Living conditions

Pros: It’s cheap great window Cons: The building is pre war, very old Advice to landlord: Renovations is overdue

Cheaper is not always better! Fully inspect before anything!

Pros: Apartments are very spacious Cons: You could literally spend alil more for something else. Advice to landlord: Fully renovate your apartments. Everything is so half assed!
