The leasing team was really sweet and knowledgeable during the whole process. They also answered all my questions I had including their pet policy and what that looks like! Such a smooth process.”

“Just checked out Modera Garden Oaks and I’m in love! The place is stunning and feels like home. The big club room is perfect for hanging out with friends, and the pool is absolutely gorgeous—perfect for relaxing on weekends. Earl, the manager, made the tour super fun and even thought about how my dog would love it here. The modern amenities and welcoming vibe really set this place apart. If you’re looking for a new spot, you gotta see this”
