“Old raggedy apartments that took more wear and tear during the winter storm in February. If you're Spanish move here. Ana and maintenence is Spanish and they clearly favor Spanish speaking residents like themselves. Maintenence goes into their Spanish friends yard to talk n have a good old time while maintenance requests build up. Management needs some diversity because it is bias with ana and the old soggy face -------- maintenance man.”

“I am currently living here... hands down the worse place to live at !! Maintenance is a joke!! U have to wait 1/2 months to get anything fixed... The manager Ana picks n chooses who she wants stuff done for she is very unpleasant manager who takes her title an abuses it she picks and chooses who get taken care of... when I moved in my apt door was not safe u can push it w a kick n I’ll poop open that took 4 months to fix it.. She is taking her manager position and abusing it... THE APT ARE OUT OF DATE EVERYTHING OLD FLOORS ARE LIFTING THE WALLS ARE OVER PAINTED AND THE APPLIANCES ARE OUT OF DATE AND DONT MATCH BLACK N OFF WHITE IS WHAT U GETTING WHEN U MOVE IN HERE!! Feels like we stuck in the 90’s but rent is high!! Oh n late fees are crazy!! So is the price for water!!! They only have the front end of the apts fixed drive in and look around it’s a front !!! The contract random --- people to work in the apts w no kind of business information or uniforme to know who they with n who to complain to... there not professionals at all but expect u to be..I DONT I REPET I DONT RECOMMEND!!!”

“Was resident for 3 years awesome maintenance crew and property manager Ana! Was always great never had issues nor complaints will recommend to friends and family.. location was off windfern road easy and convenient access to all local restaurants”

“I have enjoyed living here at Windfern Meadows Community for 4 years. Never had any problems. The location is conveniently close to shopping center and major freeways. The Staff is very friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix the problems I had. That was the garbage disposal, so I only had minor stuff happen in my apartment. I do enjoy their morning coffee and donuts. I recommend this place to live in Cy-Fair area.”

“Ana and Julia, I just wanted to let you both know how much I enjoy staying here and what a great job the both of you are doing. I have never lived in an apartment until now and of course hearing horror stories about apartment living and how management can be difficult to work with and so one. That has NEVER been the case with me. The two of you have been so pleasant and have always gone the extra mile to make sure that my living here has been the utmost great experience. Words alone can't express how I feel and consider you a part of my family.”

“Windfern Meadows is a nice place to live. The apartments are decent and the office staff is great. The maintenance people are quick to fix anything wrong and are constantly working on the grounds. The complex is quiet and the people are friendly. I would recommend this apartment complex.”

“I live near the office is quiet. I love the office staff they are really friendly and they always trying to help. I never have an issue with parking, the only issue I have is that they take for ever to fix something I'm been waiting a whole month for a 2 min job and a disherwasher my didn't work since I got here in sep is always an excuse beside that I love my apartment :)”

“Office staff is friendly and efficient. My Ac went out and i called the answering service and within a matter of minutes it was fixed.”

“When I first moved in it was queit. I had no problems. Now there's break ins people tires & rims got stolen there was a shoot out neighbors are loud people drive by playing music loud & the maintenance sucks. This a nice place but I wouldn't recommend to my family & friends. Especially not for a family its not safe here.”

“i live here for 3 years. I love this apartments and i will miss them so much,i never have any kind of problems with the staff,ther was just 2 littel detales a but the aparments they never paint my bathtub but that was not a big deal and anything other than that everything else they fix it,and one time someone open my car and stole the stereo but thanks to that we but a better stereo for the car, and other than that everything is great. Everything depends on what kind of resident you are if you are someone who always complained of everything and have problems with others residents you will put a bad compleind of this aparments.right now the rent is a bit expensive for the 2 bedrooms so that the reason why we move, but if next year we don't buy a house i will go back to this apartments. and one and more important i never have cockroaches.......”

“I have lived here for two years. These apartments are cheap, both in pricing and appearance. Maintenance is a joke. It takes forever to get a request taken care of. Security is also an issue here. I've had all four rims and tires stolen while vehicle was parked in my parking space. Cars come and go with loud music all day and night. Lasty , all tenant are not treated equally. You can tell the ones that the manager ----- is buddy buddy with. I would strongly recommend staying away from here.”

“I stayed in these apts for 2 yrs, mostly because of the price . the staff here was unprofessional, and thats everyone that i encountered , they were contantly moving staff in and out , vm contantly picks up stating that staff is out on property so your never able to reach them, and even when you do your're given a bunch of broken promises , there isnt any type of security on this property no gates, cameras, etc , my car was broken into and there were multiple break ins during my stay here, also these apartments have a pest issue .i could go on and on about these apts but ill end on this note here: the apartments are quiet and a decent price considering the area ,maintenance is ok besides that i dont have much good to say about them”

“We have been in these apartments for almost a year. Love it because it includes covered parking spaces for every renter and they are located right next to your apartment door. The apartments are well kept, the cabinets are great, large walk-in closets, tile in living-dining and bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms. The green areas are taken care of every week. Neighbors and nice and friendly. I see many young families here, personally we have a loud neighbor upstairs with two kids and they have discussions occasionally. That is one of the reasons we are thinking on moving out, but to another apartment within the same complex. The price is great and it includes water. It is close to the Willowbrook Mall, Houston Outlets, and major supermarkets. It is in between 249 and 290 almost on 1960. Downsides are: small pool, there is not club house for parties, there are not enough green areas to walk or ride a bike (especially if you have toddlers). The elementary that the kids will have to attend does not have a great rating. Overall, we do recommend these apartments, love it here!”

“I am fairly new to the property, but i have no complaints. Any time I need maintenance they are there to fix what I need in a timely manner. So so far i have nothing but good things to say about the property. The only thing that I think that needs to be fixed, is the pavement needs to be re-done.”

“I've bn here for 2 months n my friend recommended me to this property n it's the worst mistake I made ever... From the staff ------------- n the horrible maintenance man... Its ridiculous n I'm a constantly complain everyday bc this don't make no sense.. Plz be aware of this place.. They lie lie lie n Im not the type of person to write bad reviews bc I was lookin for an apt once n always look at reviews n ppl say don't go off these reviews but I'm so serious u guys u will be very disappointed at this place.. Now don't get me wrong I love my app but IT DEF NEED NEW STAFF N MAINTENANCE MAN!!!”

“I've been here for about 9 months now and still this property seems to be living up to its end of the bargin. Maintenance nor the office staff has seem to let me down. My lease is not up until the end of May and you can best beleive I will be renewing my lease.”

“In the very short period of time I have stayed here the front office has mad me feel welcomed. No problems with front office, it's quiet at night time. I would recommend these apaprtments to anyone!!”

“I recently moved to these apartments and during these 3 months I have lived here looks great the only thing I hate most are parking lots are a little small but overall everything is fine so far”

“I just moved into this property and from my first impression..I'm impressed.I drove by the property several nights to see how the property function at night and it was as quit at night as it is durning the day. No hanging out or loud music. I also like the covered parking. The staff is courteous and professional. The management will assist you in any way possible. I was required to pay a deposit , but i was given an option to pay in installments. I am looking forward to my stay here.”

“I have too recently moved into Windfern Meadows Apartments. The ladies in the office were very helpful with my move. They provided me with the list of light companies and the schools. Even when I got approved with a high deposit, they put me on a payment plan to where I could still move in. Now what other community you know will do that?? I like the fact that I have noone above me and the noise I can bearly hear my neighbors. Then on top of that I get free covered parking so when I come home late at night I always have somewhere to park. My kids enjoy every Thursday because the ladies in the office provide the residents with some kind of new snack something about "Sweet Treat Thursdays" thats what they call it. I don't know but it makes them happy. I would have to say if your just moving to the 1960 area then I would recommend Windfern Meadows is the place to move too.”

“Ive recently found out that THE PROPERTY MANAGER ----- IS RENTING APARTMENTS WITHOUT THE ACTUAL PERSON BEING THERE!Let me remind you my wife and I own our home!!!!!So therefore I wouldnt have a reason to rent an apartment!!!!I am waiting and wanting anything to come on my credit report.I have my lawyer ready to take action.----- has broken all the rules,I have the proof with a signature that does not match mine!!!!!”

“I moved to Windfern Meadows a few months ago and I just wanted to say that my moving experience has been nothing but terrific. The office staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Once I came to move in I was walked to the apartment and there was a move in gift waiting for me on the kitchen counter. I am now moved in and settled and I just wanted to say how great it is here.”

“I have now had the pleasure of living here at Windfern Meadows Apartments for the past three years. I can't RAVE enough about my stay here on the property! I started out with being in a two bedroom right after my divorce, and soon after I was able to up-grade to a three bedroom. The office staff was so efficient and dynamic with helping me get situated in my new place. The transfer was smooth and without hesitation. I know that no apartment community is perfect, but with the small issues that happen to pop up, this staff is on top of their game 100%! Every little bit counts with making me and the rest of my neighbors feel safe. I love, love, LOVE this staff here! From the maintenance crew all the way up to the office staff of Michelle and Julia, they have all helped me to feel welcomed and at home here. I'm also very excited to have my building get a fresh new look. With all the new up-grades that are going on, why would I, or anyone want to leave? Great neighbors, GREAT location to my job and to my kids school, and most of all, a GREAT community to live! Windfern Meadows will always be in my heart for so many reasons and I couldn't imagine living any place else!”
