“I'm happy to say that everything I mentioned in my review from last year still holds true. This apartment complex remains an extremely safe and welcoming place to live. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I continue to feel very comfortable and at home. One of the biggest highlights is the management, they are outstanding. Any issues that arise are addressed quickly and efficiently, and they always go to the extra mile to ensure residents are taken care of. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I continue to highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, peaceful, and well-managed home.”

The help and support from charles has been amazing. amazing community as well, with lots of great neighbors. “I’ve been staying over here for a while, and it is an excellent property. Not only are the apartments updated and spacious but the environment is safe and peaceful. I have never experienced problems with management or any issues with the apartment. Would recommend for any one looking for a home.”

“My family moved in 2012 and had to leave in 2017. I miss ------- and ----. They were so good to me and my family. ---- would go out of his way to make sure our air conditioner worked or anything else we needed. ------- and his girlfriend --- were so good to us and he was the best manager we have ever had. My daughter loved the pool and and ping pong. We had many memories of the community having pool get togethers or barbecue functions in the courtyard. I felt safe and that is very important to me having two daughters. Since then, the managers and maintenance people have not been as good as ------- and ----. If I move back to Houston, that is where we are going! Highly recommend.”

“I have lived at Tanglewood Place for many years. This is a wonderful and quiet little community and we look out for each other. Management and Maintenance are Top Notch and are always willing to go the distance for the residents. They look out for us and keep on top of everything. I highly recommend this community to all.”

“I visited the community this past weekend all the way from ATL. I wanted to see new locations and new areas to move to. Community manager was very informative with everything asked. She knew her property inside out. They will soon be doing some renovations and will soon have renovated apartments available. I ended up touring the property with the leasing agent and ended up completing an application. I look forward to joining the community.”

“These apartments were easily my favorite apartments I have ever lived in. It really gives a small community feel. Since the complex is not big it is more personable. They really do treat you like a family member. Maintenance was very good as well there was never a long wait for a problem to be addressed. Mr. Charles makes sure his tenants are well informed and taken care of. I would recommend Tanglewood Place to anyone.”

“This place is one of the most safest and secure places I have ever lived. In this community everyone looks out for one another and risnis important especially since I have a son living here. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“It is not often that you find a community that has old fashioned community values, but this is one of them. From walking up to your apartment and being offered BBQ, to the watchful eye of your neighbors to ensure that you and your belongings stay safe, this community will not let you down. The management cultivates this type of refreshing environment. It is truly a safe haven from the hustle and bustle of city life.”

“There are so many great things about Tanglewood Place. It's quiet, well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly! There's now an Amazon locker so our packages are safer, and there have been security upgrades. Charles (manager) and Jose (maintenance) work so hard to make this place a wonderful home. They're responsive to any maintenance requests and really seem to care about the tenants. Charles is also great at notifying everyone if there will be water shut offs, if there are incoming big storms, or issues with things like trash pickup. The communication is great!”

“I love it here for many years now. Charles is a great manager and Jose is a wonderful maintenance guy, always smiling and whistling. Jose is fast on fixing things too. Location is good and I highly recommend.”

“I just moved in recently. It was great move in to a great Apartment. Charles the manager has been great. It's a quiet..secured community of people. My apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Private Parking..Gated Community..everything from Grocery Stores to Restaurants and Night Clubs are readily accessible. I'm satisfied so far.”

“We’ve been living in the Tanglewood Place Apartments for more than 4 years and had a great experience so far. It is a nice well-organized community at a great location with convenient access to anything you might need. One of the best things about the complex is the management. Both Charles (manager) and Jose (maintenance) are very friendly, caring, respectful, and responsive to any requests which makes this complex a safe and peaceful place to live. Overall, we feel fortunate to have found and stayed here!”

“My family and i moved in around august. We love it here. the neighbors are friendly and helpful. the staff is very welcoming and inviting along with maki8ng sure things are fixed in a timely manner. Easy commute for us and great swimming pool and game room. We absolutely love living here.”

“I just moved in the apt after living in ny for years. I was able to sign very fast and get my paperwork done which is great! The apt was clean and ready to move in. Charles was great and informative about everything but most of all he was sincere and honest. I even met the neighbors who were nice. To say the least, if you want cozy, comfort, safe, and trustworthy: this is the place. I think the management is superb and trust me that makes all the difference because you want a management that handles any issues correctly. For me having that is crucical especially after relocating and wanting an apt that is reliable. I honestly am very pleased and would highly recommend people coming in to check the area out.”

“Great small community, Charles and Jose go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home, Repairs are quickly addressed, incredibly convenient location close to the galleria and lots of great restaurants and grocery shops !”

“Honestly, Charles was the reason I chose to move-in. By having piece of mind of knowing communication channels were numerous and open, their app was great for maintenance, which compelled me to move-in. I was a bit indecisive at first but after talking to Charles, while driving a no nonsense ultimatum, I was sold. The property itself was great, a little dated, but the maintenance person Jose is awesome and it felt like home for the time I spent there. I'll be back next year!”

“Safe to say, my experience at Tanglewood Place was one the best apartment experiences I've ever had. All this is in part to both Charles, the manager, and Jose, the maintenance head. No matter the situation, these two were the friendliest, professional, and caring apartment staff that I have ever personally me with. The apartments are well maintained, the floorplans are excellent, and absolutely excellently valued for the area. What more can I say?”

“Mr. Charles Bruce is the best community manager/ building manager that I've ever experienced in my over 3 decades of renting. He always keeps us up to date on any and all things happening with our community. He's kind and all of us here feel secure living on this community. We get up to date emails anytime there's repairs or issues with the property. I've been here now since November and come hell or high water I plan on living here for as long as possible.”

“I have lived here for 2 years, and let me tell you.....I have never lived in Apartment Complex that takes care of your every need until I moved here! What I love about Tanglewood Place Apartments is the feeling of a safe community. We are all Family here! My Neighbors look out for me daily and if I have a maintenance request, Jose is on it right away! Charles is an AMAZING property Manager who is always there for you. “Great place to live in a quiet area. Grounds are well kept as are the common areas. Our loft/apartment is spacious and overlooks the courtyard so it is quite peaceful. Charles, the manager, is very attentive and responds promptly to any questions and concerns. He goes so far as to call the city when power or water are off and keeps us informed when they will be restored day or night. Jose the Maintenance man is very friendly and quick to respond and fix any issues. I would definitely recommend and in fact just renewed my lease here.”

“These are great apartments. Charles managed to get me approved and ready for move-in in a single day. After that is when you expect the attention to fall off, but not here. When you need assistance it is easy to get ahold of someone and Charles updates everyone via email when there are any emergencies such as water shutoffs for a leak or even someone's pet escaping (I have seen multiple situations where the apartment community managed to find someone's pet for them!). If you have any problems at all they are quick to address them.I have since relocated to another city, but if I were to come back to Houston they would be my first call!”
