“Excellent customer service and timely maintenance response is the most important thing i look for in an apartment community and they do these things better than any place I have lived at previously. The complex is meticulously maintained and the location is pretty nice too! I love the townhome style layout and the garage is a much appreciaited feature that is a must have in Houston”

“My experience living with Westchase has been amazing so far. The apartments are not the newest but that isn't a problem as they are very well kept for and the floorplans are nice and spacious. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues in the apartments and the office staff is very professional. The manager Zawad is very approachable and goes above and beyond in making sure I matter.”

“I am a current resident at Marquis at Westchase apartment homes. I have found the location to be readily accessible to shopping, dining, and freeways. The grounds are beautifully maintained and in addition to private garages attached to each home, there is ample parking. The Management and staff. I believe this is what sets Marquis apart from the rest. Every person in the leasing office treat what they do as a service and not a job. Whether it’s a maintenance issue, inclement or severe weather they strive to help and inform. Truly this is a community of people who have servants hearts.”

“Amazing community made up of good neighbors, responsive staff and great floorplans! If you are looking for apartments with garages, you will love it here! The only small downside is that the apartments look a little old from the inside but they do maintain them very well!”

“For 2.5 years I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I wouldn't havewanted to live anywhere else as we all pushed through 2020. I just moved out of unit 603 and hopefully left behind wall art the next tenant can enjoy ??”

“Went to visit my cousin here yesterday and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the complex and how beautiful her spacious apartment is. She has a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment that has an attached garage--so convenient. The location is right in the middle of many shopping areas and restaurants, doesn't take long to get anywhere. (If I didn't live in Austin, Tx, I'd definitely be renting here). My cousin also mentioned how friendly the office staff are, and also said that the few times she has had maintenance issues, they were resolved very quickly! She plans to stay until she purchases her own, and I totally see why. GREAT place to live!”

“The front office staff, specifically Deya and Amber, are dedicated and helpful, great to deal with. I haven't met any other staff. The apartment is in good condition and I have no complaints. The weight room and pool facilities are a bit small but I really don't use them much. I really like having a garage, even though it's too small for my truck - it gives me that extra storage space that most of us need. Parking is not a problem. It's not shiny and new, sometimes the neighbors are loud, sometimes the dumpster gets too full, but those are small problems. Been here three months and no regrets. Bottom line - it's comfortable.”

“I love this community because the staff are friendly and effective. They make doing their jobs look easy. I came from somewhere that couldn't even assign me a covered parking spot because of their record keeping. But beyond that, I am so pleased with the floor plan I have. It is just smart. The space is used so wisely. The 9 ft ceilings really open everything up. The grounds are well manicured and kept clean. It is just a beautiful property to me. I also feel at home which has not been the case over the past several years. The other places were just a place to stay. I want to stay here forever.”

“The staff is the best. They care about their tenants and they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Repairs are done quickly and they went out of the way to help my son who had an incident on Westheimer. Boughtvhim food and called me to let me know he was ok. Now thats kindness. Thank you Tiffany and all the staff for making this the best part of my moving to the city!!”

“I love and will always love these apartments! Honestly have had the best experience here, taken care of by far! Anything maintenance wise was taken care of that same day, if I ever needed something or had a question they were there. Leaving not becuase I want to.”

“My mother and I have been looking for an apartment for a while now, but I have to point out the girls in the office at Marquis at Westchase. They really went over and beyond to help us and out of their way to make it possible. Even though I'm not sure yet, I sure hope so because I have never felt so welcomed before. This place is the real deal.”

“The staff work together with maintenance to make sure all areas of the complex are taken care of and functioning properly. They know a lot of residents have called the Marquis at Westchase home for several years and take pride in keeping the grounds looking great. You would never know that there are numerous dogs that live there because the grounds are well manicured. I wouldn't want to call any other place home. The office staff goes well beyond their call of duty when it comes to taking care of the residents and their needs. It takes special people to keep a property looking new and everyone living there feeling special, but the staff and maintenance at Marquis at Westchase make it happen and make it seem so easy. Thank you everyone at Marquis at Westchase for giving me a special place to call home.”

“I love this community I've been living here since march! It's very a very peaceful community everyone is quiet and nice! The office staff is very professional and have treated me very nicely! Maintanence guys are very punctual and precise!”

“Noisy community, especially if you have neighbors upstaris.. walls so thin- u can hear your upstairs neighbors snor, flash down the toilet; staff is very arrogant and manager is never available.. lastly, pest control does not help, as we had cockroaches every 4 weeks”

“I do not recommend this place for families. There aren't any playgrounds for children, although there is a dog run. The apartments all come with a garage. However, our garage was infested with roaches when we moved in and the roaches got into our car. I had to stop parking in the garage. I informed the staff and they sprayed once and put out sticky traps. No other follow up was completed. The sidewalks in the area are in terrible shape - not great for walking with strollers. The apartments are nice, but again, not very kid friendly, especially if you get a second floor "walk up" with carpet. The majority of the staff are great, except for the finance person. She was incredibly unhelpful and even slightly rude. The community director was excellent though.”

“The manager introduce herself to me when I moved in, which really impressed me. Really great people that work in the office. So far I am happy where I live!”

“I absolutely love where I live it's very convenient to work the surrounding areas are nice, the grounds are in clean and well-kept, maintenance is there whenever I need them, and the office staff is very friendly and attentive. They always have something going at the townhome/ apartments for entertainment for the residence so yes I would definitely refer this complex to any of my friends.”
