“You feel safe and at home in a community setting. The community is small and neighbors are connected. This is a great community for senior citizens living as well as families with young children. A community of fellowship and respect for your neighbors.”

“5 stars goes out to these apartments and amazing staff. My whole experience with Josie was awesome and would definitely recommend her for your experience. The apartments themselves are awesome too, they are clean and comfortable and overall affordable.”

“The property is pretty well maintained. My only complaint is some sloppy work such as pain in the kitchen, cabinet handles installed crooked, etc. There also is a crack along the bathtub. they came to fix it once but it's still there”

“My experience at Century Park apartments has been extremely disappointing, starting from the day I moved in. I discovered they had simply painted over roaches on the walls to prepare the unit for my move-in. Beyond that initial shock, the issues have continued: Parties and Disrespectful Behavior: There are frequent parties at the pool that continue late into the night, often past 10 p.m. Residents openly consume alcohol and then leave cans and bottles scattered in the pool area and in the parking lot. After complaining they made more strict rules for the pool that made a better effect on the neighbors that were just inviting people like they own the pool. Noise from Neighbors: The ceiling on the first floor is so thin that every step my upstairs neighbors take can be heard as a loud "Bumm" in my apartment. Anytime of the day Parking Violations: My reserved parking spot is constantly being used by other residents, forcing me to park far away from my building. Management Issues: The biggest problem is that the office hours posted online and on the door are inaccurate. They say they are open on Saturday, but the office never opens. This makes it impossible to report any of these issues or get assistance. The lack of management presence and the persistent issues with noise and disrespectful residents have made my time here very negative. I would caution anyone considering moving in to think twice if they value a quiet, clean, and well-managed community."”

“The maintenance team here is fantastic?they respond quickly and handle requests efficiently. However, the office staff are another story. They often come across as unempathetic, and rules seem to apply to some residents but not others. This inconsistent enforcement makes it frustrating to feel fairly treated, which really overshadows the otherwise great living experience.”

“Me and my husband have lived here for 4 years and a half. We had a issue last year of Rat infested in our apt. They came out maintenance but didn't kill them. We had to purchase rat poison to kill them ourselves. It started in building 4 and went all over the complex. Started Feb. 2024-June 2024 it slowed down a little than picked back up in end of July til end of November. This year in 2025 we thought the rat infested was gone It came back in March 2025 til now September me and my husband have killed 5 each month since March of this year til now. Also we had neighbors move in November of 2024. It started quiet til December 2024 around the time office closed 12-22-24 til 1-2-25. They were having wild parties beer cans everywhere in front of our door and behind the bushes. Call police didn't do nothing and told Ms. Erika H head of property manager didn't do to much they still here.”

“I've had such a great experience living here! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The Erika is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled fast and with care, which makes a big difference. The amenities are clean and convenient, and the location is perfect. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live and I'm very happy”

“I am very happy with this community and the apartment I am leasing. I did lease this unit with appliances but unfurnished. Management has always stayed on top of any issues or problems I have encountered throughout the time I have been here. I have met some very nice people that live here and in the areas around the complex; and enjoy talking and catching up with them when we meet.”

“I love the way they always have a clean environment and outside does not smell bad or like trash it smells clean they keep them well maintained very good service from the managers both of them are very nice and the apartments from the inside are really cute”

“The community is small. It's quiet, clean, and I haven't had any problems since I've been here. When you make a maintenance requests they come the same day. I also like the fact that they're always planning things for the community to do.”

“The location is great, perfect for our daughter who is attending UTI. The complex exterior is well kept for the most part. The leasing and management staff is typically very helpful. We have had some maintenance issues and for the most part they have been addressed promptly and efficiently.”

“RUN from igonant Students to incompetent leasing office Staff. Jozie who sends wrong Rent amount to tacking an extra 2 mo to 12 mo lease making lease 14 mo. Never owning frick-up NO ACCOUNTABILITY!”

“Since the first day I moved in 2018 it has been very quiet the property was always kept up and till then and now I love it here the management is very great and that's all I can say and I been safe living there”

“This has been a quite community. Sometimes the neighbors have pets that bark extremely loud but for the most part the community is quite. The pool is small & the gym is only accessible during business hours”

“I have mixed experience with this community. I was able to move in a day earlier than expected, which was great for me and the situation I was in. However, after moving in, things slowly started to go downhill. Maintenance had been responding to requests slower. There's been crime in the area, even happening in the community. A prime reason why I moved in was because security cameras were throughout the complex. One day, I went outside, and they're just gone, without any reason, and the front office didn't say anything.”

“Very happy to live at Century Park Apartments. Maintenance is excellent and the leasing staff is very professional. Its very quite at all hours. Never had a problem with crime. Grounds are very clean as well.”
