Even I already paid for my own rental insurance! U don't pay fixed rent here. In addition to the base rent, you would be paying anywhere close $25-$100. I'm kind of unhappy with that, Apart from that, the location and the apartment, maintenance etc.. everything is great.”

Hindy (the property manager) does a great job making me feel welcome and at home. The location is also great! I can walk to all the restaurants, bars, supermarkets in minutes! I called the office for emergency repair, there are answering services available, I thought since it was Sunday there wouldn't be any staff available, but the manager came over within 10 mins and called the maintenance to fixed the leaking! Greatly appreciate the manager's responsibility and 24/7 service!”

After 15 mins I saw a lady came toward me and confirmed my ID's name is match the contract then she opened the door for me! This is greatly appreciated! I didn't know she is the property manager because Lam claim he is the manager. Now I know she is the manager since the year 2010! Thank you Hindy!!!!”
