“Just moved in. I had a little speed bump on my arrival with running the checklist. But the experience has nevertheless been excellent. The concierge (Abdul and one other gentleman whose name Im embarrassed escapes me) have gone over and above to help me.”

The apartments are beautifully designed and the amenities are amazing: from gym to pool to conference rooms so many places to relax and enjoy the artwork and views of Houston! Everyone is so professional. Issues are addressed promptly and with great care: thanks to amazing staff! Such a blessing to live here!”

They really make this community feel like home! The views from the apartments are exceptional along with the interiors. I wasnt able to find another place that was comparable. “The building is beautiful. There are no better views in Houston. The staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and solve any issues. The other tenants are all friendly and thoughtful. This is a vey dog friendly building.”

“Colombe d'Or is an excellent rental high rise apartment building and one of the best options in the Houston market. Access to the bar is convenient; Chris and his team do a great job. The concierge team does a good job helping with move-in. I like the automated package system.”

“The Residences at La Colombe dOr is the most wonderful of all of the buildings we toured in our search. The availability of the hotel and its amenities only add to the already fully packed amenity level in the tower. One of my most favorite features however, is the beautiful artwork sprinkled around the property. I cant wait until I have my house account. It will truly be like living in a vacation.”

“I would definitely refer friends to Residences at Colombe d'Or. It's a first class building in a great neighborhood. Near to museums, universities, galleries and many many restaurants. After living in a home for 21 years this could have been a nightmare. It's been great so far!”

I love living in a smart building where everything is controlled by an app on your phone. The location is amazing with restaurants, bars and grocery stores just blocks away. I love living here!”
