“La señorita Sendi es una gran gerente. Ella iso muchas cosas por sus residentes. Me encanto que puso nuevas luces a la propiedad, pinto la propiedad y me encantó los colores que le pusieron a los muebles de la alberca. Ya me fue porque compre casa pero me encanto vivir en Deerwood pines y estoy feliz porque me regresaron mi deposito. Recomiendo la propiedad y siempre muy limpia. Excelente servicio y siempre me ayudaron en lo que necesite.”

She was very friendly, I love the property I hope she can call me if she have something available. i recommend the property and Sendi excellent her customer service.”

“Nice apartment complex. It’s really quite. Parking is always available too. You get a noise neighbor here and there but nothing alarming. The property is always clean as well. And last but not least the manager Sendi Galvan is the best!!!”

“I have resided here since 2013 apartment are roomy and comfortable. All the staff are great, friendly helpful and never have to wait for service. Mr Juan is the Best maintenance Person i have ever met. My most Favorite person is Mrs. Sandra the Assistant she really really care about the residents here at Deerwood Pines Apts. I just would Love for Sandra to become Manager. She knows all about Deerwood Pines Apts. She helps senior citizen in the community when Harvey Storm came to Houston Tx. Ms Sandra made sure Salvation Army Food Truck came to Deerwood (2}Twice a day to feed all the community . I witness Mrs Sandra personal stand in line to get food for Disable Client in our community. Mrs Sandra is my ROCK”

“Have lived here since 2013 no problems management has change but for the Good always a great place to live and very respectable neighbors we get along with each other. The office staff Mrs Sandra and Mrs. Connie are the best they are concern with the community best interest. When Hurricane Harvey hit Mrs Sandra saw to it that we were taken care of with Salvation Army food truck assistance everyday. Mrs Sandra and Mrs Connie made sure their community was well taken care .It was such a experience i am so glad that i was living in a Community that cared about their tenants. There was families living here with newborn babies, elderly people,blinds tenants but Mrs Sandra made sure we were care for she got assistance form a near by church Northshore community fellowship church so we could charge our phone because we were out of electric for 3 days the church assisted us with meals diapers and lot more. Cant express my Gratitude that Mrs Connie and Mrs Sandra showed to this community.”

“These apartments are nowhere good. The apartment staff will only look out for -------- and treat every other race like crap. I believe they need a whole new rental management company. I'm so over this. Once my lease is over I will be moving.”

“If you want to live with raccoons, snakes and other pest, including the manager and his flunky assistant please put your application in. Since we have resided here (6 yrs) we have had an attempted break-in, our septic system has over-flowed at least 5 times whereas you have to drive/walk through human feces. There is no security on the premises so everyone drives through the complex and uses the dumpsters as their personal garbage dump so needless to say, they are always full. About 2 months ago a lady was car jacked in the rear of the apartment complex, and another tenant experienced an attempted robbery while he was in his garage. All rules are not made for all residents and some even get special privileges.Its only one thing you can look forward to when your lease is up - a price increase on your rent! A policeman told us that the manager always calls them if there is a disturbance involving Black people on the property but never for --------- or whites yet an illegal was picked up over here just by a random stop. So if you are looking for a nice complex with a courteous, helpful and friendly staff, keep looking.”
