Unit 2102S Pros: Nice gyms and amenities, decent apartment layouts, nice staff Cons: Some tenants don't pick up after their dogs, sometimes hard to track packages Advice to landlord: N/a

Pros: Good amenities, clean. Cons: They built a nice building but they don't want to take care of it. The elevators get stuck often. The rooftop is closed half of the year for no reason. The "smart hole" never work. 3rd party technicians have told me that they don't cole cause the management company did not pay them for previous visits. The water is not hot enough and the pressure is meh at best. The management office staff is VERY rude! Advice to landlord: Replace the office staff to people who wants to give service.

Pros: Laundry in building, gym Cons: Laundry can be a mess! The light bill in this building can get very pricey.

Pros: Price Modern building Amazon pickup & mail organized convenience Cons: Roaches Rats Break ins around the neighborhood Very rude neighbors parking lot floods and charges $400 for inhouse residents Managment doesn’t get back emails laundry room floods people leave clothes in washer/dryer for hours alcohol spills and weed smoke everywhere in building gym is gross & broken half the time pool room taken by people for hours refuse to share rooftop open 4-5 months Building does not love by own rules they don’t care if your neighbor is blasting music until 4 am…. Advice to landlord: Stricter application process. Enforce rules created

Unit 2506-S Pros: Luxury and modern finishes throughout the building and apartment itself. Decent amenities and friendly staff. Cons: STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUILDING!!! Uses it's proximity to Manhattan as a selling point despite how dangerous the area is. Not worth the price considering the sizes of the apartments and lack of attractions in the area. You can find a much better bang for your buck in a different borough like Brooklyn or somewhere else Advice to landlord: Charge a reasonable amount for rent without the constant dynamic pricing that changes from day to day.

Pros: I love all of the amenities and all of the staff are wonderful. Cons: Trash and outside of the building could be managed better. There’s a lot of new construction near the building but it doesn’t get to loud. Advice to landlord: None, no issues so far with living here.
