“These apartments were extremely nice. Fixtures were updated. And their amenities were everything and more. The walkthrough with Andy was informative and pleasant. We will be moving in soon. Looking forward to the luxury of having everything in walking distance from the awesome dog park, pool, theater room, arcade room, business center, hammock garden and a 24 hour gym!”

“There are better living options out there I recommend seeking them. This places has too many rules, restrictions, fees, and more. The security of the property is very poor. Something is always happening here. Parking is terrible for you and guest. The parking app needs to be better. They have so many inspections where they "need" to enter your home.”

“Very pretty complex and apartment setting. The leasing associate was very professional and friendly. I ultimately decided not to rent because of it's location so close to the beltway. I wasn't really comfortable and was unsure of how safe it might be.”

“My move-in experience was smooth with no problems.1 week in and overall the experience has been great. The gym and amenities are well worth it and the community is super quiet and feels safe. Advenir and the community team at Boulder Creek are always there for you and have done a great job of maintaining all amenities.”

“My experience renting an apartment here, thus far, has been nothing short of excellent from the beginning. Salina made the entire process smooth and stress-free, was consistently friendly approachable and genuinely eager to help with any questions I had whether it was touring the property, signing the lease or moving in, she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Whenever I needed assistance, she has responded quickly and handled everything efficiently. It's clear the management team takes pride in keeping the community well maintained and ensuring the residents have positive living experience. The property itself is clean safe and well-cared-for with thoughtful amenities that make day to day life more enjoyable. Staff always friendly and smiling and the maintenance crew are very friendly and pleasant . Any issues arrive they are handled and asked if it was done to your satisfaction.”

“Great experience so far. Minimal issues that get taken care of fairly quickly. Security could be better. I've only seen the courtesy officer once. The property stays clean. I have renewed my lease twice.”

“My leasing agent was great. The application process is not. I felt like Andy had his hands tied by a manager who wasn't present to approve or review things that he wasn't able to. I think Andy should be the manager because his manager seems to not do anything.”

“Great place. Nice and quiet. Great staff. However I very much dislike the fact that I HAVE to leave a 200 minimum word review after every survey after every work order. Give me a way to opt out after the first.”

“Nice, clean, modern and friendly staff. Seems to be quiet - which is great for that R&R. Parking near your apartment or building can be a bit of a challenge. Amenities are nice and doesn't seem to be crowded.”

“Its been a great experience. Noise has never been a problem and the staff is amazing. The pool is always clean and the property is well maintained. If there is ever an issue its taken care of right away.”
