“We’ve been living here at Wynnewood for almost two years, and the new management has taken care of A LOT of maintenance issues that’s been plaguing the complex. As well as beautiful renovations. The leasing staff however, in my opinion, are the BEST! We love the new promos they provide, all the amenities are great, and the beautiful trees in the center of the complex. Mr. Grant is my personal favorite staff member. He is ALWAYS so kind, helpful and professional.”

The pool, gym, and clubhouse are awesome, and there’s always something to do. Big shout-out to Brianne. She’s seriously amazing! Always friendly, helpful, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. She really goes above and beyond, and it makes living here even better. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, this is it!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Wynnewood Apartments, especially the new maintenance team! They’ve truly raised the bar with their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. I recently had a few minor issues in my unit, and the team responded so quickly—it was like they were already on standby! Not only did they fix everything perfectly, but they also took the time to explain what was done, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail make living here such a pleasure. Kudos to the new maintenance crew for making Wynnewood feel like home! Keep up the amazing work!”

“Apartment was cute at first glance, but listen to the bad reviews because I don't know where to begin. Roach infestation never exterminated, I had to file 2 police reports due to license plate stolen and car broke into within only 6 months of living here, apartment had water damage and dirty/broken appliances upon move-in, maintenance requests not fixed, rude manager, not enough parking, etc.”

“No Safety, If you join this community, you sleep with fear whether your car will have wheels on it or not. Your unit may be broken when you back to your apartment. No security at all. I can rate negative star is there available. Think thousand times before move this community.”

“Do not waste money to rent here the apartment I live there like five years and there's no safety nothing and I move out from there I have the pitcher for the apartment cleaning at all and after that also they send me $450 bill without any reason”

“I had my ups and downs there. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub mostly. If you came out at the right time there were sometimes hot chicks at the hot tub, but sometimes some overly aggressive grandma types(cougar). I used the exercise room sometimes but being an ex body builder the weights were way too light, so I had to rely on getting a gym membership to really lift the type weights I need. The real thing that soured me on the place though was I caught a thief trying to steal my tire. I almost caved that putz's face in and threw him up over the car beside mine. So some blood got on the neighbor's car, and the apartment took the side of the thief and neighbor? Ridiculous. OK i'll just let the putz steal my tire next time... My neighbors were weird too. Once I saw them out in the field behind bashing an old printer Office Space style...”

“We had our bikes stolen in December of 2018. Someone had to have climbed up onto our balcony and cut the bike lock we had secured around the bikes and the railing. We have a good idea of who did it, unfortunately they are losers and probably won't have to answer the police when we called and reported the stolen bikes.”
