“This place is HORRIBLE. I have cited and reported many violations, and now They have all types of violations from un-ruly kids causing problems, noises at night, as I have reported on 3 times. Running through stairwells knocking on walls. I HAVE PAID MY RENT ON TIME; 10 MONTHS, AND have told management months ago....I would "NOT" renew here after she tried to extort money from me for the return of my car keys which she knew another tenant had, trying to charge me $200.00 for their return. NOWW, now THEY TRY TO EVICT ME WITH BOGUS VIOLATIONS THEY NEVER EVER INFORMED ME ABOUT. I WENT TO THE HOME OFFICE, AT MOSAIC RESIDENTIAL ON KATY HIGHWAY, AND THEY GIVE YOU BOGAS INFORMATION, NO SUPERVISOR EVER SPEAKS TO YOU, ITS ALWAYS A PERSON WHO KNOWS VERY LITTLE ABOUT ANYTHING. AFTER PAYING ON TIME FOR 10 MONTHS...AND GIVING THEM MY 2 MONTH NOTICE, THEY UTILIZE TACTICS, OF A NOISE VIOLATION, and having an un-authorized occupant, which I don't have, and NEVER have had, living with me.... I plan to fight it all the way UP. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE, AND, **THEY PUT FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THEIR ON WEBSITE, BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR PLACE BY FAR...ONCE YOU SIGN..YOU'LL SEE!. Nothing gets fixed, and the maintenance is horrible, and 5 times in my place, no dishwasher working after 10 months...REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE...FAKE, MADE BY THEM. I still have mold in my bathroom on the ceilings, they have never taking care of this...they told me; spray it with clorox. Their Workers on the property, stole A phone from a guest I had, and returned it later when caught. Oliver”

Touring the community was probably the best that it could have been. The community was spotless, the pool beautiful, and office staff amazing. I had never felt so welcome anywhere. Toni went out of her way to make sure that I had all the information that I had needed. When I am readu to lease I will definitely choose Lexington. Thank you”
“The Lexington at champion apartment community is a very comfortable place to live. The workers are helpful and caring about their residents. The community grounds are kept up with and taken extremely well care of. The workers try their best to keep their residents satisfied with their living environment. When their is a problem the workers jump right on it and try to fix it to the best of their ability. Living at the Lexington at champions is the best decision I have ever made.”

I initially had an issue with the neighbors above me and the noise level. This was something that I simply had to get used to coming from a house. I spoke with management and they did all that they could to assist and make me comfortable. Other than this issue, I actually love living here. It is a small and quiet community that is close to all of the excitement of 1960 (which I also love). The office manager Laurissa is very sweet and patient as well. If I log a service request, it is completed the very next day as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and convenient living experience.”

I'm going to keep it short and sweet when I moved here in the beginning of the year it was under a different management company... Then a few months after they sold the apartments to another management company who brought in their own office staff who are very unprofessional rude and all have attitudes when you call about concerns all they care about is getting ppl in and you paying your rent on time.. The staff who was here when we first moved in we're amazing, excellent customer service and don't let me get started on the maintenance man let me just say you won't get anything fixed... We pay too much money to have customer service this bad... soon as my lease is up I'm out of here... save yourself the time and take your money elsewhere”

For instance I needed to move from a larger unit to a smaller unit and vice versa, and every time I've had to make that decision I looked around at other complexes in the area and still ended up signing another contract here. I only looked at other complexes mainly to compare pricing. It's pretty quiet here and the complex is small enough to where you see familiar faces and can recognize new residents pretty quickly. The staff has always been great although there have been a number of changes to management in the past 9 years, none of which were for the better or worse necessarily. Overall, my experience has been great hence why I haven't moved out of here yet.”

The feeling of community and family permiates the atmosphere! last week, the 7th of November Lexington threw a "movie under the stars" get togther for the residences. It was family friendly and my grandson and I enjoyed it immensely. However, the thing that demonstrated a great sense of community is the way everyone pulled together to clean up and put the pool and grill area back together. The maintainace of the units and ground is excellent. The office staff is caring and helpful. They are always ready to listen and to help with any concern or problem that may arise. Here you feel at home.”

I only moved because I got engaged and my fiance; and I combined our households and are now living in a house. Otherwise, I would have stayed indefinitely!”
