“Some tips before moving in: Are the floors the same as what you were shown? Bait and switch. Are the appliances somewhat new? No. Scratched and continually have issues. I've been listening to a very loud freezer for 16 hours. No sleep. Maintenance is decent, but my bathroom sink stopper has been 'fixed' twice with no results that work. My main bathroom sink. My oven glass exploded. My scratched up old stove/oven. They just replaced the glass. My cabinets have been peeling since I moved in. 2 requests over 18 months and silence. Was told they would be fixed over a year ago and NADA! If you like dogs that sit on the patio and bark ALL DAY LONG, by all means move here. If you like a rottweiler on the patio directly next to your bedroom window barking loudly at 11 pm. Please do move here. This place puts animals before humans. You know the animals that have a job and pay rent. They have more rights. A certain person in the office has an attitude when you call or leave a complaint. The horrible woman downstairs that leaves her dog on the patio to bark at 11:08 pm is not told that it is against policy to do so because she sits outside with that mongrel, so it's ok. Next tip: Do you like shootings in your complex? Well this place used to be safe and secure - with a security gate and security 'officers', but they apparently let anyone in (just like management leases to literally ANYONE now). A person died here just recently after a robbery attempt. Sure they didn't live here, but how did they get in? When Fingers was the property owner this place was more discretionary about who they leased to. Now it is ------. I got my bike stolen (locked with a very good lock) within a month of living here. Move elsewhere if you like safety, peace, good appliances, flooring you were shown initially, at this 'pet friendly' BS of a place. I'm posting this review everywhere I can find because they should have a policy that you cannot leave your damn dog to bark on the patio. Also, my neighbor said if I didn't like the noise they bring (buffalo stampede all day every day) and I complained they would make my life a living hell. My new neighbors who have a patio next to my bedroom window had a massive party last night and haven't even fully moved in yet! I had to sleep on my sofa. They hang towels on their patio. There are NO RULES here. NO guidelines. NO enforcement on 'don't leave your dog on the patio'. Just attitude. In the last year this place has just gotten gross. Fingers vs Greystar. I'll take Fingers anyday. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE ANY DEGREE OF PEACE. AND DEFINITELY DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU WORK FROM HOME. YOU WILL BE MISERABLE ALL DAY LONG. The two stars are for location alone.”
“There was water issues due to the freeze of February 2020 that happened 3 weeks prior to my move in. The property manager lied the whole time until I took a video of the mold underneath the kitchen sink. They told me that all the cabinetry was replaced and the water damage remediated, Angie Davisson was the property manger and lied about it all until the day before my move they had to find another unit for me. They replaced Angie with someone worse, Marian Sanchez. Marian threatened to evict me. I hired a lawyer based on her threat. Greystar's attorneys would not answer mine and my lawyer's phone calls. Marian had to then engage me via email. I spent over $500 due to her unsubstantiated threat. When I moved out, she took over $500 of my deposit without an itemized list of what they took from my deposit. Now they will not respond to me at all because I am no longer a tenant. It appears to be a family complex. However, they sent out an email complaining that kids were playing unattended. Don't waste your time coming to this place as they are not kid friendly. I have videos to substantiate my claims.”

— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“I had an amazing tour with Esme. I was very pleased with the specials and spacious floor plans. Im not moving until the end of the year but I wanted to get pricing near my job. Will definitely call back when I'm ready to move.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“The grounds are immaculately kept. Any maintenance issue I've had has been minor and attended to very promptly. The best overall experience has been the management. Incredible service from beautiful ladies that always greet you with a smile . They provide up to date information on what's going on in the community . The security guards are friendly and attentive to what's coming and going. It's a quiet and convenient place to live . I highly recommend it.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“My family and I are so happy to find this place to call our new home in Houston. I've been looking in this area and despite having other luxury apartments closer to the Galleria mall, this was by far the best when it comes to customer service and fair pricing. I especially want to thank Marian for being so attentive and making the extra effort to do video tours and answering all my questions to alleviate the stress of moving into a new state. Highly recommend!”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“I'm really disappointed that many people recommended this place. My husband and I moved in due to the great reviews and short notice for our recent move. It was a huge mistake. The positive of the apartment complex is the parking. That can sometimes be an issue with apartment complex's, but here it is not. While there are a few positives, the negatives overpower the positives. Noise. The complex is extremely noisy. If you want to ever sleep in on a weekend or a holiday, think again if you live here. They hired someone to use a leaf blower every morning Monday-Sunday including holidays. I really have never heard of such a thing in my life. I understand they want to keep the grounds well groomed, but then they should have considered putting in thicker windows. You can hear EVERYTHING through the windows in the apartment. It is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the walls are paper thin. Besides hearing the more common things in your neighbors apartment such as tv, radio, etc. You can hear their phone vibrate through the wall because the walls are that paper thin. As well, if you live under someone you can hear every time your neighbor moves, along with when they shower, use the bathroom etc. I have lived in apartments for the past 6 years and have never ever had such a noisy apartment in my life. That is including the college apartments I lived in. Besides the noise, everything is very old. I would never recommend this complex to even my worst enemy. If you want to be constantly annoyed, sign up but if you're like everyone else in America who wants to go home to peace and quiet DO NOT MOVE HERE! Oh, also before I forget, they used tiles for the outdoor floors that are outside the apartments. This is where you enter and exit your actual apartment everyday. If it is a day it rains you need to walk very slowly because it gets flooded with water and becomes extremely slippery, I have had my son slip multiple times. My elderly neighbor's sister has complained to me every time it is raining because her sister is scared to leave her apartment due to the fear of falling. I don't know who designed this complex but they did an awful job. The saddest part of it all is, the rent isn't cheap. It is on the higher end and for this quality of living we should be given a major discount. I just needed to share, because I don't want another family moving in and regretting it like we did”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“I love this place! We feel safe and the staff is very attentive . The grounds are kept immaculate . The ambiance feels warm and cozy. We have lived here since September and we love it! The location is central to the best shopping in Houston. It is very quiet and secure.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“I have lived at this apartment complex since the summer and I am greatly pleased with the overall experience. I really like the pool and usually no one is there so I have it to myself. My favorite thing is the 24/7 guard. I always feel safe.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“Beautiful place, nice landscaping, conveniently located. HOWEVER: Noise: Very noisy complex. I can hear neighbors phone ringing through the walls and the upstairs neighbor stomping incessantly. Daily and nonstop. The AC units outside of the apartments are very loud so I can't enjoy a peaceful time on my balcony. I will be moving out when my lease is up. I value peace. Old: Very old complex. Old appliances. Old walls. Poor AC circulation so during the summer my AC never turns off. Appliances are old. The dishwasher does not properly clean the dishes and the washers are very loud. No Elevator: One of the buildings has no elevator so if you live on the second or third floor you have to walk up 2-3 flights from the parking garage. Very inconvenient for carrying groceries or moving furniture. One building has an elevator that is walking distance from the apartments. If it's raining, you're out of luck. At these prices for rent, there are plenty of higher end, like priced complexes in the same area that this place is not worth it.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“Great apartment complex to live in. The whole team is nice and take care of you. The location of the apartment complex is very convenient due to its proximity to parks, restaurants and shopping centers.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“Leasing process was easy and painless. Staff is courteous and responsive. Maintenance is very timely. Property is always clean. Even though we are close to a highway, I feel as though we are tucked away. Communication from the leasing office is consistent and early.”

— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“After more than 6 months as residents of this luxury rental place, we have nothing but praises for Finger Organization and its permanent administrative staff. From the landscape and pool upkeep to a simple bulb change, this is comparable to any 5-star hotel in Houston. In addition, driving within two miles, one can have access to the best restaurants in USA. From Greek food to Polish cuisine and from Asian market to -------- delights, it makes our retirement a dream come true. Keep up the great job!”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“I'm on the very top floor and drive a truck and was worried about going up and down the parking garage but it is very easy to navigate. This community feels like you are secluded and isolated form the city (except being able to see the skyline, and it is amazing I love it here. friendly people and staff. very clean and well maintained. great place to live!”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“The trees and landscaping is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. Amazing staff very quick to accommodate your needs. The 24 hour security is great, definitely a safe property. Highly recommended!”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“Post oak is located right by the main highways, making it convienet to go anywhere. I enjoy living at Post Oak; the staff is always very friendly and helpful. If I have any maintenance request or issue it is taken care of within an excellent time frame. The grounds are serene and well maintained which is one of the reasons I chose this apartment.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“My fiance and I have previously stayed at two other Finger properties; we've recently moved into Post Oak Woodway approx. 2 months ago, and we continue to be pleased with the Finger Companies! Management, Maintenance and Security never let us down, and the grounds are always well-kept. The community overall is very friendly, and we feel safe here.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“We lived at Post Oak at Woodway for almost a year and a half, and it was a great experience. The location, facilities and staff were head and shoulders above the other apartments in this price range. The location was very convenient with excellent freeway access and access to memorial dr. The construction on post oak lane was a hassle, but the management did all they could to help the residents. The facilities and grounds are high end and family friendly. We rented a 2 bedroom plus study, and the thoughtful floor plan made it enough space for my husband, me, our 3 kids AND our dog. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with granite countertops, and there was good closet space. The grounds made for easy family living with nicely landscaped pathways (great for dog walking and kids running around), and the year round heated pool was fantastic. The exercise room is clean and has a good variety of machines. The parking was very easy and convenient for us and our visitors. The staff- especially the maintenance and management - make this apartment community really special. Any maintenance requests were resolved quickly and professionally, and they work hard to maintain a clean and pretty common area. My only suggestion is to improve the dog walking area by building 4- the grass doesn't grow well there and gravel would be better so it doesn't get too muddy. The leasing staff is fantastic- they are personable, professional and respond quickly to any request or issue. We were remodeling our home and needed to extend our lease two times, and they were easy to work with both times. We just got our security deposit back- we took good care of our apartment and they refunded the whole deposit. There was some normal wear and tear, but they did not nickel and dime us -they were the ultimate professionals from start to finish. This is a very professional, well managed community that I highly recommend. We will miss this wonderful community, and thank you for a job well done.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“So happy to find this small amazing community! The staff is kind, helpful and want to help which is a completely difference from my last place. Location is ideal and I'm so happy to call this place home!”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“There is probably no better location in all of Houston. Planets and heavens aligned and this location came about. The building is spotless inside out. The (memorial) park is in close proximity to the complex. All the staff are super nice. The complex is quiet, the atmosphere is phenomenal. The tenants are all decent people. I would recommend this property to anyone considering it, short or long term.”
— 99 N POST OAK LN · Houston“I've been living here since April and this is one of, if not the best, apartment complexs I have lived in. I've broken down the review into subsections: Noise: 5/5 : I've had some horrible experiences with previous apartments having paper thin walls to the point where I could hear when my upstairs neighbors started whispering sweet nothings to eachother. I've never had a problem with noise at Post Oak...never heard my next door neighbors and can only hear a faint vacuum noise from my upstairs neighbor in occasion. The rooms are spacious and updated and while it might not be the newest complex, they certainly did a great job with sound proofing. Amenities: 4/5: Post Oak has a small but workable gym, 2 grills in property, business room, a dog park (small), and a small pool that never gets crowded. While it may not have some of the flashier amenities of newer complexes (like multiple pools, fire pits ect), the amenities they do have are nice and are rarely heavily used (ie gym, pool, grill is always empty) Location: 4.5/5 if you're an outdoorsy person, this is a fantastic location! There is a park 25ft from the complex that has a nice trail for a simple dog walk or if you want to take a quick stroll. About 1/4 mile away is Memotial park wich is a MASSIVE park in the middle of Houston that has awesome mountain one trails, jogging paths, golf course, volleyball/soccer/baseball park driving range and restraunt. The galleria is about a 4 minute drive from the complex, so while there is shopping nearby, it's not really within walking distance. Staff: 5/5 : I've read about horror stories of other apartment complexes staff (if you're apartment hunting im sure you've read some similar staffing horror stories). Thankfully the staff here are fantastic. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and will fix even the silliest/smallest of problems. The security guards at the gate are very friendly and actually open the gate only for residents vs leaving the gate wide open and letting anybody through. (Nice to live in a complex that actually screens visitors). Leasing office staff have been working to organize more events and keep residents informed of new changes (ie wifi by the pool, incoming storms ect). The staff is all friendly and very responsive, exactly what you want at an apartment complex. The grounds are also beautiful and maintained daily. Only hiccup is the lead lower guy usually comes around once a day, so if you work from home you might hear that for 20 mins or so. Hope this helps! Sorry for spelling errors, was writing this on my phone...stupid auto correct.”
