“Although this apartment is one of the more affordable ones in this area, it amazes me how old it is and not maintained. It's kept up on the outside for appearances, but not maintained and kept up overall. Cracks in the walls, ceilings, countertops rotting, "water break" every week. Someone is always fixing "a water leak" on the property; so the water on the whole property is off for the whole day. This is a monthly occurrence, sometimes every other week situation. Then the following month water bill is sky high. The water, trash and sewer bill has increased from $116 to $224 in just over a year. They have the nerve to try to have competitive pricing like this is a newer property. Also increasing your annual renewal $50 or more each renewal. This used to be a nice property before GWR Management took over. Now everything is about what this company can have the residents pay and take off their hands. Fees for everything, where the fees increase the rent minimally $200 plus every month. No longer a place I'm proud to live at.”

“This was my first apartment and the only complaint I have is they turn of the water frequently for repairs; other than that i love these apartments. It's a very quiet community with friendly neighbors. The apartments them self are very nice in my opinion and affordable. I've yet to see a bug in my apartment and i've been here since Oct 24'. The leasing and maintenance staff are super friendly and always get things done fast. I've never had to wait more than 2 days for a maintenance request to be completed. I love my life here and don't plan on leaving!”

“The units and complex are not kept up as they should be Cars are always broken into and rims stolen. Maintenance doesn't do well with fixing issues things are half done. It's very sad cause residents are paying to live in a unfortunate place and environment”

“The complex is clean, it's safe, and management is so kind. They're truly supportive of everyone's needs and are undoubtedly, understanding to each resident without any bias. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity one's had to be part of this community.”

“I have lived here for four years, the complex is always clean and very well kept. The community is very quiet. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The office manager and Assistant Manager are very nice, helpful and care about their residents. The office always makes sure that the residents are always aware of any ongoing issues in the community and makes sure that we are aware of our surroundings.”

“Lots of random fees are added without consent besides what is agreed on in the contract. Management is rude and doesn't care about helping you, specifically Patricia. They're very old as well. They claim to be "renovated" but are falling apart, they just paint over all the dust, hairs, cabinets are broken and dirty. Wouldn't recommend for the price.”

“The customer service is Amazing they are so helpful when you need them to step in. I have had no problems here at these apartments. Safe, quiet, and clean. Looking for and apartment please come see them you will be so happy you did.”

“I love my community, nice friendly staff. Takes care of concerns of tenants. Maintenance are very prompt and professional when entering exiting. Also enjoy the goodies when I stop by. I always have snacks for tenants when we're inside.”

“This community has by far exceeded my expectations. Apartments are roomy and the community offers a great variety of floor plans. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. The complex is overall quiet and neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend this complex”

“Office staff work with us so we could qualify for a two bedroom apartment. Maintenance request are addressed right after. The office staff is very attentive to our needs. It is a joy to be a resident here.”

“All is fine!! It is clean service on office excellent some times the answer by phone take a time to answer but en general is ok on maintenance they attendent on time the only complaint to them is I ask to replace the bath tube for curtain because it takes too much correction and I have to replace the curtains a few times on short times, you can to confirm this when you have a chance. I appreciate you, I and hope you continue to be efficient to give me service security and more good things.”

“We loved it there.We would still be there if husband hadn't got sick.i loved all the staff and if you needed .maintenence you were taken care even bragged about how well and efficient it was to live there.Stephie was like a daughter to me.Everyone was family to me.Patricia was fantastic and she came opened door when I was locked went above her line of duty and I really appreciated her.Andrew was a very good hard working maintenence man. All the maintenence .men were great just don't know their names.”

“I love living here. The leasing office staff are wonderful- caring, supportive and helpful. Any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. All staff are friendly and kind. Neighbours are friendly and we all love that the grounds are well taken care of.”

“I enjoy living here. It's safe, clean, pretty. Maintenance is very on top of it, leasing staff is very friendly and cares about us residents. Things are done on time and very well. I just wish it wasn't so expensive to live here. Extra fees being added on isn't great. I love living here but if the price goes up on my rent again I will unfortunately have to leave. I love this community and the people that live here.”

“My experience here at TCC is one that I would not wish on anyone; child running like crazy through the apartment above me, the unbearable stench of dirty body/clothes odors, a long with cigarette smoke of migrant workers coming in around the clock to sleep the same apt., parking spaces being taken up by them. There was an invasion of ants in my apartment and I got bite marks on my arms and legs, and was told the exterminators wouldn't be back for 2 weeks so I had to buy bug spray even though I'm already paying for extermination service. The bedroom is weird as it's not easy to arrange furniture in it so my bed is in the living room?smoke/odors make the bedroom a gas chamber. The windows have no insulation. They are good about lawn care and letting you know when the water will be off.”

“I've never had any problems since I've moved here. Everyone is so nice. I'm happy that my neighbors are courteous and most importantly, quiet. The management has always been wonderful to my daughter who comes to take care of me and I appreciate that. The maintenance men are very friendly and professional as well. I have no complaints!”

The front office staff also deserve recognition for their positive attitude and efficient service. They always made me feel welcome and valued. To further elevate the community, I believe focusing on security measures in certain areas and implementing stricter enforcement regarding pet littering would be beneficial. Addressing these points would build upon the already strong foundation of quick maintenance and excellent front office support.”
