“I moved to this property almost 2 years ago and I have never had a problem. Recently there was a change of management which I did not like until I met the assistant manager miss Cindy ! She has helped me twice in the short time that the new management has taken over and she is so patient. I would recommend anybody to this property.”

“I really love this complex! Before I moved here, I spent two weeks trying to find an apartment to move into. My search was relentless, I really wanted to find somewhere that I knew I would be safe since I was going to be living alone. The other apartments nearby didn't give me that feeling, at all. Villa Toscana was honestly my best choice. The community is quiet and well kept, the neighbors are nice, parking is plentiful and the carport is perfectly in front of my apartment, office staff is attentive, and it is overall just amazing. I have already made recommendations for some friends to look into moving here once their leases are up.”

“Everything is excellent the communication when there is a incident on the property should be explained with more clarification sob we want have to guess the severity of the incident. Overall everything else is okay.”

“Love this place. Everything was easy from application to move in. Candis was amazing. The only issue that i have is when people park in my spot at night and I can not reach the office. Other than that every thing is good”

“Villa Toscana complex on highway 6 and huffmeister has a very unique beautiful view and compared to all other complexes it is all mighty in great shape. This complex has quite a lovely staff and extremely attentive employes.”

“We have lived here a number of years and have always found the team in the management office and maintenance staff to be courteous, helpful, and professional. The grounds are kept tidy and the on sight security systems and personnel in place give us peace of mind.”

“Leasing experience was awesome, Mrs. Candis leasing agent was very professional and good service explained to us everything that we needed and she was awesome, moved in quickly. Apartments are in good conditions, great location.”

“Villa Toscana is a very nice apartment complex. I moved to the location February 2016 and I have no issues at all. The office staff is always attentive when I need them, maintenance responds quick to my request, and my neighbors are wonderful. I barely hear them even the ones with large dogs.”

“The area and landscaping is kept clean and apartments are kept in good condition parking are a little tight can some more parking, can use more garbage bins around the building complex. Do have some problems with the gates always breaking down.”

“I'm very happy with Villa Toscana . Excellent location, close to shopping , restaurants and movies. Love the high ceilings , crown molding , ceiling fans and light fixtures. Especially love the fact I could have accent walls painted prior to move in , it really looks good .”

“I graduated from college and looked for a place near my job. For the amount I pay and the location, Villa Toscana is great. My apartment has a view and for the most part the residents are quiet and keep to themselves. I like this community.”

“I visited this apartments and I don't usually write reviews but I want to say that this apartments complex are very good. The price has to all. From private parking to your own alarm system, complimentary drive thru mail box I mean you get what you pay. You truly do. The have a splash pad in the complex for kids. Wonderful apartments very nice very clean. Beautiful place and in a very nice area. To be honest the only reason why I didn't lease here is because I was trying to stick to a budget for a 2 bedroom and this one's just went a bit out of budget. ($60) not bad but I didn't want to be tight on money. But if my income changes I will definitely be going back. I promise you guys, my review is real. I have kids and I understand how much reviews mean to parents of small children. Office staff is great. I couldn't think of anything that was bad. I guess only if you want to stick to a certain price range. I do want to add if I'm not mistaken prices do change every 48hrs I believe. Might go up or down.”

“beautiful complex..Can discuss in main office was awesome. Explained everything I needed in detail. was always available with my 15 periodic questions b4 move in..and called me to check on me cuz I was sick at the time.. Love that office..things are fixed immediately!!! Best place to live in NW Houston!!!”

“hello everyone and here where my husband and I live here and it is okay why?? I live in second floors of three floors i have to tell you everyone i warn you that third floors of third floors ----------------------------------------------------- use very loud music sound and very loud tv volume too high distrub us everyday since august 1 2015 to now and just inform you that upstair 3rd floors of third floors ignore office s rule policy!”

“My family moved here in 2012, and I can say that we have been very comfortable and happy to call this home. When we have repairs that need to be done, it usually happens in 1 - 2 days. My kids are able to catch and be dropped of from their school bus at the front of the property, which makes it easy for us to pick them up.....sometimes the office staff has drinks or other treats for the kids.”

“I have lived on the property for over four years. I am so happy here. The management is always willing to help. Maintenance always responds promptly and the grounds are clean. When I come home, I feel at home. The property is pet friendly and my apartment is very spacious compared to other places in Houston. The only negative thing is the constant construction on 290. If you hit the road early enough, the traffic is not that bad.”

“I moved in Villa Toscana in 2009. I have enjoyed my experience and an now off to a new chapter in my life of being a home owner. I thought long and hard about the purchase especially since I have loved my apartment. I was especially reluctant with the addition of the dog park. Having a place that I can let my lab run free is awesome. Also, the maintenance people are so helpful. The office always seems busy but they always help with a smile.”

“I have lived here since 2013 and have loved every minute of it. I appreciate the many amenities like the fitness center, beautiful pool and pool grounds, and their pet friendly dog park, as I am a proud pet owner. Not long ago my units garage was damaged and the maintenance and office staff were very caring and responsive and fixed the damage promptly. I know that I will be glad to call Villa Toscana home for many years to come.”
