Pros: -nice neighbors - Caribbean and African families - management is responsive although a tad bit slow unless you escalate Cons: Building can be dirty Advice to landlord: Schedule cleansing more often

Pros: the rent wasn’t bad Cons: roaches, small apartment, stolen mail, etc.

Pros: 2 apartment to each floor- maximum 5 floors. Cons: Broken lock and missing panes of glass on the lobby door. Dirty windows. Advice to landlord: Enforce the no loitering/ smoking rules in the lobby area. Upgrade the older units to keep pace with the upgraded units.
