“Wow... I lived here for 2 and a half years. When I first moved in, I had to deal with a number of plagues that ravaged the house. I had cockroaches so thick that when an exterminator finally came in, I ended up with dead cockroaches so thick across the kitchen counter that I couldn't see the counter. Then there was the plague of little black bugs that got all over everything. Another trip out by the exterminator. THEN, there was the plague of fire ants. More exterminator action. My duplex was attached to another unit that had a resident that was apparently a drug addict. She would crawl through the attic and drop down into my unit and steal things. Then there was the upkeep of the property. The fence around my backyard was falling down and there was some nice graffiti painted on the end of my building that was never cleaned off. I can't say much about the management company, because outside of showing me the place and giving me the keys, I never saw or talked with them again.”
