“This apartment complex is a total disaster. Don't be fooled by its outward beauty or convenient location in the med center. From management issues to constant safety concerns, living here has been nothing short of a headache. I moved out after only a year lease here, and that wasn’t soon enough to leave this nightmare of a place. *** Surprise Move-Out Fees: If you have pets—even registered emotional support animals—be prepared for surprise fees when you move out. They tried to charge me $336.68 for new bedroom carpet due to "pet odor," even though my two cats are fully trained and NEVER use the bathroom outside their litterbox. The litterbox was in the living room where there was no carpet, not the bedroom. They couldn’t provide any proof of damage, like urine/poop stains (BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE)!!!! In fact, when I moved in, I noticed an animal smell, which I mentioned to the leasing agent, who said it was probably from the previous tenant or the air ducts. I have MULTIPLE WITNESSES who can attest that there was no damage to the carpet. I’m currently in an ongoing dispute about these ridiculous fees and still waiting for them to be removed from my account—I will NOT be paying them. *** Referral Bonus: When I moved in March 2024, there was a $1,000 resident referral special. My friend, Denna, referred me, and our plan was to split the bonus. We were told to wait 2 rent payments before receiving the payout. After 4 months of following up, we found out the paperwork was never filed. To make matters worse, we were told the original bonus wasn’t valid anymore due to "changes in management" and they would only offer the "current special" of $500. It took even more weeks to receive that payment, and it was applied as a credit to our account (instead of the check we were told to wait for). The only reason the bonus was finally paid out is because Denna left a bad Google review, which you can see for yourself. *** Safety Concerns: There are constant car break-ins and stolen tires. The gates malfunction regularly, and security cameras don’t work!!! Also, there are no parking spots available after 8 p.m. because guests park in the resident areas, even though they’ve implemented parking stickers for residents. All of this makes living here feel incredibly unsafe. ***Fire Alarm Issues: The building’s fire alarm system goes off almost every week due to things like people smoking in the stairwells. These alarms are EXTREMELY LOUD and disruptive, often going off at early hours or late at night. On top of that, the smoke detectors are so sensitive that you can’t even light a candle without triggering them. *** Bugs: The first floor is INFESTED with large roaches, silverfish, and spiders. Despite paying for monthly pest control, the building isn’t treated for pests. Absolutely DISGUSTING. *** Flooding: Despite this being a "new" building, it floods during heavy rains. My first-floor unit almost flooded during Beryl, and I was told flooding was not an issue when I moved in. I strongly recommend to AVOID this place. The management is unprofessional, and I agree the only person that can be vouched for was my leasing agent, Avery. The living conditions here are far below acceptable. This has been the worst apartment experience I've ever had.”
“I wanna say every time I have an issue with the apartments they always take care of everything and they make sure that we’re well taken care of they are very welcome and always make sure we’re in a safe place. The environment is very good and I just love the whole staff.”

Kelli was nice at first but quickly changed and has been nasty since. Doesn't seem to understand the first thing about customer service or politeness. Not only was the front office and Kelli more than disrespectful, inadequate, unqualified, and ignorant, the Assistant Manager Linda proceeded to demonstrate the same abysmal standards. I was yelled at, put on hold for 2+ hours, and called racist names by both of them. Allied Orion Group should take a good hard look at this place and start firing people. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and state apartment regulatory agency. This place is already going down hill before it's even fully built. The same old excuses that "we're new" doesn't justify the treatment I've experienced. Save yourself the headache and try Alta Med Main apartments. You won't regret it.”

It has been a pleasant experience since moving here. Kelli, Linda and Michelle have all been amazing and super nice!! I asked tons of questions prior to, during, and after moving in and they were answered accordingly. Communication with the manager, Kelli was reasonable and appropriate throughout the process. She managed my expectations about availability of upcoming units during the construction process and was honest and upfront about any delays or changes. My experience with the move-in process was seamless and the amenities here are more than I could have ever thought to seek in a apartment home. So far, all of my expectations have been met. Although we are still building, when im inside my apartment, I cant here ANY of the construction going on outside and im in the ground floor. I couldn’t have picked a better place!! P.S. - All the residents that I have met were friendly and thats also a plus.”

In reality they are not working on anything. .EVER. including the ac that stops working at random times.I have been lied to as well as talked down to by the staff in the office. When I asked about some sort of compensation for not having hot water for 2 months the office staff informed me "we dont do that here". You can also look forward to paying for your parking. Apparently your rent does not include the right to a parking spot? The only good thing I can possibly say about this place is there isnt alot of noise (parties..etc). This place is a dump ran by slum lords who refuse to fix anything correctly. I have taken the liberty of taking januarys rent and hiring an attorney to get me out of my lease as they obviously arent keeping up thier end of it anyways. Also a couple of my neighbors called the city and reported the obvious violations. I will be following their lead on the next business day. Do NOT move here it isnt worth the 1 to 2 hundred youll save a month!”

I've told Voilet the manager numerous times about these issues and its gotten worse I can't understand how a person can keep a job when she never walks the property so many doors are open so crackheads come in and get free rent and it across the lee high school so all the kids cross the street to hidden pines to get high and there is gang fights on the property by the way that picture is old the cut down the pine trees and we have no leasing office on the property they moved someone in the old leasing office”

My apartment locator gave a list of apartments and I chose to go by and take a look at their apartments. To start out, before I viewed any of their apartments, several tenants came in with issues that raised concern. One lady said she needed pest control to come out because she had bugs in the cracks of her ceiling. A man came in and said after several complaints, his A/C still isn't working after a month. Lastly, a man came in and stated that he'd paid his deposit for his apartment 10 days ago and his place still isn't ready to move into. He stressed how the lease has ended at the place he was living at & he wanted his money back because his apartment should have been ready 10 days ago. The lady (Shantel)in the office told him that they had to fire their maintenance guy and hire a new one. I felt that was unprofessional to tell the guy that. Plus that's not his fault. She told him that he couldn't get his money back because he was under contract. WTH!!! So basically you sign a contract for a specific date and if they aren't finished with getting your apartment ready by that date then "oh well"! You just have to deal w/ it. BAD BUSINESS & EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Finally I was shown an apartment. Before walking in the place, Shantel says "I'm not sure if it's clean." Really! You should know about your apartments before you view them to potential renters. This place was digusting & hot mess. Dead roaches. Broken apliances. Trash everywhere. Tobacco everywhere. I was sick to my stomach. Plus the grounds are digusting. Alcohol boxes on the ground. Trash Trash Trash. People w/ their doors open and loud music blasting. The pool had green water. I could go on and on about how bad this apartment complex was. Needless to say, I'd never stay in a place like that and I recommend that you don't either. That place looks like nothing but the projects. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!”

— 6360 Skyline Dr · Houston“i have to say that i totally disagree with the last two post.they are totally bogus some one inside the office had to post them cuz no one in there right mind could possible like these apartments unless you had no other choice in the world to live here.and hidden pines apartments and the Inglewood village(which is located straight across the street) is managed together. the apartments have never properly been up kept but they once had office staff that cared about the property and the residents. but in April of 2008 they left and new management came into play. these people with an exception of one office worker was the most disrespectful, rude, uncaring, nonchalant racist(yes i said racist) set of people i have ever met.there are managed by a make up caked faced set of --------- by the name of Maria and Cacilia one has black hair and she wears glasses and she is short one has a made up face out of make up and she is taller with blond hair. these people will not stop harassing residents all the time they try to intimidate all other races besides --------- i guess they want they whole apartment complex to be --------. Now let me tell you about the actual condition of the apartments. 1st: Forget Roaches they have Rats. are you scared of big nasty rats don't worry they baby rats too. 2cnd: i think one reason why there are so many rats is because the garbage can stays over flowed. there is garbage in the trashcan around the trashcan and on top of trashcan. 3rd: the sewage stays busted so when you walk around in the complex you can see what a big crap somebody has taken cuz its laying on the side walk. there maintenance is non existing you have a better chance try to track me down and asking me to come fix something in you apartment, than you do them coming. these apartments are horrible i would not allow my dog to stay here and iam willing to post a very small brief descriptions of these apartments for you to have a good review on what you might be in store for. On a for real note these apartments have have been reported to the housing authorities a great number of times and they are in the process of being sued. i have singed a potention and will be present on that court date. Please no that if you do decide to move here You have been warned!!!!!!!!!”
— 6360 Skyline Dr · Houston“i just moved out. i should have stayed, i moved down the street for a "move in special" that was a complete joke! if it sounds to good to be true, it is! anyway, i liked my apartment there, wish it had washer and dryer connections, but other than that it was a good deal. the people in the office were always friendly to me, actually asked how i was doing when i paid rent. i should have stayed and will be moving back in 5 months with this lease is up.”
— 6360 Skyline Dr · Houston“I am a new resident in Hidden Pines and I have been here for only 2 months, I think my apartment is cool. I have hardwood floors, where else can you find this but except in more expensive apartments. The only thing I do not like about the apartment is that there is no washer and dryer connections in my palce so I have to go out to the laundry place up the street which at times is full and I have to wait a long time to do my laundry. Other than that the staff is cool, and they always waive hi when they see me. 3 of my friends live here thats why I came, so for now everything is cool. Just make sure you get a covered parking space because finding a open parking at night is hard.”
