“Bad properties! Very certain to do whatever they can to keep your deposit. VERY non-honest individuals working here. Do not rent from this company! The prices are low but it's because the quality is horrible!”

Swimming pool is the only amenity but you have to pay for a pool key. Prices are great but the office manager, Larry, appears nice when trying to get you in an apt. but once in, if something breaks it is your fault, he is abrupt and speaks to people like he is above them. Other than that...great place.....oh..no guest parking.”

The management was nice and prompt, the complex was rather quiet, and the back of the neighborhood was a great place without too many random people driving around. The good: - Large apartments - Clean - Quite - As safe as you can get for this area - Really close to the Hardy and I-45 The bad: - The parking spaces were really small - Older appliances - narrow staircases - Must have your own W/D unit For the price, it's hard to beat.”
“This is a place to call home! I have lived here for the last 10 years and have seen this property get better in time. The owners and management are awesome! They take care of the property like it should be. I recommend all my friends.”
