“It’s great. It’s a very nice small cute community apartment complex. The leasing agent girl tries her best to make everyone happy. It’s a good location. They do the service stuff really quick for maintenance.”

“Feel unsafe. The door is always broken. People leave the back door open to let people who don't live there come in. Cars that don't belong always park where they shouldn't and admin does nothing about it. For instance people are using the unloading no parking area to park. So it make it difficult for people who have heavy things to unload not be able to use it. The sad thing is that it is the same people doing it.”

“Things are great. I like that its not alot of units which mean its not alot of people staying in the complete. I like how the manager stays in contact as well. I am able to live peacefully in the apartment with minimal problems.”

“Maintenance only has certain days when they come and it seems like theres only one person working the day they do come. The cleanliness could improve, outside and inside. Appliances could be updated as well.”

“I have honestly loved living here. It is quiet and secure and the management is extremely attentive and personable. The only thing I will say is the gym is pretty small so if that is important to you, you may want to look else where BUT there is a 24 hour fitness less than 3 min away.”

“Mostly like it here. Great location, the property manager is awesome, the apartments are nice. I just R E A L L Y wish they would recycle because it's so annoying having to go to other people's recycling bins constantly and it drives me crazy to know others here aren't willing to do that. Did you know single-use plastic can stay on this earth for up to 1,000 years?? Because I do. If they recycled, this place would be pretty much perfect. I've been saying this since the day I moved in over three years ago, and will continue to say it until something changes. :(”

“I have lived at Midtown Grove since July 2020 and so far I am loving it here! I appreciate that maintenance is quick to respond. Ashley at the leasing office is also a joy and is responsive to any questions I may have. My only "complaint" is the fitness center needs an upgrade on equipment and it is a small room. Otherwise I love it here!”

“Great everything has been on time, secured parking , Trash gets picked up by the time I get hone, quiet tenants very mellow and spacious living conditions, very secured place to live in and feel comfortable at home”

“It's a good apartment, and well situated. Ashley is always friendly and any requests go through quickly. Facilities are well maintained. I look forward to them upgrading the internet service here, as well as a streamlined recycling pickup.”

“I love the convenient location and that this is a smaller more intimate community! The leasing manager Ashley is seriously the best. She will make you feel at home and address all of your concerns quickly and efficiently!”

“In my 2 1/2 years at Midtown Grove, staff and maintenance have been helpful, courteous, and prompt. Resident parking is great, but visitor parking is often nonexistent. Other residents I have talked to have been very friendly and kind (except my roommate... yikes). Near some great bars and coffeeshops, and metro and restaurants are very walkable too. Highly recommend.”

“My experience has been awesome. Ashley is thorough, personable, and an amazing asset to the team. She made the experience awesome! The community is quiet, close to EVERYTHING you need, and affordable. Im very happy with this choice. Truly God sent!”

“When apartment searching I came across this little gem. I absolutely love these apartments! its close to every freeway for easy commute, the community is very secure, only residents with a code and fob access the building. I just love everything about it.. very happy that I moved here and Im sure I will continue to call it home for a while longer.”

“This place is absolutely horrible. I'm here right through the walls. Neighbors here are ------. There are homeless people begging for food when you go to your car. Landscaping is unkept. There is dog poop everywhere. The halls smell like mold. The list goes on anon. Stay far away.”

“I just recently moved in this past month and love everything about my new home. The staff is nice, units are beautiful, neighborhood is very convenient, the whole apartment complex is wonderful and quiet. I love that they are very pet friendly, my dog loves it here.”

“I moved in to Midtown Grove 3 months ago and I honestly have nothing bad to say! I love my apartment, with the Harvey floods we were not affected and I was extremely grateful for that. the maintenance is super quick to take care of any issues I may have and the manager is also very nice.”

“Great Location.! All the staff I have met have been more than kind to me, customer service is great. The complex is always clean and very calm. Every morning I go down to the lobby to serve myself some great coffee they provide. Couldn't be any happier in a different location!”

“I currently work around the area and I had been searching for something closer since my commute was very long. I came across Midtown Grove, and I absolutely loved it. I signed my lease 2 months ago and I could not be happier, its always super clean very well maintained. I like the fact that is a gated community and I don't have to be worried about leaving my car out in the street, which was a big issue in the previous place. over all Im very happy with my new place.”

“I was still living at Midtown Grove when Rockstar Management hired Shamarilyn as the new manager at Midtown. From her fist day there she was wonderful, warm and welcoming and made sure any concerns of her residents were met. No matter what she was doing when you stopped by the office she always made time for you along with greeting all her residents by name. Having Shamarilyn as the manager and Cesar as maintenance was a great team that made coming home each day a pleasure. I see she's still there and residents along with future residents are still choosing to make Midtown there home because of the great customer service she continues to provide. Great customer service from the manager, great maintenance and a great location with beautiful units is a win, win for everyone. I would recommend living here to anyone!!!”
