there seems to be a surplus every year that they try to add to the rent...nuts....there is an outdoor pool which has been inoperable for about 10 years....to get to nearest store without walking by reputed gangbangers you have to drive about 4 blocks...they charge you for air conditioning even in the wintertime...absurd...

Four apartment buildings located smack in the middle of the ------. Put 2 and 2 together.

Buildings are not great but they are not the worst. Area is terrible though, this complex stands in the shadow of the Castle Hill Projects. That should explain it all. Not much around either, lack of stores or anything to do. A couple cheap 99 cent and 24 hour chicken places near the projects but that's about. Unsafe at night, even during the day it is a shady area.

Yes there are NYC Housing Projects around Jamie Towers........... can't help that! - but away from that Jamie, in the Bronx is the best thing out there!
