“The overall experience from staff to the community upkeep and standards are amazing. The office staff in particular are a superb group of ladies who are always friendly and ready to service you with any need. Love my community!”

“I have no review at this time. Maybe later as I get acquainted with the staff and amenities I will feel different. I can say, the gym is very very very small. I have not seen anyone use the business center since I’ve been here and it may be a good idea to extend the gym into that area.”

“A principio fue bueno, nunca vi que alguien dejara fuera del complejo algún carro pese a que habian visitantes que agarraban los parqueos de residentes, siempre tuvimos oportunidad para ir a parquear dentro del complejo, pero ahora hemos tenido demasiados problemas con nuestros vehiculos por parqueo y consideremos que ya no es recomendable renovar.”

“Siempre muy complacida con la elección de vivir en este lugar. Nos gusta mucho por ser muy limpio, tranquilo, seguro y sobre todo por la cordial atención de su personal de servicio. Mi familia en general esta satisfecha y lo recomendaríamos siempre. Gracias”

“Si tiene la posibilidad de vivir aquí no lo dude quizás no sea lo que anda buscando pero el entorno y su seguridad están dentro de los estándares de la comunidad,posee buena iluminación y acceso a las vías principales y gran variedad de mercados y tiendas serca de la comunidad”

“Yesterday, I had the opportunity to tour the property with the leasing agent, I believe her name was Alex, she gave a great tour and was very friendly. I must express my admiration for both the exterior and interior aspects of the community. The building’s design and look are beautiful. The beautiful brick walls really stand out. Inside the apartments, the aesthetic and comfort are just as striking. I was especially amazed by how calm and inviting the space feels, making for a wonderfully peaceful living environment. I will definitely be applying and I 100% recommend. 10/10!!”

“Me siento bien a pesar de los días que tuvimos sin energía y las pérdidas con respecto a los alimentos dañados y el exceso de calor, si fuera posible que tomaran en cuenta ,el uso de Generadores que se usaron en el complejo, pues pusieron en riesgo la vida de muchas personas que estábamos obligados a escuchar ése ruido tan desagradable y el olor tóxico que emanan ésos equipos”

“I enjoy it, have no issues. Everyone is nice, helpful and understanding. No loud noise, the place is kept clean and taken care of. No one bothers anyone. The only thing i would complain about is pest. No one come and spray even after asking to be on the list. We should have access to that since we do pay for it”

“It’s peaceful and safe. Everyone minds their business. Parking is horrible though. I’ve had my car towed twice because there was no parking. Granted I parked in a fire zone. But there’s limited or no parking”

“Great place, moderate noise control. Affordable place to stay and excellent maintenance service. Big private patio with two doors to walk out of. Washer and dryer in unit with ice maker in freezer. Neighbors friendly and packages get sent to office for safety.”

“Safe quiet and more convenient in accessing the highway, quiet place with professional friendly staff who always responds to your needs when ever you ask. Very clean environment and friendly neighborhood.”

“I love living here. It is a peaceful environment. The exit gates should be replaced with new ones. New greenery around the property should be placed. The management team and staff are pleasant and friendly.”

“This community is quiet & convenient to Katy and Metropolitan Houston. I am grateful to call it home. Pet friendly with with a sense of safety for our children. The pool is clean and well maintained for our families. Ms. Christie is always available to assist with whatever she can.”

“My experience has been great. The apartment complex offers great rent prices for a nice 1 bedroom apartment. The location is really close to I-10, and I’m a good location. At night it is extremely quiet as well as the days.”

“Love this smaller apartment complex. Feels more like a community instead of a mass housing situation. Current management is awesome. If the manager ever leaves I may have to follow!!!!!. And it is pretty quiet and peaceful around here, which is great after a long day at work.”

“For my very first apartment ever I am very disappointed with the maintenance and how no one seems to be able to find a resolution to my problems in my apartment. It’s insane how they don’t seem to care about their residents well being in this heat with no ac for a whole week already.”

“Todo bien y bueno limpio y muy satisfecho calidad los apartamentos en excelente estado gracias la piscina y el gimnasio trabajando en buenas condiciones en general todo esta en perfecto estado me gusta mucho esa comunidad”

“the dumpster area looks horrible it needs to be cleaned up badly and maybe the cats will leave that area. And the play area for the kids really is not a play area there's only 2 swings the kids have no where to go and play its not presentable”
