“I’m so happy that Jondry was able to fix my bathtub. He is so respectful and kind. He is the best I’ve seen in a while. He always comes so fast and he does his job with a smile. He needs a raise! He always does a good job! Cece is wonderful as well. Soooo sweet and helpful!”

“Living at Westmount Copper Mill was an okay experience. I believe I was paying too much for what the apartments had to offer. One thing that I didn't appreciate was having to pay rent and then waiting a couple days for the utilities to process. I believe it should all be calculated together at the same time instead of having to find out I had pending charges due to the utilities not processing fast enough. Another issue I dealt with was the security at the apartments. Unfortunately, I had to experience my car being broken into twice during the time I lived there. If it wasn't so easy to have easy acces through the gates, I believe that would have been easily/ could have been avoided. Overall, my stay at Westmount at Copper Mill was just okay and I'm glad I decided to move.”

“My 7 years living here has not been too bad I have seen different staff in the leasing office come and go and they all were pretty friendly only thing about this place parking can get a little congested on some days they should start renting out parking spots in front of your building”

“Its been a real great experience and a fine challenge living here ,especially having to see alot of people moving out and some moving in,if renters high cost of living would stay at a low rate,people would not spend most of there time having to move out and pressure to look else where for a new place to live,well other then that,I'm still here for another year,so much on my comment hope you find it very intriguing.....”

“I can't lie, there is a problem with the stolen on cars, somebody stole my intake exhaust catalyst, I have problems with my car about that and I saw multiples cars whit the same problem, I saw no resident parking on designated areas smoking weed, we have afraid for that people we don't know who they are, I reported but the problem still.”

“It was great Cathleen helped me out a lot she made sure I had a smooth move in everyone in the office is poilite and nice and very helpful and my neighbors are also really helpful and nice I love it here”

“Good, no real issues. Management has gotten better over time. The repairs come pretty quickly. The overall aesthetic of the apartment complex is solid, but not great. Could look a little better. The prices keep going up on the rent and that is a problem. As the prices continue to rise I will end up being priced out of living here. The location is pretty good though.”

“Since my girlfriend and I have been staying here, we have ran into a lot of issues. Not all of the issues are necessarily the complex management's fault, but a lot of them are. The first night we moved in, our car got towed. Mind you, we paid for a parking spot, but the girl who was helping us was new and didn't hand us anything but the keys to the apartment and mailbox. I had to miss work that day, and they never reimbursed me for that loss. The pool is never really cleaned except for once a month. Not only that, but during the freeze, some water leaked into our walls because of some missing siding, and all the maintenance man did was spray paint over it(paint got on the ceiling too and they only did one layer). When we first moved in, there were roach eggs painted to the walls, dead roaches in cabinets, and their excuse was that the apartment was condemned before our move in. We paid for a renovated apartment with a fire place, and got a condemned, fire place lacking apartment with old appliances, and a tub that was also painted over. Not only that, but the gates are always left open, and there are never washers available due to hoodlums putting oatmeal and other weird things in them. Forget about your child's safety because people come out and break the speed bumps. I would advise strongly against ever staying here. They also charge you for things you never use. Sewer??? Exterminator???? Never have we used the exterminator service except the first week we moved in due to roaches that were still crawling when we moved in even though they claimed they already killed them. We had a screw missing out of our oven, and they refused to replace our screen sliding door that was ripped before we moved in. Their excuse was they had no more. My girlfriend and I have recieved hand written hate letters in our mail box just for loving who we want to love. Loads of other issues have come up, but I think you get the point. 10/10 just staying so we don't break a lease.”

“I love my time here so far. No problems with parking nor neighbors , things you come to expect in with apartment living. Also staff is a1. I only plan on staying for 6 months but I think I'll extend my stay.”

“Overall it's a good community, it's quite and it's in a great comercial area, everyone is very helpful and nice, I would recommend it to others, the only bad thing is lack of parking space after a certain time”

“So far it is great. But the gates are always broken, my truck has been broken into more then twice. But when I have something needs o be fixed, they come that same day or the next day. It is never long waiat. They answer happy and greet with a smile when you walk into the office. Also the wash room couuld have a make over.”

“Very helpful office management, well hospitality. Apartments are renovated. If any problem occurs the management solve it right away. Parking is good and available. Guest parkings are separated. Complex is clean.”
