“Maribel took me on a tour of Camden Greenway 3/14. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She addressed all my questions and concerns. The property is very nice, I’m considering moving here. This place is near the top of my list.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Moved in and noticed something wrong with shower I needed fixed. I had a super long work week mixed with move in process so I didn’t have time to request maintenance to come in and I assumed it would take a few days before they would fix it. I finally found time at night to put in the request next morning while I was at work they took care of all my requests quick and easy.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“On 1/31/26 I took a tour of the Camden at Greenway. The property was well maintained. The amenities we absolutely beautiful as weee the 2 apartments I toured. The staff was very friendly and professional. Maribel took me on the tour and she was friendly, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. So refreshing to meet staff that care about you and the property. Looking forward to moving in.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I've been living here since 2022. Camden treats its residents with deference and respect. Unlike most property managers, they deal with us honestly and go out of their way to accommodate us. One good sign is that there isn't much employee turnover here. Maintenance is timely and competent. Everyone here is a PLEASURE to deal with. I cannot recommend Camden highly enough.”
“As in previous maintenance request performed by him, he is efficient, solves the problem, then on his way. All in a professional manner. I’ve lived here awhile so some of my appliances have aged. Good to know someone is here to help fix them or replace them when needed.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Roaches, weird bugs, worms, and rats taking over some areas. Deliveries are horrible. I literally stopped unpacking when I knew I wasn’t staying when my lease ends. The kitchens were never upgraded so they are horrible. Office personnel aren’t helpful either.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“RATS! RATS! RATS! This complex has been infested for months. It's not just isolated to one area, but has been reported site wide. Our community message board has multiple complaints each week across numerous buildings. My unit is adjacent to one of the dumpsters and I see a horde of them on a daily basis. The picture I posted was from me stepping outside my front door and waiting for all of 30 seconds. Meanwhile, the front office is focused on enforcing what constitutes "patio" furniture (God forbid you want wooden stools on your patio so you can admire your furry neighbors). I've asked them nicely to address the problem many times and they have answered nicely, but the results are non-existent. So I've resorted to broadcasting this so future residents are aware of the living conditions they are moving into. Camden will respond to this and give some spiel about how they are working with their pest control vendor to add more traps and to find a solution, but in reality the residents who actually live here will have to sleep at night knowing diseased rodents are running rampant all over the place they pay their hard earned money to call home”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Jerome B. came within a couple of hours of my request being submitted on a Saturday. He fixed my microwave problem quickly and was so nice! I have to say, all of my maintenance needs have been addressed quickly by the maintenance team. ??”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Thank you, Jerome, for coming quickly and fixing the problem of the refrigerator in my apartment unit on a Sunday morning. You lifted the stress of figuring out what to do with my food. Swift and neat service! Thanks again!!”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Hi, the Camden Greenway is a solid apartment. Usually home to a mix of people from young adults to older adults. The location is very good. It is within walking distance of many good eateries and bars. Parking is ample for multiple guests and residents. The maintenance staff is also very good. The challenges are with the rats around the garbage bins on floor one. It is not a problem for the 2nd and 3rd floor residents. The team has tried to fix the issue, but has not been successful. Additionally, there have been at least 2 incidents with cars being broken into. Camden team, please fix the pest issue; it's very gross and makes me want to move out.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Jerome Brooks came and fixed my patio door blinds and secured them, so they don't flop. What a relief! Jerome has fixed just about everything around here that has needed it. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and works quickly and efficiently. Jerome Brooks is one of the many people here that make living at Camden Greenway GREAT!”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I was welcomed from the beginning all throughout my move in date. Jennifer has been very helpful answering all my questions. I made the right decision choosing Camden Greenway. The grounds and staff are friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Great experience from the moment I walked in for my tour right through the signing process. Jennifer went above and beyond to show me plenty of units, listened to my needs, and gave honest advice about where I might prefer to be situated in the community. I feel very good about the apartment we found and am happy to know the management is friendly and attentive.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I have lived at Camden Greenway for about 7 years. The staff are fantastic and the maintenance team is stellar and incredibly quick to respond. Kaitlyn has always been SO helpful and kind, for any questions and needs that I've had. I highly recommend connecting with her if you're considering a move. She is so organized and will tell you everything you need to consider. She's also thoughtful and friendly! I have to give a shout out as well to Junus for always being a friendly face when I stop by the office to say hi with my pup. No apartment complex can be perfect, especially in a huge city like Houston, but it has been a great place to live and I have felt safe and supported throughout. The proximity to Levy Park cannot be beat, it's the cutest park and I walk there all the time to enjoy the dog park, free events, food, coffee, and more.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“In the 4 months we have lied on this property - here are the highlights. 0. My car towed with a Parking Tag on it. I was told I should feel better because it won't happen again. This happened October 18, 2024. 1. "water" bugs - which I have never seen until Camden Greenway 2. Water in our apartment from AC 3. Water in our apartment from upstairs. 4. Water in our closets from heavy rain. Our option was loud fans running 24 hours. 5. Been locked out twice due to the digital locks, which we were told shouldnt happen again by the manager who actually showed up for this singular incident, The second we time called the emergency hotline, response - none. We were on our way out of town to attend a funeral, and I had no wallet due to this. 6. 2 shower heads that had low pressure. 7. Replacement of a Poorly operating washer, had to be replaced. 8. Repeat with a dryer that took 8 hours to dry. 9. We currently have fecal matter in the hallways from peoples pets. It will be there days to weeks dependent on residents cleaning it. 10. Security gates that are wide open a large portion of the time. I have been personally reprimanded for skateboarding and received a personal visit, for which I was told to keep things respectful, not an issue other than this happening on the same day that my vehicle, with a sticker in the window, was towed and I had to miss work to retrieve it. I was not charged by the tow company as they admitted fault, but nothing has been for the time and trauma of thinking your car has been stolen. The maintenance staff has to be overworked. God Bless Jacob. He has been the saving grace, The leasing agents are nice people. The local area is great. Camden's management is not. My text messages show 2 things the we are concerned message followed by nothing, To save time, I have attached the response message that will be sent out, Manager X/XX/202X Camden Greenway Thank you for sharing your candid feedback with us! We take matters like this very seriously and would love the opportunity to discuss the (Fill in the Blank) that Camden Greenway has in place. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can go over these details in depth, as well as discuss any additional concerns that you have in regards to (Fill in the Blank) in our area. We look forward to hearing back! Your Camden Greenway Family”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Maintenance is excellent timely and always pleasant. It’s a difference to have great customer service experience now and it feels good to get it all the time. Thank you for making that part of my living here wonderful.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Kirby was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered every question we had, offered suggestions and advice, and was on standby every step of the way. People like Kirby make apartment hunting much easier!”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I have been in Camden Greenway for the past 30 months and my experience with living here has been somewhat sweet and sour. I will explain why. Sweet: Location is great, located next to the Levy Park where I can take my dog for a stroll and he loves that scenery and so do I, close to everything that I can need, grocery stores, Costco, nice restaurants in the area overall pretty good area to live in. Now this is where the sweet ends. Sour: Constant vandalism of vehicles in what is supposed to be a secured garage, scarce patrols from "guards" they have said to hire. Break ins into apartments under very suspicious circumstances "No force entry" probably has to do with their all integrated entry using Chirp (which you better have your phone at all times) otherwise good luck trying to get in since the keypads that are all around the property don't work even if you have the code memorized. And they say they have a "no smoke policy" in the whole community and yet i guess that doesn't apply to Marihuana smokers, because my hallways smell like I just came out of a Ziggy concert in Kingstown, Jamaica, if that is the case i would rather you let people smoke cigars and cigarettes' to at least drown the smell of that stinking effing plant, its so inconsiderate considering their are other delivery systems for the same "high" that don't leave the damn smell. Mind you that i have reported this countless of times and what they told me is to find out what apartment is coming from, like I'm supposed to be their enforcer, no its your job to find out who is violating your community guidelines. I'm glad I'm leaving this apartment complex soon, do yourself a favor an look somewhere else.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I called Camden Travis Street my home for nearly 7 years, and during that time, I experienced a significant transformation in the community. While it initially seemed like a fantastic place to live, recent safety concerns have tarnished its reputation. Here's my candid review of Camden Travis Street. **Pros:** 1. **Location:** Camden Travis Street boasts a prime location in Midtown, with easy access to various dining, entertainment, and shopping options. 2. **Amenities:**The community offers a range of amenities that cater to residents' needs, including a fitness center, pool, and well-maintained common areas. These amenities contributed to a comfortable living experience. **Cons:** 1. **Safety Issues:** Unfortunately, the most significant drawback of Camden Travis Street is its worsening safety situation. Over the last couple of years, incidents of residents getting mugged in the parking garage, vehicles being stolen from the supposedly secure gated garage, packages getting stolen from locked mailboxes, and even packages being stolen from doorways have become far too common. The lack of security measures has allowed these issues to persist, making it a concerning place to live. 2. **Vandalism and Noise:** I also had to contend with constant noise disturbances from neighboring units, making it difficult to find peace and quiet in my own home. Furthermore, the vandalism of cars in the garage is an issue that management has not effectively addressed. **Conclusion:** Camden Travis Street was once a thriving community that offered convenience and comfort in a prime location. However, my experience soured due to the significant safety concerns that have emerged over the years. Incidents of theft, vandalism, noise, and the odor of marijuana have become all too common, and the lack of effective security measures is concerning. For those considering this community as their future home, I would strongly advise conducting thorough research and weighing the pros and cons carefully before making a decision. As someone who lived here for years, I cannot confidently recommend Camden Travis Street in its current state.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Kirby should be the face of Camden! I will be relocating to Houston, so I flew out here for a few days solely to find an apartment. This was the first apartment building I visited, and before I looked at a unit I was ready to sign on the dotted line! Kirby greeted me with a huge welcoming smile, and everyone in the leasing office were so pleasant and kind. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He took his time and was very detailed. I was able to view each apartment with ease. The grounds were well manicured, the apartments that I viewed were clean, had great natural lighting, and spacious floor plans. Safety is my number one concern and the blue star rating made me feel at ease. Management and maintenance is right next to that and the team set the bar high. Thank you for making a person from out of town feel at home.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I have been living at Camden for over a decade. I keep saying i'm going to buy a place but this apartment complex is hard to leave. Yes, It is a prime location with an award-winning park within walking distance, restaurants, bars and grocery stores right around the corner, but it is the staff and management that I am very impressed with. Maintenance takes care of issues immediately and with a friendly tone, staff goes above and beyond to take care of things thay quite frankly aren't their job, and they consistently keep the complex updated, fresh, and as safe as possible in an ever growing city.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“I love this community! So quiet and in the middle of everything. Lots to walk to for eating and festivities! There is even a new music venue across the way that is roof top. Office staff has always been helpful any time I call or stop by.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I moved in at Camden Greenway about three days before the world shut down because of COVID-19. My experience since March of 2020 has been great. I have resigned for the third time and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Any time I have a tiny question, I email my leasing consultant, Isabel, and she is so quick to call and answer my question. The amenities are wonderful as well. The gym has plenty of space, the pool is never crowded (plus there’s 3 pools), and the property is well taken care of. The staff’s communication is effective and quick. For example if a gate is broken, we usually know about it in an email before we can attempt to even exit the broken gate. The gate gets fixed within the day, if not the next business day. During the freezes, the staff updated us multiple times a day about when we can expect our power to back on. I’m very happy with where I chose to live and I will continue to say nothing but nice things about Camden Greenway!”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Decent complex. Great location but it has its flaws. While living here I had a few issues. Packages frequently lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong resident. I had 2 packages delivered to the wrong resident and 1 stolen in a time span of 7 months. Garage entrance door has been malfunctioning or broken several times and cars have had their catalytic converters stolen. Also he advised that you will he required to get their “technology package” that provides 200 mbps download speed at a price of $116 per month, they sell it as a “deal” but you can find internet provider with faster speeds and cheaper on your own. There is no option to get rent without the technology package. There’s also some minor inconveniences, the blind on the windows still let plenty of light in, specially in the living room, so if you like total darkness you’ll have to get some blackout curtain to put over. Fire alarm is hyper sensitive and will go off if you use the toaster.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Awful management and staff. I recommend staying away from this place as they're solely after your money and once they have you locked in they will exploit you to the best of their ability. Typical fake nice corporate talk staff members.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“Living at camden greenway has been a great experience so far. The community is very peaceful and lovely. The residents are amicable and very respectful. I would definitely recommend living here. It's a great place to live and grow.”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“The location is superb. The amenities are plentiful and easily accessed. Moving in was painless and quick. The staff are extremely helpful at handling any problems or questions you may have. Steph and Junus were very knowledgeable and responded to everything I needed quickly.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I moved in at Camden Greenway about a year ago, and I would definitely recommend living here! The staff is super friendly, professional, attentive, and care for each of the residents! They made sure to check in and take care of each of the residents during the freeze, and even paid for a food truck to come out and provide us with food, once the power came back. Also, the maintenance team is super quick and efficient in fixing service requests. It is also in a great location with great restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and plenty of other activities nearby. I have enjoyed living here the past year, and would definitely recommend living here!”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“We just moved into our place in February but absolutely love the complex, great amenities in the building and the area, and Charity Daniels, our leasing agent is basically the most fantastic, friendly and helpful person on the planet!!”
— 3800 AUDLEY ST · Houston“This place was not what it was advertised to be at all. Both of my cars were vandalized three times here and one was stolen. Luckily , the police recovered it after a month but I was told by management “ Well crime happens everywhere.” I had a neighbor get their door kicked in and it’s amazing there is still no security at the entrance gate. I watched renter after renter move out during the COVID lock down and still Management pressed everyone for rent. I truly would never recommend staying here. There are plenty of other options. ------ at the front desk was extremely rude and never a joy to talk to. Worst attitude ever!!! Camden needs to step their game up and adhere to their guests requests for much better security. Stop being cheap!!!! Sadly, the standard of living you advertised for 1600$ was horrible. Warmest regards, Your Former Tenant”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“While shopping for my new place to call home, there are a few things that stood out...one would be the Staff, apartment shopping online and via phone is very complex...needless to say the customer service was above excellent”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Living at Camden has been an amazing experience for my family and I. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, they make me feel like it's home. The location is great- there are a lot of restaurants and stores around the area! Highly recommend!”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“While visiting this property I was quite impressed by the spacious floor plan offered. The property was very clean and located in a great neighborhood. Junus, the leasing consultant that I spoke with was very informative and very pleasant to speak with.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Alejandro showed my wife and I around and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the community! Truly made our experience better and we signed our lease next day! Thanks again for all of your help Alejandro!”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Camden Travis Street should be on everyone's list if they're looking for apartments. The entire place is clean, well-maintained and filled with caring staff. If you go to look at them (which you should) ask for Nubia, she helped me look at a few different units and answered every question I had and made the whole experience awesome and easy.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I have nothing but positive things to say about camden Travis Street. I came here to visit my friend and the environment looked great and everyone at the front desk was so polite including Monica. This place is 5 star!!! I will definitely be back so I can have a tour.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I moved into Camden Travis Street about a year ago and I absolutely love it. The community is very pristine and beautiful. You can tell their team truly cares about the upkeep and their residents. Rex, Monica, and Nubia are all so nice and eager to help you with whatever it may be. The location is super convenient being within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and parks. Astros', Texans' and Rockets' games are just a short walk and train ride away. Definitely worth checking this community out if you are looking to move to the Midtown area.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I have been a resident at Camden Travis Street for over 2 years and can honestly say, it has been one of the best places I have ever lived. The maintenance staff and management have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions and truly care about all of us here. Amenities are great, pool and neighbors are amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better location in midtown. I have recently been relocated and it is truly unfortunate that I have to move. I can only hope that my next apartment takes half as good of care of its residents as Adam and his team at Camden Travis Street. I highly recommend this midtown complex.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“This community is amazing. I couldn't have a found a better place to live. The office staff is so nice and helpful. Maintenance is always fast and efficient. The grounds are always clean and maintained.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Staff is amazing. Maintenance responds to problems within the same day. No complaints after 6 months. The price is the best for what you get. I dont even have to use my car because of how close the metrorail and grocery stores are.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“We were hoping to get extra counter space by having our microwave mounted above the oven. Monica, the assistant manager, was polite and professional about the request from start to finish. She called and emailed to follow up on the installation and took care of the request in less than 24 hours.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I had a great experience at Camden Travis Street! The midtown location cannot be beat-you're within walking distance to all nightlife but your far enough away that you don't hear music blasting every weekend. The apartments are modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking for guest and residents, not to mention ample street parking. The metro rail is 2 blocks over so getting to and from downtown, Med center, NRG Stadium is a breeze. Teresina and Yesenia in the front office were always very helpful. I just moved to another camden property because of the great service I received at camden travis street!”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I have been living here for four months and I don't plan on renewing my lease. For reference, my unit is located on the third floor off of Travis Street close to the leasing office. The noise in the area is ridiculous and I wouldn't wish the disturbance to my worst enemy. There is a roof top bar across the street from the leasing office down Dennis St. They typically play loud music, live bands, and an obnoxious DJ that yells over the microphone. This is an issue almost every Thursday night until about midnight, and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The hours vary but I've had to deal with music through 3AM. This is especially disturbing when I have to work weekends and I'm kept up all night. The walls are paper thin and these windows are by no means noise proof. I can hear cars driving down the road and people talking as they walk down the sidewalk. Not to mention the parking meters along the street and drunk peoples car alarms going off throughout the night. Security is too relaxed at this complex. They don't even have an on-site officer. It would be nice if they had an officer patrol the garage to deter unauthorized people from parking here. The parking tags are basically pointless because they're not enforced. They have security cameras at the entrance of the parking garage, but that kind of an after the fact thing. You only rely on them after a crime has been committed. You can't tell me Camden can't afford one on-site security officer at each of their properties.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I have been living in this community for almost 3 years and I am totally satisfied. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores, downtown, midtown, schools, Metro train. The facilities are good inside the complex: fitness room, room for relaxing or host receptions/parties, and the pool. The apartment are confortable et well designed. The maintenance is very helpful and the service is quick. They are very professional. I indubitably recommend this complex.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Camden Travis is a great place to live. I highly recommend the community. They have an awesome staff (leasing & maintenance) that are always willing to help!”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“My boyfriend and I have only lived at Camden Travis for a few weeks and we are very happy with our overall experience. Tera, our leasing consultant, was very accommodating from the beginning as we were very curious about the complex and expressed some concerns about noise and lighting. She was exceptionally patient and showed us several apartment layouts and methods to brighten up an apartment (she also had two accent walls painted in a color of our choosing for free). We ended up selecting an apartment overlooking the pool, so we don't hear any traffic, bar, or construction noise. We'll see if the summer time brings any additional noise in the pool area. Our move went smoothly as well. As we also moved during the holidays, she also provided our keys in a timely manner (despite their office being closed). Our decision to move to Camden Travis was not only due to the fantastic location (close to rail, bars, and restaurants) but also because Tera and the her staff made it feel like home. :)”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“Do not rent a unit anywhere near proof the night club. I live about 50 yards from the bar and at least twice a week they have live band play from 10pm-2am and it's loud as ----. Have to sleep with ear plugs. Also, they are building an apartment complex across the street on Travis and they start at 4am in the morning about 5 times a month and will wake me up as well. Don't listen to all these -------- "I just moved here and love it!" posts it's just Camden employees posting to get their ratings up because they know they are in trouble due to the constant noise complaints. Trust me. Do not live here unless you never want to sleep.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I moved in to the Camden Travis Apartments recently, and I love it. First, the staff has done a lot to accommodate me regarding fees and pet policy. Unlike most places in midtown, they are overall very pet friendly and prorated my pet rent. The two stairwells in the building open directly into enclosed pet areas, which is very convenient. When I signed my lease, management was able to walk me through and set up all my online accounts and bill-paying information at one time. It was so easy and reduced so much stress from the move. Camden discussed any pertinent fees and stipulations up front, so I won't have any issues with move-out fees (which I've experienced a lot in the past). A lock box was left for me so I could start very early on my move-in day instead of having to wait until the office opened. Also, they painted an accent wall in the color of my choosing for no charge right before I moved in. A key feature that I love about this place: the bathrooms are GIGANTIC in all the one-bedroom apartments, regardless of overall square-footage, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located there, eliminating the need for an extra laundry basket in the bedroom. There is a lot of storage also, with 4 large drawers and 2 smaller ones that I use for my make up and blowdryer - its very convenient. The closets are huge too, with 5 separate bars to hang clothes on and tons of shelving - I am able to fit all of my clothes and shoes as well as other things into the closet with room to spare. The granite on the counters of the kitchen and bathroom and very spacious, nice and easy to clean; they are shiny and never look dirty. The floors are great too, a reddish-brown wood with a durable glaze coating that is very easy to clean and damage-resistant (great for pets!) The parking garage is not very big, but the complex is a large rectangle that runs along Travis and Milam, and it's actually very convenient for people to park on the street and access one of the side entrances to get to your particular apartment. The pool is beautiful and stylish with cabanas and lounging chairs in the water, and I have not had a problem with it being too crowded - it's perfect most of the time. There is also a friendly security guard present on the property at most times to help you or let you in if you are a resident and accidentally get stranded outside. Particularly, Jon Aguilar works very hard to ensure that residents are happy and dealt with in a timely manner. He has personally expedited any maintenance issues I have had and always gets back to me quickly about any concerns I have. The overall friendly demeanor of the staff, the tolerant pet atmosphere and the peace of mind I've gained from living here is invaluable. I received a welcome package with cups, candy and other amenities when I moved in, and I feel like I am at home. Also, you can't beat the location - its excellent, and I don't have any problems with noise from bars and clubs even though they are very close. Camden Travis makes its residents a priority, and they often throw parties and happy hour events at clubs that involve other Camden properties as well. If you are looking for a friendly place that does a lot of social networking, then Camden Travis is the place to be.”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I recently moved into Camden Travis Street, and I love it! The staff and maintenance team are wonderful. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I couldn't have chosen a better place to call home!”
— 2700 Travis St · Houston“I just moved to Camden Travis Street and it is great. Jon my sales person was very helpful through the whole process. After I moved here they had a fun apartment party which was a great way to meet new people when you are new to the area. The building is clean and well taken care of. There are many great places in walking distance which is also another plus.”
