“Just terrible! Roach infested and unprofessional staff. Especially, the hosuing manager. She was always irritated when asked to do her job and extremely disrespectful. She is also very biased and will let you stay in a dangerous situation with no resolution, only amplifying the drama. The security is also terrible. They would rather smoke with the Courtyard girls and hang out in their rooms than do their jobs. We also had a problem with random men roaming the apartments. I also blame the RA’s for this problem, as they were barely at the front desk to monitor who comes in and check ID’s. Girls would also have their boyfriends live with them without housing ever noticing.”

My car has been broken into, the gates never work. The customer service is terrible. The staff is irresponisble and has bamboozled me out of rediculous prices. Everything is always broken for some odd reason. The washers and dryers don't work, the buildings are roach infested. The furniture is disgusting! Overall this is not a good look for the University and with the prices a stundent must pay to stay in these apartments I recommend getting a normal apartment. TSU police department show's up EXTREMLY late after an incedent has occured and so the safety level isn't satisfying at all. Most people are in the apartments for 10 months and over that period of time $816 are spent a month! REDICULOUS. The parking lot is always full and with cars from people who DO NOT stay there.”
