“I enjoy living in this community. It is basically quiet and close to church, school and shopping and medical needs. The management is responsive to needs and the maintenance staff is very skilled and professional. We have a gym which few complexes offer.”

“More teaching on parking situatiions my car was towed 2nd day here because i wasnt taught about the reserved parking. And that led my car also other peoples car has been towed before also . That was not good because ive been in someone else spot for two days and i had to learn for myself that there are reserve parking spots.”

“Quiet, friendly, well kept community. Right off the beltway so there's easy access to get to the places you need.. only issue I have is there's no rear entrance. I have to go up the beltway go past my apartment so that I'm able to make a u-turn to get to the property”

“I love the maintenance team, they are truly amazing. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. There are a few things that need to be addressed such as some renters putting their trash out over the weekend and leaving it there knowing it doesn't get picked up until Sunday night and not picking up after their dogs!”

“I was a good experience really friendly staff I just wish I went earlier in the day to ask if I could tour the complex but I went late and I didn't want her to stay longer and I liked how they have the pool opened compared to other apartments I've been at where they only open it ones a year.”

“When my spouse and I walked in, immediately we were super nervous. We're trying to start our lives together and his father wants us to rent an apartment. The company my spouse works for is owned by his father and step mother, so they offered to pay for half of our rent. We met with Ruth and it was pvisable to her that we were nervous. She was super kind, patient, and didnt make us feel like we didn't know what we were doing. Ruth was incredibly sweet to me and even discussed personal things such as what I'm doing for work. she took interest in me and right away I felt at home. She allowed us to tour the apartment we ended up trying to rent, and oh my gosh she did such an amazing job at giving us a tour. I feel already at home. My spouse and I left there feeling confident and hoping to be able to call this wonderful community our home! Its perfect for us. I and a dog trainer so the dog park helps, a nd work is 10 minutes away for my spose. It helps us tremendously and the cost of living is affordable for us to start our lives together.”

“2200 is a great place to rent and is a good place to call home. It is right on a major highway and is convenient to get anywhere in town. It would be nice if you told me how many characters I had used so far.”

“The maintenance was great when I first moved on as were the staff in the office. That has slowly gone down the drain. It's not even worth paying that much for the service we are receiving now, it's very unfortunate because we loved all our neighbors felt like family.”

“Great location close to schools parks and restaurants. Gated community pool Park playground for kids overall a nice setting it's very peaceful here the staff was great help also washer and dryer hookup was a plus. Onsite laundry facilities available”

“Terrible communication. Bait and switched me without even letting me know which messed up my insurance and internet. Apartment wasn't clean and had a broken blower motor on the hvac unit. Made zero attempt to rectify their deceptive practices and made me feel like it was my fault/issue. I'd never recommend this place.”

“My safety and security as a 2200 resident is consistently jeopardized due to mentally inept property staff. With this being stated on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and YET TO BE ADDRESSED, I only at this time(due to advisement from Houston PD & my legal counsel) will communicate with corporate! (Not Jenny, nor Janine the regional rep & district reps) who have behaved and acted in NOTHING BUT A DISCRIMINATORY, VOCALLY PROUD BIGOT, HARASSING, INTIMIDATING, HUMILIATING, PREVARICATING manner! ALL which are illegal and morally unacceptable according to Several Federal Laws of the United States & Equal Housing Opportunity Laws, which WILL BE ADDRESSED LEGALLY!”

“Very modern apartment, spacious, high ceilings, modern appliances and for a very reasonable price compared to the surrounding areas. Ideal location, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B, Sam’s club, mall only 10-15 mins away. The pool is nice and well maintained. The gym is ok. The staff is pleasant and helpful.”

“These are great apartments, residents are quiet and respectful. Management tries to keep good communication on cleanliness and rules. The grounds are kept up and issues are addressed in a reasonable and timely manner. Storage and car ports are priced fairly.”

“Lack of Communication and Dishonesty, property manager is never available and or responsive, Front desk Agent was recently promoted to assistant management, but she has a track record of not keeping her word and work efficiency. Previous management was always on task open for communication. Current management Do not administer fiduciary obligations and requested me as a tenant not contact her for further concerns but the current leasing agent for further support, I addressed an important matter along with submitting proper documentation and she stated that is not her role she only deals with accounting. I sign a 12-month lease and feel unsupported but if something was to happen and you can't not pay your bill, they will be attentive, communicating and trying to kick you out but when it's the other way around its different, I feel they are just concern with collecting payments do not know about anyone else experience, but this is my personal feedback with the newest change. Maintenance is amazing always responsive, people in community seems to respect each other's privacy, do not hear about any crime related incidents or break ins, and community as of today seems to be safe, external has been clean as far as landscape the gym and pool club house, and previously Greystar has administered community events such as pool parties, brunch etc. people seem to be friendly and location to airport, downtown restaurant is assessable, but the problem with front desk current administration has been a major concern and I just recently sign a new lease.”

If you work is chaotic and stressful and fast paced, and all you want is to come home and relax and not have to worry about small home maintenance or issues. This is your place. It’s all taken care of”

“We applied and were approved within a day or two. It was fast and easy. The Staff are very helpful and professional and seem to care about the needs or concerns of their residents. Another plus is they are military friendly as far as waiving a deposit. That is another major reason we chose this community!”

“My homeboy lived here and when I went to visit him, he had roaches. This apartment was roach infested and he couldn’t get rid of them. They were coming from inside the walls. Poor guy, I felt so bad for him.”

“Nice apartments the only thing is security is poor, I live right on the corner, and I have witness all type of vandalism, cars being broken, wheels being stolen, windows being broken, it sucks, I have to park my car far away cause if those ------ --- people is going to robe me I’ll make sure it would be hard from them.”

“Very happy here. Excellent maintenance, cordial staff, and a very nice facility. Highly recommend unless you're the type of person that doesn't pick up after your dog poops in the grass, in which case I think you wouldn't be happy here.”

“Good community, nice apartments only issues is car theft/tires stolen/tail lights stolen, soon as a right of passage your car will be sitting on bricks. This and having to deal with during the summer Airbnb parties each weekend.”

“I haven’t had any bad experiences here. Only thing I wish we had was a security guard 24hrs but I know that will never happen. I think that is more important than valet trash . I do know that residents don’t follow the rules of the valet trash service and it is annoying. They should be fined for leaving trash overnight and never bringing in can when empty”

“22Hundred might be the best property I have moved too in a while the leasing process was seamless and the staff super attentive and helpful with all my concerns. The property is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. I can’t wait to make memories here with my family.”

“Staying here at 22Hundred is like we are living in a hotel everyday but it's more homey. We love that all the amenities are for free, from pool to gym and playroom. The leasing office is like a hotel lounge that is very inviting to people with a positive vibe like you will want to really live here.”

“The move in process was quick and easy. The apartment and amenities were clean and ready for use. Everything is convenient. Packages are easy to retrieve and amenities are easy to access for residents. The complex was very welcoming and I’m happy to call the 22hundred home.”

“BERRY CREEK IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.CARS GET TOWED,BROKEN INTO AND EVEN STOLEN.CONDITIONS ARE VERY POOR.AND THE MANAGER DOES NOTHING ABOUT ANY OF IT.AND THE PARKING OMG IS HORRIBLE.THEY ALSO KEEP OUR GATES LOCKED AND CHAINED UP,YOU HAVE TO ENTER AND LEAVE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT”

“Ok one month into the lease my car gets towed from my own assigned spot! I had a rental and had left the parking permit in the rental car. They towed my car from my own assigned spot due to no permit hanging on the window! I had to pay $180 to get my car out of impound. Then over the next few months my apartment became a Roach Hotel! They are infested in the cabinets and walls of the kitchen & bathroom. They would send professional exterminators & it seemed like they would just stir them up and make them triple. Over the yr they probably exterminated about 15 times but it didn't help. You have to pay for clickers to get in your gate. The walk in gates are locked with a padlock so if there is a fire and you don't have a clicker, you are not getting out of this complex! Yet they have theives who manage to get in and break into your car. I bought me a new car and 2 months later they broke into it. All i can say is be aware of the roaches, car thieves, and ridiculous charges over parking permits, clickers, & pool passes ($50). They will tow your car from your own assigned parking spot without the permit hanging on the window! I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for!!”

“The complex is not in the best condition, but the price is good for what you get. The management and maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful. I've had a few problems (not many) and it has never taken more than 24 hours for the problem to be fixed. The reason I would not recommend this place is the level of crime in the area. In the past year since we've lived there, two people have been shot and killed (one was an off-duty police officer) in the apartment complex across the street (Concord at Allendale, I think). Also, several cars were broken into in our parking lot. This complex has security gates, but my boyfriend was able to slide under them when he forgot his remote. There is a small nightclub about a block away and I've heard gunshots coming from that direction at least 4 times since we've been there. We do not even feel safe enough to check our mail at night.”

“Berry Creek was mine and my husband's first apartment(condo) that we rented. It was perfect. The manager was nice and the maintenance service was excellent. It is a very small community so everyone more or less knows everyone. We never experienced any problems. We probably would have still been there if they would have had a 2 bedroom available when our lease was up, but that just shows that these apartments are very kept up with and hardly have vacancy. I recommend this community to anyone.”
