff is professional and always accesable and maintenance request are resolved quickly. The Apartments are family oriented, quiet, clean and affordable.”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“The location is a huge plus factor as you have quick access to stores and banks. Going anywhere is convenient since you have access to two major freeways (610 and 59). The area is also relatively safe, the crime rates are low and I have never felt uneasy living here. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests and the management office is responsive to your requests. My neighbors are quiet and everyone living here has been friendly and polite. These apartments are cheaper compared to others in the area and although the amenities are not the fanciest, for the price and location, you are getting more than what you are paying for.”

— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I have been here for almost a year and I love this small complex. The manager is quick to resolve your issues without any hesitation. The complex is small so getting to know your neighbors is not a problem. Living across from the bayou you can only expect the disasters that may happen. We were flooded but the staff was on top of it the minute the complex was accessible. The moved fast to either get us into another place and that is what mattered to my family and myself. I would definitely recommend The Crossing at Berkley Square for people to live in.”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I've lived here for a minute, and I absolutely love this small complex. Most of the tenants have lived here awhile, and are friendly. The managers are very professional, and they take the time to get to know you personally. If you put in a maintenance request they are prompt in getting your issue resolved. The grounds, are very well maintained, and management stays on top of people keeping their patios clear of clutter. It's also a great neighborhood if you have children, as there is a nice park in walking distance. Quiet and safe, The only issue is parking. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on the street.”

— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“Dangerous apartment. Limited guess parking and they love to tow your car, your family's car or friends. If they don't tow it someone will break into your car. No.security especially if you live in the back. Horrible. Don't let the looks fool you. If they open the rear gate , so more traffic can drive threw, there will be less auto and apartments burglarized, because cops use to drive threw here. Not since they locked the gate. Open the gate and I will delete this review.”

— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“I lived at The Crossings at Berkley Square for 8 years and just recently moved due to purchasing my first home. Living at the apartments was a pleasant experience, the location is excellent and the staff is professional and very helpful. I felt like they were family to me. The apartments are convinently located close to key places in the city of Houston such as, the Texas Medical Center, NRG, and the Galleria. I still reminisce on the moments we spent at the apartments. I could come in late at night and feel safe. The apartment complex is clean and will respond quickly to any emergency you may have. I also enjoyed that it is right across from the Braeswood Bayou where you can take a jog or go for a walk. I did that many times! The staff also have provide a newsletter every month where they inform you of different events happeing in the community and when they were going to have hot dogs and burgers to celebrate the beginning of summer and the pool opening. I have to say that The Crossings at Berkley Square is a place I would go back to live in if I had to rent an apartment. Thank you, Martha Molina”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“I cant wait for my lease to be up and I am running out of here. I have been here. This place is a full of scary looking people. They stole equipment out of my neighbors truck. When I go to bed I sleep wit one eye open. None of the management live on property, so they do not care.”
— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“I have lived here since June 2004 and I've watched it change from one management company to another. When I moved to this side of town I knew that it would be a perfect and safe community for me. I love the surrounding area, and I've always been familiar with the neighborhood for years while riding on the bus. I must say, because of convenience and the central location is the reason I have resided so long in the apartments. In addition to this, they are extremely reasonable for the condition. I've built a reputable standing relationship with the apartments and it's management, Letty and Lilly. They separately are two remarkable women but together they have and can truly get the job done. Of course every apartment complex have their share of issues. Here are just a few concerns that I've had over the years Landscaping (maintenance and up keep could be much better) grass is very scarce and way to much standing water which turns into mud when it rains. I would like to see more flowers and more grass that covers a lot of the dirt. Landscaping can really glamorize a house or complex. Parking (parking is very limited which leaves very little room for guest to park; this would also account for why paid parking is vital. It's alleviates residence taking additional parking space. I however hope that in the future, more space will be provided. Irresponsible pet owners- I absolutely abhore inconsiderate and irresponsible people who feel they are the exception to the rule. Not picking up pets has become the norm here and as much as we complain about this nothing is being enforced. Also sneaking pets onto the premises is a major problem. This could cut down on the pesky poop that's not being confiscated. Washer and Dryers- With continuous use these break very often. Not being able to fully dry my clothes is a pet peeve. A bigger pet peeve is not fixing it immediately or being considerate enough to post a sign for courteous purposes. Walk in gate access- all knobs should be changed out and replaced with newer knobs. My pet peeve is having to open the gate that has a latch instead of a knob. Also considering people with arthritic joints or sometimes weather elements that prevent the gates from properly working. Annual carpet cleaning- this use to be complimentary; something that was done annually but I'm not sure where things stand at this point. Implementing recycle bins- I love the planet, I would love for the apartments to climb on board with this idea. Water pressure in the showers should be improved. Sometimes I hardly get water and on certain nights my hot water doesn't work at all. Installing cameras- this would alleviate thieves and occasional break-ins, we could also locate pet owners who are not cleaning after their pets or owners who have not paid a deposit. Mainly this is safety for the complex. Are we able to afford a security guard? I would like to end on a great review, the maintenance staff is absolutely amazing and trustworthy. I have worked with them for years. I miss Antonio!!! I don't remember him leaving us but when he was here he was a diligent worker. They have even install things for you if you ask them. My only reason for leaving would be if I moved into a house. I love my neighbors! They have all been amazing to reside with and I love the apartments. They may have their cons but the biggest pro is Letty and Lilly. Thanks for being very understanding and patient. I think it also takes a great deal of empathy to be successful at this job. Renter since June 2004 T. White”
— 5900 N BRAESWOOD BLVD · Houston“This place is the worst place to be. Do not move here be warned. The new staff they have cant remember her name is extremely rude. They act like they are doing you a favor when you are actually paying rent and have never been late. ---- the manager is the worst of all. She lost her daughter a long time ago and it has since been her goal to pass that pain on to everyone else. She wants people to suffer like its their fault. As far as the apartment itself, it is filthy. They do not have a real maintenance personnel outside of a ----------- proficient male who tells you they do not replace appliances if broke. I wish they told me that before I moved in. The carpets are horrible. it took me 4 months to completely get rid of a roach problem because I ended up doing it myself. ------ tries to be nice sometime but very quickly turned rude and just like the rest of them. They assume because you are black you must be the bottom of scum. Only stay here if you want to be treated like that because that how i was treated and I am a working professional. The dumpster is never emptied. it is always full and trash all over. You'll have to get special shoes just for disposing your trash because you cannot bring them back in the house. This place in short is a nightmare. Update: 1/31/15 On 1/30/15 I was verbally harassed over the review above by ---- (the manager) over the above review obviously she knew who i was. I avoided going into details earlier but im not scared anymore since they already know who made the post. here is a little more info... I had been waiting on a call back from the for over 4 weeks on issues they are aware of. My son's christmas was ruined by rat attacks due to several holes in my apartment which i told the about from day 1 when i moved in and they kept saying they were superficial holes even though i told them their pest control told me the holes needed to be closed. On 12/24/14, I finally got to see rats for the first time in my life only that they were in my apartment having a party. Thank God for my neighbor who helped me kill one of the which was stuck with my son's Christmas present. To say the least our Christmas was ruined My one year old got sick due to this issue incurring over $3000 in hospital bills. Upon alerting them ------ said they put rat poisons (making it completely inhabitable for my one year old as those things kill humans too) and traps in my apartment as i expected a professional extermination be done and the holes sealed. Upon confronting ------, she said that's all they can do until i move out. I stayed in a hotel for weeks until i was able to find another apartment as i could not subject myself or my child to such living conditions. meanwhile they continued to collect rent even saying i signed the lease and they did not care. Corporate office did nothing at the time either they all avoided my calls and failed to call back till this day. I have found a wonderful apartment where my experience has been nothing but fantastic. I have lost over $4,000 in property as the rodents bore holes in my 7 month old furniture set. i slept in my new apartment without a bed or furniture for 2 weeks on a air mattress with my one year old son. I have been through so much emotional distress due to this issue so has my son. Yesterday ---- said to turn my keys in today. I did in hope that since i no longer live there and have been paying rent in 2 places to avoid them ruining my credit all this time, i will be reimbursed some-worth and the final rent be squashed. I gave the keys to the girls at 2:55pm, I requested a walk through which they declined. One of the girls again began verbally attacking me about the review above. (I thought my earlier review was ver linient given the situation) they claimed that ---- had lost her daughter recently and was still dealing with the pain and that I was only a victim of circumstance. They said in quote that "I was at the wrong place at the wrong time" that was why my situation got this bad. I explained to them that i had lost a child not very long ago and a sister also and i understand the hurt and my heart truly does go out to her in that respect but i don't see why i should have to pay for someone else's loss, because i paid my rent even through my hurt. They told me that "your child was never born" and "your pain is no were comparable". That was a mean thing to say. This here is just a scratch of what happened. To save some time i'll end this here. I could write a whole book on my experience. I still hope and pray they do the right thing because it is the right thing to do.”

— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“Hi my name is Verne I'm a resident here and have been for a few months. They helped me move in here, considering I have bad credit and warrants. But the time I've been here I've seen the trash not being picked up, there's always trash on the ground! I live in unit 912, so it's on the side, I see nothing but drug dealers outside. Once my lease is up I will look for another place.”
— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“Firstly, they rigged it do that my family and I could move in due to this being an income restricted property. My name could not be added to the lease, it was a known fact by the office personnel, and they gave me keys in my hands. Rent due date fell on a Sunday, and of course they aren't open to accept it. So,I come in after work to pay Monday, and they try to attach a late fee to it. Keep in mind I've done it this way before. So, when I come in to discuss the issue, no one can do anything, answer any questions, and they refer me to a ghost property manager with the initials T.H. They were all smiles and worked hard to bend rules to get us in, but had no answers, and hit us with an"unauthorized occupant"eviction. I know that service employees are losing the meaning of service, and the women here are no exception. They are lazy, incompetent and need to find jobs doing something they actually want to do. No tenants bothered me,I had no problems there, but at times there are guys hanging out at night, the trash was hardly ever taken out in a timely manner, so the trash would be on the ground. They were also slow and attitudinal in the maintenance dept. I can't recommend this spot to anyone l, unless you can't get an apartment anywhere else. If you do,I suggest stocking up on Raid and patience.I too believe they get people to post bogus reviews, they are blatantly defensive, and obvious. Do your jobs and you wouldn't have to.”
— 10155 BAMMEL N HOU RD · HOUSTON“I thought about renting an apartment at this location but I have come to the conclusion that this is a place that I would not recommend residency to anyone based on facts surrounding my visiting. I am just a visitor who visits my grandchildren and notice that there are a lot of problems that goes on unaddressed with my particular family. If there were more politeness and respect given from the onsite staff to the residents, then word of mouth to potiential residents from residents who live on this site would remark that this community would be a happy place to live. There are times when my grandchildren's parent would complain to the rental office when things were needing to be fixed or replaced and was told "a request has been sent to maintenance"...but still things go undone or unfinished for weeks at a time. If the parent continued to contact the rental office about these things then lease violations of any kind seems to fall from thin air. All of a sudden the office staff want to follow their manuals about what it takes to get you moved off the property because you have now gotten on their nerves solely because you want your apartment to look and feel like it did when you moved in. I mean...granted it will have some wear and tear from everyday living, but things like replacing mini blinds, extermination, air conditioning, leaking faucets, broken windows/doors, and as one resident noted with Apartment Ratings...packages left in the office should not be considered a hassel to the office staff but simply be a part of their jobs and want their residents to want to stay. Residents are people who help the apartment community to operate, so management should address the issues from their residents within a reasonable amount of time and with courtesy. I'm in the business profession myself and if I treated and talked to any customers the way this particular staff does, then I'm sure I would be replaced in a heart beat.”

Berkley Square staff and maintenance is great and very proffesional at all times. Office team from leasing to manager are very caring, problem solvers and always maintain me and residents very well informed. Maintennce team is very helful and every time I have requested a repair they manage to take care of it immediately. Mangament no matter what day or time it is always give full attention to any concerns and are all about great costomer service. I love their resident activities I get to meet my neighbors and meet new resident. Here at Barkley I would like to say that this is like a small community and every looks out for each other I love my neighbors and love the cleaningness too! I have actually referred family in the past and about to refer a very close friend tomove her in the next month I do notice that this property keeps 100% full most of the time that means that what I have stated makes lots of sense. The staff in the office always welcome you with a friendly smile and are eager to help. I have a 10 yr old and loves to spend his time in the pool. The pool is always kept clean and that is a plus for me!! My unit was an updated unit so I hardly ever call for maintenance but when I do call, if even if its after hours the respond is very quick. The parking can be an issue for some people but personally I have have not had an issue with parking, I have my own parking spot and everyone truly does respect the reserved parking spots. The complex always looks clean and safe. Another thing that I really like about The Crossings is that the gate is always WORKING!! If it does break the office will quickly call to get it fixed and that means alot when it comes to safety and uninvited guests in the property. In the summer time I love to walk around the property it feels right at home!!!”

THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE CHANGED BECAUSE THE NEW STAFF DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING....RUTH ISN'T NEW BUT SHE THE MAIN ONE WHO DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING....SHE QUICK TO SAY SOMETHIN ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS BUT NEVER IS IN THE OFFICE BUT BE IN THE MALL DURING WORK HOURS. SHE DOES NOT, I REPEAT, DOES NOT DO HER JOB. IT WAS WAAAAAAAYYYY BETTER BEFORE RUTH GOT HERE. I HAVE ALSO WITNESSED RUTH TALK A LOT ---- ABOUT A LOT OF THE RESIDENTS THAT HAVE BEEN IN THE OFFICE....SHE WALKS AROUND WIT NO SHOES ON WHICH IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. WHEN THE LADY THAT IS OVER HER, HER BOSS, COMES TO THE APARTMENTS SHE TRIES TO CLEAN UP THE OFFICE AND GET IT TOGETHER BUT AS SOON AS SHE LEAVES IT GOES RIGHT BACK TO THE UNPROFFESIONAL ENVIROMENT IT WAS BEFORE HER BOSS GOT THERE. I COULD WRITE A BOOK ABOUT HOW POOR RUTH MANAGMENT IS BUT IM DONE FOR NOW !”
