“The Spencer park Row is AWFUL please take the reviews seriously before moving here A BIG ROACH PROPLEM they will steal you deposit upon move out DO NOT BE FOOL I REPEAT everyone can’t be tell lies about their experience”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“DO NOT RENT HERE. Poor maintenance, roach infestation and worthless office staff. It took 6 visits over 3 weeks to fix AC - and then it was down on the 4th week. It took 4 visits to spray for roaches to make the place habitable. Office staff never follow through on anything they ever say. Couldn’t be worse if you tried.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Beware, beware, beware!!! This place is ------ and FULL OF GERMAN ROACHES. Do NOT move into apartment 103. I moved in July 7, 2024 and there’s no way they did an inspection before us moving in. Emma the leasing agent walked the apartment with me and we saw roaches first hand, and she made it seem as if it’s normal. At first I only saw 2-3 so didn’t think of an infestation. The roaches were inside the stove and microwave, and I made sure they replaced those appliances. I had to pay out my own pocket to bomb the apartment and pay for my own pest control, cause their contract pest control refused to do anything and wanted me to wait 3 weeks and there was no way in absolute hell. The more days I lived there the worse the roaches got — you’d see them EVERYDAY. I was so miserable!! Tia the property manager refused to refund my money for the pest control we paid, and the bombing. Tia and the owner also refused to let us move into another unit without increasing the rent due to this all being their fault. I didn’t sign up to live with roaches, they were on my belongings, in the kitchen like no tomorrow, and in my kids room. It’s nasty and a health concern. Don’t even bother telling Tia your concerns cause she will NOT respond to your emails. She will tell you one thing and do another. The whole staff sucks from the leasing agents to the property manager. I moved out on 7/29/24 and still haven’t got a response from my emails — they’re so unprofessional. The regional Diana is not going to call you to discuss your concerns, cause she clearly doesn’t care. They just talk amongst each other and tell you something which probably isn’t the truth, because there’s no proof of anything. They don’t care about anything but money. This place is NOT well kept at all and they know that. I cried after getting my keys to the leasing agent Ulysses or however you spell her name, and she didn’t do anything after I told her the roaches were just everywhere. Tia the property manager herself said I should’ve never been given the keys since the unit was full of roaches, and not even properly made ready. You could tell they didn’t even clean that apartment. Besides fresh paint and carpet. The fan only had one speed, front door had rotten wood, cabinets scratched up, baseboards missing, the washer had issues, the dryer didn’t work correctly, the shower heads were old and not replaced, the list goes on! I didn’t even live there a month. They will not do anything to help you or listen to your concerns. Don’t even waste your time or money. They won’t even help me for the inconvenience of everything that I had to move twice in less than a month because they gave me a nasty unit. Refunding all my money, is literally the least they could do. Unless you want roaches in your belongings and with you in the kitchen EVERYDAY; I highly suggest you don’t move here. It has such a gross distinct smell, and the AC unit is super loud. The pictures I have don’t even do justice!”
“We moved here because of the 2 car garage. We were very clear ahead of time that we needed a very smooth move, and the apartment needed to be issue free because I have cancer. We thought because this was taken over by new management that things would be good. A lot of work was being put into the apartments. Well, we moved into this apartment paying $2002 a month and the refrigerator did not work, a/c was out, master bathroom did not have a working tub or shower, the sink and toilet in the master ran constantly, the bath in the other restroom ran constantly, the walls were peeling .... Yes I said peeling.... Paint peeling off everywhere. The master closet, laundry and entry smelled like weed, the microwave had glue down the front, the cabinets were peeling inside and out, the Formica on the kitchen counters were peeling, the balcony had a wasp nest and spider webs all over, the blinds had bite marks and one in my child's room was metal and cut from the top to the bottom to fit so it was a safety hazard, the garage door was programmed the same as a neighbors so we could open his and he could open ours - we were told to unplug it because they didn't have the right remotes. The worst? Infested with hug ants coming from the walls in the kitchen and dining and roaches in the entry and bathrooms.... I have NEVER seen anything like this. It's a very expensive ------. We moved out 3 weeks later. I was told by the manager that ALL monies paid would be refunded but the regional manager renege on that promise and did not refund all monies paid. They seemed to think they were doing us a favor by letting us move, it's laughable to think this is who StoneMark finds suitable for management. To ever think this is acceptable (for anyone) is not okay. No one should live like this, I don't care if it was a free shelter. The day we moved out, the only items addressed had been the microwave, the a/c three times and still didn't cool, the kitchen cabinets were painted over but not fixed, the garage door after 1.5 weeks. All others items were still outstanding.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I have lived in Sevona Park Row two times in different periods, from 2017 to 2018 and from 202 up todate; my living experience has been great both times. Sevona offers an outstanding living experience with comfortable apartment homes, private garage, state of the art amenities, gym, swimming pool, pool tables, office center, unique location nearby restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and with a friendly and professional staff who will take care of every need you may have. Chris Curtis is the go-to person for any assistance requests. He is agreeable, courteous, professional and responsive. Anibal E. Dam I very much encourage and recommend anybody to come and visit Sevona to corroborate everything I say.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Unfortunately, my experience here has not been great. I pay my rent on time every month despite of it all. The trash chute on my wing has been broken for months , well before the christmas holiday. The current trash bin that's right next to it is no better at all. It is way too high to place trash in it. You literally have to run and jump to put trash at the top of this bin. Some of tenants here are just placing the trash on the ground because its perhaps to heavy to throw above their heads. The trash seems to be emptied out every 2 weeks. It is currently overflowing with trash and not to mentions have several big vulture type birds swarming around the trash bin breaking open the trash bags. (I have pics for proof) For a "luxury" apartment this is so tacky. Work orders that have been emergencies haven't been responded to in a timely manner. I had a non-flushing toilet for two days, gross. Now i have leaking roof, in which no one has contacted me on. It just has been so frustrating living here & this is me venting because no one should have to deal with this.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I am going on my 8th year living at this community. I love this community because it's extremely convenient, it's centrally located and right next to I10 making for an easy commute to work. That's not the best part of living at Sevona Apartments though...the best part would be having one of the best office staff agents ever, Christopher Curtis. He is always, EXTREMELY pleasant when I come into the office and when I call. Even when I have an issue, he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that I am well taken care of as a tenant. He is an amazing representative of Sevona and I'm truly Thankful for him.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Love living here! Helpful office staff & maintenance requests taken care of in an efficient/ timely manner. A little noisy being so close to I-10 but nothing unbearable. No noisy neighbors. Just a great place to live”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I've been a resident here since 2008 and can't see myself living anywhere else. I love my apartment and the fact we have attached garages. Our community is well cared for and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and professionally. I also like the location and easy access to the main roads.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I lived in the property for two years, and the office staff frequently so that indicates they have a high turnover rate. The only good thing about this apartment is the location, but the office staff is terrible, corporate is also terrible. After finally moving out two years later, the new office staff is charging me for regular wear and tear on walls, carpet, so there goes my deposit. If looking to move here, I'd find somewhere else, many of my neighbors that moved out before I did went to the Marquis, and I've heard their great! I wouldn't recommend living here..”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“The staff is amazing and the rents are reasonable. I have had quite a few maintenance issues, but they always take care of them promptly. The location is great. It is private, but really close to I-10.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I've lived here since September, 2017 and this is the worse complex I've ever lived in. The gates are always broken and the management staff makes us feel we're a nuisance when we need something. Good luck reaching the office on the weekend. I've had several issues and the Manager does just enough to put a bandaid on the issue without fixing your complaint completely. It's an older complex, cars which don't run are allowed to sit on property, there's very little water pressure, no intrusion alarm, the windows are drafty, the freeway noise is loud, the property is dark with little outside lighting, etc. the list goes on and on. I can't wait to move from here next year. Thankfully they weren't issuing long leases at the time I moved in ! Keep looking and don't consider Sevona Park Row !”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Came in to look at apartments with my boyfriend, upon our first arrival the office was closed ( it was 3 on Saturday afternoon) when we came back they were open and we stood waiting for someone to at least acknowledge we were there. After finally being acknowledged, the leasing agent was very dry. She did not seem interested in helping us and spoke in a patronizing tone. When it came time for a tour my boyfriends hands over his drivers license and I hand over a picture ID. I then explain I lost my drivers license and state ID in the flood (hurricane Harvey). She dryly informs us that I couldn't take a tour but my boyfriend could and tell me what it looked like. I was really taken back because all the other properties we viewed had been understanding of the extreme circumstances. The experience was absolutely terrible! These apartments were my number one pick. We wanted to see a unit and then get paperwork started, but with office staff like that I'm surprised they have any tenants at all. After all the pleasant experiences we had at other properties yesterday it was sad to end on such a sour note.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Pest infestation that has continued to be ignored by second park row management”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I normally don't write reviews but I felt the need to express my satisfaction. I am a current resident at Sevona Park Row. I've lived here for two years. I can honestly say I have no complaints. The staff, specifically Andrea and Julie, are very polite and professional. In addition, Andrea and Julie are very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They always welcome me into the office with open arms. They go above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy resident. The property is always clean and the landscaping is well-kept. The area is quiet and I feel safe living here. The maintenance staff are prompt and always fix my problems. I recently renewed my lease for another year due to all of the above factors. I would strongly recommend Sevona Park Row as your place to call home.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“My experience today at Sevona Park Row was everything but ordinary. I had drove by several times and like the property at 40 MPH, so I decide to slow down and take a walk through. I called to make an appointment with Diane, she would be off but informed me Andrea would be more than happy to help. So I arrived and WOW! the place was "poppin". A catering service was making breakfast for the residents. Everyone was so happy, engaging each other and the air was filled with the aroma of fresh pancakes. I felt at home instantly. Then Andrea introduced herself inviting me into her office. Some souls just radiate kindness, Andrea is one of those souls. She showed me an apartment then we started on the approval process. While I waited, I goggled "Sevona" to learn it has a numerical value of "22". That is my birthday, good sign. Andrea with helping another prospective resident so while I waited I had a caramel apple mimosa (delicious, by the way) and met a current resident. She has lived in the complex for a year and had just "renewed" her lease. (Another good sign). I liked her instantly, I noticed her shirt. I also own the same shirt. We laughed and talked while we finished our CA mimosas. She mentioned her birthday was 3 days from Christmas...What I said, three days from Christmas, you mean December 22. She smiled and said yes. Wow, my birthday is December 22. I knew I was home and we will become great friends. As for Andrea, she had a full plate with the breakfast (no pun intended), people coming in to pay rent and prospective new residents. She was professional as everyone she dealt with left with a smile on their face. I look forward to moving in soon. PS: the Catering service: Fitcasa Inc. AWESOME. Carly makes a wonderful caramel apple mimosa. Facebook page: Fitcasa Inc.@ Fitcasa”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“My experience with the Staff at Sevona was great. I am Transitioning to an apartment for a few months until we find a another house. Andrea and staff were great and patience with me as my closing date kept changing. I was able to secure the apartment and not worry we would not have a place to stay. After our move the staff was very responsive to our needs. The apartment complex provides us a lot of amenities (gym, computer access, social events). The grounds are well maintain.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I am a new resident at Sevona Park Row and I would like to Thank Andrea for making this move very pleasant. My move was due to a job transfer and I was stressing over getting into an apartment ASAP. Andrea made it happened. The grounds are very well kept and the location is perfect for my new job in a new city. Thanks to the other staff members there also.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“This place is seriously great. I helped my boyfriend move in here three months ago and Andrea made it a truly great experience. My boyfriend works a million hours a week and needed a quick move in and I had to orchestrate it all. When we moved him in, we were welcomed with a small gift, including two coca-colas - a major blessing when doing any type of manual labor in Texas. The apartment was clean, smelled great, looked great. I'm very particular and went around with a fine tooth comb to look for anything maintenance may need to fix. Two minor adjustments were needed and maintenance was there to fix them the next morning. Fast forward three months - everything is still great. Neighbors are nice. The car wash area is great. I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait until my lease it up and maybe I'll move in too!”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“My Name is Adham and I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years ..My wife and I have loved this place.. compared to other place we have seen it has some unique themes for privacy, convenience, security, beauty and wonderful location. IN addition to the large gated swimming pools, separated units and wide green areas, family friendly, no parking issues at all. The only issues we had before was related to the timing for responding to the maintenance request, and the manual process of collecting monthly rent. Good News is the new management has implemented the resident portal where we can schedule monthly rent payments at no fees, fill-in, track, complete maintenance requests online and get timing estimate for completion .. Current management is doing an amazing job in keeping everything clean and organized. we have been observing massive efforts to maintain a pleasing environment for residences. so thanks to Paige, Julie, Diane and the whole team for your efforts.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Worst Place ever. Got robbed twice because the main gate is always open. The wire lines are burned due to flooding and thats the reason why Carrington Park which is now Sevona Park row cant fix it. They have office manager named Paige, who is the biggest racist I have ever seen. Cockroaches all over the place even though we lived in the second floor, noises all over the apartments. The apartments are half empty now since everybody left. Too much robbery and theft. My car was broken into twice and nothing was done about it. Beware, these apartments are not what it seems like. Management is worst. I have lived here for 2 years and problems kept coming since the 2nd month. I have moved out but it is a horrible place to live. DO NOT GET THESE APARTMENTS !”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“We've lived here for 2.5 years and are very happy. The place is sprawling and only 2 stories. The inside is large with plenty of room in the master bedroom for lots of furniture. The closets are huge. We also love the washer/dryer that came with our unit. Close to shopping and restaurants, a new gym and gorgeous pool, plus the staff is very attentive. Bonus: it's a safe bike ride away from bike/walking trails and George Bush Park. All in all, it's really a great place to live.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Moved in to Carrington for the second time in March 2014. Love this place. It's a quiet apartment complex. It's like living at a house. The office staff is great. Thelma has been very helpful and asks me if everything is great whenever I see her. The complex is very clean no bugs inside. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I just moved in on 5/23/2014. I had looked at several apartments in the area, but kept coming back to these. Thelma in the office has been a Huge help with everything. All the ladies in the office I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The complex is Very Clean, the apartment is very nice, big and the grounds are kept very clean and kept up. I have been nothing but Happy since I moved in. No kids running around acting up. Nice to walk out your front door and not find trash in the parking lot, and dogs mess all over the grass, or odd people hanging around in the parking lot that don't live there. I made the right choice by moving here. Plan on staying for a long time. Thank you to all the office staff for all your help. Very Happy Resident.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! First, and foremost, I enjoyed living there, while I did. I'm not going to down play how happy I was living there, I even recommended this place to my friends and family. I was never a problem occupant, never complained about anything, even when we needed our lights replaced, we never called. Which could explain why I had minimal interaction with the office staff while living there, so I can't vouch how they treat their current tenants. HOWEVER, once I moved out the nightmare began, I tried to obtain a statement of deposit. I knew I owed money after moving out because my brother had a dog and he had some accidents on the carpet which caused them to stain. I knew I owed them money and all I was doing was trying to pay. We moved out on January 7, 2014, at which point my brother went and handed in our keys. I called on January 10, 2014 and spoke with Thelma. I gave her my forwarding address to ensure we received the statement of deposit so we can get them paid in a timely manner. I even asked her if she would have a manager contact me after 5pm as I get off at that time. Her response was "Well we usually close at 5 but I will see what I can do." Almost a month went by, still nothing was received in the mail and never did I once receive a return phone call from a manager. I called and spoke with Lilly, who transferred me to Marcia the assistant manager. I expressed to her my concern about not receiving the statement of deposit nor a return phone call. She was very condescending and defensive about the whole thing and stated she will go ahead and give me another month to pay since I didn't receive it after the first phone call. I provided her with my forwarding address as well as my e-mail to ensure I would receive the statement of deposit. I gave her a couple of hours, no e-mail was received. I called her back and asked her if she got the correct e-mail address, she seemed irritated with me and repeated it back and I asked her to repeat my address because my street name has an unusual spelling. She reluctantly verified the address and told me I should receive the email shortly. Once I received the email, I had a couple of questions regarding some of the charges, so I wrote a response back with my concerns. After two days or no reply via e-mail, I called and asked her if she received my email. Her response to me was "We aren't in the business to make money off of our former tenants" I was taken aback by this response because my questions weren't out of the ordinary, all I wanted was an explanation of the charges. After that conversation, I gave her another day and a half, I waited until that Friday afternoon and called to speak with her, however, she was out for the weekend, therefore, I was unable to speak with her until the following Monday. It seemed as though she was neglecting me because I owe them and they don't owe me an explanation, and it's not about that I'm a responsible adult and if I owe, I wouldn't dispute that, however, I just wanted answers before I paid my statement of deposit. I finally received an e-mail the following Monday, it was like pulling teeth. However, as a manager myself, I've never been rude to any of my customers, even if they are frustrated as a manager it is my job to listen and assist instead of taking the defensive. Oh, I failed to mention, my brother received a call 3 weeks after moving out why we haven't turned in our keys. He told the woman, we turned them in the day we moved out and she stated it was a mistake on her part, she didn't mean to call him. How disorganized can they be!? I know my rights as a previous tenant, I was supposed to receive my statement of deposit within 30 days of moving out, and never did. It was up to me to call TWICE in order to get it sent to the correct address. Not to mention, once they got their money, I called and asked for an e-mail for my records because obviously, they don't follow through with anything and I needed to ensure I have it in writing that I have paid in case it pops up on my credit that I didn't. I know how apartments work, they switch management companies, and in the transition, sometimes it will reflect that I haven't paid my statement of deposit when in reality, I did. I hadn't received the e-mail, nor did I receive it in the mail. Thus, today I called again and spoke with Marcia, of course, again, she was condescending and defensive acting surprised about me not receiving my receipt of payment. She stated she will send it again via mail, I asked her if she could send it to my e-mail, she stated the printer isn't connecting to her computer, so she must take a screenshot. I thanked her and when I told her have a good day, as I was still talking, she hung up. She is very passive aggressive, and rather rude. I'm glad I don't live there and have to deal with an office staff like that. I was a happy tenant while living there, however, I WILL NEVER MOVE INTO ANOTHER GREYSTONE PROPERTY EVER AGAIN.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“The ladies in this office are very hard working ladies I had a tight dead line and needed to move asap one of the ladies in the office got me moved in literary two days I really want to thank her for working very hard to get everything prepared and ready for me to be moved in such a hurry. Let me not forget all the other ladies who are also friendly and always willing to answer questions that I might have. Best apartment office I have every encountered!!!”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Love the Gals in the office. They are quick to help with every question. The apartment is super quiet! I was worried that the noise from I-10 would be ever present, but it doesn't exist. The small maintenance needs were cared for within the week. Highly recommend to those who want a quiet island within a busy city.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Very nice community, quite, clean and well maintained. I needed to move fast and the leasing consultant Daniela Garcia helped me in every step of the way. The floor plan of my apartment is great, very open and bright. I had new carpet and fresh paint before moving in and that made the apartment even better. The staff always try to keep a sense of community , they even have welcome team to make sure you are settled in.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“These were my first apt. and must say I was very happy! There were alway parking, very quiet (Minus the noise from the freeway) pool wasn't full of kids, staff was friendly and very good and safe location. The only down side was the floor plan I had, the living area was VERY small and ones I had renew my contract they raised up the rent by $200. Also I didn't like the new paint job they put on the outside of the apts.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Lived here for about a year and a half. Rent was expensive to start, but rose at every renewal like clockwork. I wrote it off at the beginning since the area was relatively safe, but it's ridiculous for what you get. My neighbor had her rims taken in the middle of the night and someone punched out my passenger door lock trying to force it. Gates were often broken...I only received one opener when I moved in and left it with my father. I never had any issue driving in. The general fit and finish of things in the apartment is awful...anything someone had to cut/replace/build will not be straight/the right length. There are odd...grease?...spots that seeped through the paint on the walls. Our A/C broke pretty much immediately upon moving in. Required 7 service calls to get it to function reliably again. Each one generally came with 24 hours of no A/C. They weren't interested in hearing about my electric bill doubling when the broken A/C ran all day while I was at work, nor did they care much when they replaced the outside unit with one that was half the size, which also ran 24/7 since it was inadequate to cool the larger volume. Some of the staff got fired for stealing mail. Yeah. The staff that didn't get fired sent me notices every month for extra money that I didn't pay for my rent that was somehow not itemized on the bill that I paid every month. I was told that if I just paid that to them straight it would all get worked out. Surely. Yeah...I wouldn't live here again.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Save yourself; DO NOT MOVE HERE! Our apartment was not ready by move in date; my movers were bringing in furniture while they were laying down carpet which was a mess. More importantly, our apartment is INFESTED with German Cockroaches. I don't mean we see a few here and there, I mean we are seeing 30-50 a day. After 4 days, management finally brought an exterminator out, but we're still seeing tons of live roaches. They said it will take 1-2 weeks before they start dying. Meanwhile, our apartment is essentially unlivable. Roaches are in EVERY room, hallway & bathroom, so we don't want to cook, eat, and it's hard to sleep. Our ice maker was broken when we moved in, so they 'fixed' it yesterday. In doing so, they did not hook the hose up correctly and our kitchen completely flooded. While fixing it, they also tore up the tile floor in the kitchen. Maintenance came after hours to fix it, which I appreciated. HOWEVER, the next morning another maintenance crew came to fix it because they didn't know it had already been serviced. The 2nd crew turned off our freezer for whatever reason (and left it off!) so now all of our food has gone bad. They did not have 2 remotes or 2 pool/gym keys when we moved in - had to wait a few days for those. It's been one thing after another and NOTHING has gone smoothly, and we've only been her a WEEK! I've lived in about 5 apartments throughout my life and NEVER experienced anything this bad. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone live here. The only positives are that parking is good; you don't have to fight for spots, and that our apartment is spacious. That being said, I'd much rather fight for parking at a tiny apartment than live with thousands of roaches and deal with an incompetent staff.”

It is a super quiet complex and I love being here. My only complaint is I wish the 1 bedrooms had a balcony!!! But, all in all it is a nice environment!”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“Ive lived here for the past 3 yrs and I wasnt so pleased with the new office staff, however there was one girl that ran circles around everyone else including the manager. This girl was apparently from a staffing agency and she introduced herself kindly as Tiffany,f i remember correctly. Tiffany explained the whole process to comfort the idea and then said once the new staff was hired and trained shed be gone but promised theyd be as kind and attentive as she was, well thoose giirls must have skipped that training coarse because they are horrible, RUDE, immature and obscene!! The only person for the office in the past 6 months that showed kindness to me and assured me to not move, wasnt even ever hired yet she worked for 2 months and did massive damage control then left!! I honestly havent had customer service to the satisfaction the temp acheived since and probably never will!! They shouldve hired her as manager and had her run the entire show in my opinion, these apartments needed her still do and the other staff members need to learn and take some notes and training from her. Bad Business Decision!! I am moving within the next 60days and now i am greatfull to compare office staff memebers to what io know they could be from now on that way i dont end up frustrated every time i need a maintence guy and have to go through rude girls that definatly arent cut to be attentive and offer customer service.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I have lived here for 4 years. It's currently a ghost of its former self. The front gates are frequently broken and get repaired at a snail's pace. Cars are parked with flat tires for weeks and don't get a notice and/or towed. The rent has increased dramatically......for what? We are getting less! The office staff is always new and most seem to be inexperienced. I like my apartment and it's layout. For the most part it's very quiet and neighbors mind their own business. Would this be my first choice now? Never. My lease is up in a few months and I'm looking around. I hate to move, but I know my hard earned money can be better spent elsewhere.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“The apartments are beautiful, spacious and mine is quiet. I have not had any problems, and when I first moved in there were minor issues with feeling the nails in the carpet, the next morning I got a visit from maintenance and it was taken care of. As far as office staff, everyone has a different personality. My first day I was greeted with a look from head to toe by one of the reps, she seemed to think I didn't belong, i had on a jogging suit I was moving in that day, and an agent had to inform her I was a resident and I was picking up my keys and she has still not gotten over me...but such is life, not everyone is going to like you, but I don't live for the office staff as long as they process my payments and maintain the property I'm a happy camper. By the way, most of the staff are very friendly, just a few who probably have their own issues..don't take it personal. I would recommend the Carrington, if you don't mind the high rent! :-)”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“we moved here a year ago and fell in love its perfect the apartments are spacious and neighbors are also spread out so you aren't packed in like rats. but recently they changed owners and it has all gone down hill, we lost track of dates with the new year starting and were ONE DAY late on our rent and they put a note on our door saying they were going to sue us if we didn't pay within 24 hours. the office staff is rude and incompetent. and to renew our lease would be another $150 on top of the rent we are already paying! no thank you, im happy to be moving out of here.”

One of the STAFF MEMBER was laughing at one of the resident's accent while speaking in front of his face! I thought this was so immature, unprofessional and racist. The apartments are very nice and spacious but new management changed it all and new prices are way to high!”

And I hate to be the one complaining but if you expect to go up on rent on me by alot $$$$ you better damn well expect me to want a high level of customer service. This place is ridiculous. I never got to know the old staff very well since I am always in and out but I do remember them being super efficient on taking care of my requests and were always on their toes when I walked in that door. I don't think I will be renewing unless they plan on having a change of attitude.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I am writing a review on here due I think it should be known..this place is no longer what it use to be. Everything has changed only for the worse. I am so un-happy. They have went up on rent like a crazy amount. Their only money hungry now and they don't care how we as residents feel. The new staff is so rude...their a bunch immature workers who don't know the definition of customer service. I never realized how much I appreciated the old staff and the old management company until they left. I am sorry this place is a mess.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“The service is very good. The staff always answers my emails and has responded quickly to all of our requests. There is kids running around everywhere but you just have to learn to live with that. Overall I recommend this apartments, great location and price!”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“We have lived in Carrington Park for three years and we have been happy here. I am mainly writing this review to thank the maintenance team, complex manager and office office staff for being extremely helpful and professional. The maintenance team is a group of hard working guys who get their job done and are willing to do whatever they can to keep the residents happy. Thank you again for everything you do!!!”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I really did like living here. The location was perfect, the apartment was nice for the price, and our neighbors kept to themselves (which was awesome). This was before two maintenance workers decided to let themselves in my apartment this morning while I was gone!! Luckily my boyfriend was there and heard them come in. They said they were given a work order to come in and paint - but yet they had no painting materials with them. The apartment number was definitely written on the work order but I NEVER requested this! Even so, shouldn't I have received some sort of notification beforehand?! I do not feel safe here at all anymore. If I would have been there alone, I would have been so scared and called the police. Now management will not return my calls or emails...they are good about doing that.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“This apt are the worst now with the new staff they are so unprofessional i realy miss the old staff this people dont know anything about how to treat the people that lived ther long they dont cear . I dont recomend this apt at all please dont lease hear stay away from hear i will not sign another contract this time around”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I didn't plan on staying here but I have planned to stay. I don't know how and what happened but looks like everything in the office it self has changed for the better. I walked in last Saturday and the --------- leasing girl..I must say..is OUTSTANDING. This is probably the first time I had felt so welcomed in their. A welcoming office is the key to a happy resident.”
— 15335 PARK ROW · Houston“I have lived here for a year and time to renew they want to start charging you out the a** for nothing. They have very poor communication, it took 6 months from the time that I moved in for them to fix my ice maker. Customer service sucks and they dont want to work with you, put themselves first before anyone else. Apartments are nice and I feel very safe here but it feels weird going to the office to make a payment or workout. They are not happy to be there and you can feel it.”
