Pros: The neighbors & community Cons: Building management is desperate to freeze out the stabilized tenants & displace families who've built their lives there to profit. They are willing to use all measures including threatening tenants. The super is EVIL. Advice to landlord: Stop trying to ruin a neighborhood for profit
