Pros: This building is prewar , has large bedrooms, and living rooms . Things are dated but well kept. Cons: Another of people in and out , loud music being played outside is an issue . Advice to landlord: Keep the front of the building clear

Pros: The apartment is big and spacious. Cons: Not the best area to live in since it's so loud all the time.
