I want to say that the new manager Lindsay has really come through on many things that put her predecessors to shame. Also had Michelle stay right til 5 when I was coming to get a package. Since some other weekend staff had been prone to leave early I had to give here Kudos in this review. Also she took great pride in helping me. She told me not to rush to get there. A shout out to Keri who has been going the extra mile as several administrations came and went.”

It is an older complex tucked away in a nice subdivision so it feels very secluded but a block or so away from the beltway. I've visited friends apartments and even town home complexes in other areas and found them not nearly as charming or accommodating. A plus from me.”

Its basically first come first serve and there is no assigned parking.... there are several cars that have not moved in months, they should probably be towed off of the property..... If you leave at night, good luck finding a spot when you get back.... I've been here for several months, but I am considering breaking my lease..... For what I pay in rent, I should at least be able to find a parking spot and not have to park off of the property if I have to work late.. I've talked to some of my neighbors and they agree about the parking....”

Our unit was moldy and filthy when we moved in. Management is so passive as to be nearly invisible. Would never recommend it.”

The people who live here appear to be friendly, as is the management. These are 40 year old apartments, so one must not expect the fixtures and the construction to be that of modern luxury apartments, but they have been upgraded, as one sees in the GFCI outlets in all the appropriate places. The appliances work well, even if the kitchen is small. They have maximized space, including closets where they can. We were not willing to pay high end prices, but for a lower end price (for the area) we have an apartment that is decently maintained, in a quiet neighborhood, feels safe, is quiet, and is comfortable. I may be better off than a colleague who is paying 50% more for an apartment not far from this one.”
