The presonal is super complicated, and uncomprehending, constantly fighting with them. My apartment was very dirty and they refuse to clean it. The contract was incorrect, they charged me a late fee even though they messed up the payment and tried to incorporate additional fees. They agree on things and later don´t remember, Moreover, they locked me out several times. I could list many more, just bad!”
