“Overall this place is great, I love how easy it is to get into the gate, my apartment looks great and has had 0 issues, there’s always parking available, the other residents are quiet and the community looks great. No issues with having to worry about my car and or safety. Everything works well, the valet trash etc. I love everything here except the WiFi.”

“Yes I will tell anyone that needs a place to check out Birchway Perry Road. My only problem was the noise over us. My family and I are new to the property. And for the short time we lived here the neighbor over us has a child that does not sit down. Have spoken to the office and just waiting for the final outcome. We pay to live here and can't have peace because a parent doesn't want to be a parent. Sit down . I was told children are to be seen and not heard. Old school parents and same way in upbringing of our kids.”

“The staff is very professional and understanding. They were extremely accommodating with the changes in moving dates due to my home closing date changes. They are also very welcoming and the maintenance responsive. Love it here in the little time I have been here so far already feel at home!”

“Overall, the office staff is absolutely AWESOME!!! Miss Terri and the crew made the process flawless. From the application process to the move in, everyone has been very kind and helpful. Have no complaints with the office staff but maintenance is a totally different issue.”

“The community itself is great. Everything within the control of the office has always been handled. Maintenance has always been on time with getting things done. The front office has always been polite and very helpful when it came to matters. The only issue I will say is that we are a gated community, but the gate is never closed. And the mailbox door is always unlocked which is kind of creepy, but for the most part, everything is great.”

“Maintenance and mandatory unit audits like fire inspections are frequent and unscheduled so if you have pets guess you gotta lock them up 24/7. Also, any time you try to amend this it's all talk and when any issue comes back it's back to square one, probably because the person you bring it up to has no idea what you're talking about because the other person is gone. Notes!”

“So far my experience has been wonderful the staff has made everything so easy from the beginning to the end you just have to get in contact with them to view ithe unit you want & go from there nothing to be scared of they are polite & sweet”

“My entire move in experience was great and I made an excellent choice to move here! It is very close to shopping centers, restaurants, and Willowbrook mall. From the office interactions with all of my questions and concerns to the cleanliness of the property… overall very well pleased and I am looking forward to a long stay here at Birchway!”

“I love the apartments and staff, but when it comes to tennants, a lot smoke weed or leave their trash outdoors. The smell often filters into other rooms. Other neighbors I have spoken to also have this problem.”

“It’s been great. No real issues. Neighbors are nice and the complex is quiet at night. Valet trash is consistent and timely with pick ups. There is no trash piled up in front of the dumpsters either. The complex is always cleaned and being cleaned. Only issues I’ve had is getting things delivered from UPS. Maybe it’s because I’m on the 3rd floor but they NEVER deliver any of my packages. Any other company deliver with no problem but UPS has been a nightmare for me. Other than that no issues. Packages are safe and never stolen. Parking is parking. I dont have an assigned spot so i park where i can but it’s never far from my building. Office personnel are friendly and always helpful. It’s been great living here”

“Yes Birchway apartments are unique and wonderful it's just the maintenance guys and the other management personal whom gossip about other people life and no respect I feel like this place needs to get rid of people lacking there responsibilities to making like they are working but only putting on a show collecting money to have a job the new lady is a wonderful person whom I find very helpful and supportive this makes me stronger wonderful and happy there are some snakes among working here please investigate your establishment it's been nice now but before I don't know please update your computer systems because others have access to my apartment and probably you for your service”

“Love the neighborhood and the environment and the peace of mind living here especially since I work from home. Love that I can access things I need for my home in the area. Love the staff. The maintenance staff did a great job with respond to my request.”

“Great community and amazing area have felt safe and secure in my home since moving definitely would recommend to others! Consistent security never a night without them which was a must for me and AMAZING amenities pool are and gym so cozy and fun!”

“It is quiet I will give them that. The Apartment floods every other month, sewage issue, there is a pest issue. They charge for pest control but never come to spray for the pest. I am moving as soon as I can.”

“Birchway Perry Road is generally a decent place to live. There could be better communication between the staff and residents, but the staff is generally nice and courteous and quickly resolve any issues residents have.”

“Pros: the apartment has a security guard that drives around the parking lot at night, maintenance responds quickly to request. There are no roaches in my unit unsure about the rest of the community. The apartment community is well kept. Cons: please stay on the very top floor if you live here. Walls are thin and the neighbors on top of you will constantly stomp. There are no speed bumps so everyone drives thru the complex extremely fast and crazy.. I hope no one kids or pets get hit one day. Management will bang on your door like the police and walk into your apartment just to deliver notices. Apartment uses third party mailing carrier so if you need and overnight package delivered you will have to wait 2 days to get it. You cannot have ups or Amazon delivery anything to you directly.”

“Not Good At All, we have had problems since Day one. We signed the lease on line and was not able to move in until a week later,also was promised a certain promotion and it wasn't granted. So we had to deal with that as well.”

“My daughter & I are absolutely in love with our new home: from the walk-in closets to the 24/hour gym. What else could we possibly ask for! Our rooms are ver spacious and our restrooms are comfy. We love the open concept from the kitchen to the dinning room because it makes it easy to host guest.”

“It's nice and clean overall, except it was noisy during the holidays late at night because of multiple parties. It wasn't overly crazy, just made it harder to go to sleep hearing the music and people talking and laughing outside.”
