“I have enjoyed my time at Hanover Post Oak. The property is beautiful and has the best staff. Maintenance has been very responsive, thank you Marvin. I have also enjoyed working with Evelyn. She is very responsive. I like how the office works together. There is always something fun going on and the amenities are clean and beautiful.”

“Love the atmosphere, the people and the views are great. The service, the events they throw and love how it’s super pet friendly. It’s got a huge park right downstairs and everyone is friendly in the elevator.”

“This will be my first time living in Houston and I don’t think I could have made a better choice for my new home. I was between Uptown and Downtown Houston but the walkability of this area can’t be beat”

“Absolutely a stunning building. This is the go to building in Houston for luxury and location. Evelyn is fantastic and the whole team is just really amazing and knowledgeable. I love everything from the amenities to the finishes.”

“I have really enjoyed my experience with Hanover Post Oak. The concierge team is very responsive and helpful, especially Alex. The leasing team helped make move in a breeze, thank you Evelyn, Jhoseline, Mason, and Hannah. Although I have only lived here a short time, I know I will be calling HPO home for a long time. You cannot beat the location and amenities. Evelyn, the new manager is so sweet and accommodating. She really helps here team have the best customer service.”

“I am excited to move to Hanover Post Oak after my tour with Evelyn. She is absolutely the nicest property manager I have met in Houston. Super informative tour. The property is gorgeous, I really liked the pool area, dog park, and the gym. My new apartment is huge and I have floor to ceiling windows and an island. Also, the price for the sqft is great. You might pay more for a newer building but you will not get the service or quality of Hanover Post Oak.”

“I love Hanover Post Oak. Really have had the best experiences here. Evelyn in the leasing office is so kind and sweet. The valet is so quick to help with anything and the concierge is always on point. I was able to chose the perfect apartment with the best views. My best friend also lives here and every time I would visit before I actually toured, I always enjoyed this community. The amenities are great too. Definitely come and take a look at Hanover Post Oak, you will not be disappointed.”

“Really enjoyed my experience at Hanover Post Oak with Evelyn. She is so helpful and sweet. The whole staff has been great. I’m excited to move in this summer and enjoy the pool and all of the amenities. I work from home and they have so many places to set up. The area is extremely walkable. My favorite restaurants and Whole Foods are right out my front door. Thank you Evelyn and staff!”

“- Allows people to Airbnb their apartment. - There are often random people in the elevators. - The elevators are noisy and break down often. - Doors are heavy and loud when neighbors open and close their doors. - If one of your neighbors is making noise it's difficult to figure out who. The staff will tell you that the "sound in concrete travels" so if you hear someone above you dropping a box, they tell you "it may not be coming from the person above you" which makes absolutely no sense. - All packages are dropped off at the front desk and they are terrible with keeping track of them. - Best part of the whole apartment was the pool which is on the 8th floor. Very cool pool. - People are always revving their car outside the apartment which ruins your walk. - You can hear the sirens(police,firefighters,ambulance) through the windows. Happens more often then you'd think. - Windows are big and most face the East or West so it's extremely hot in the summer. Curtain doesn't do enough.”
