Unit 5b Pros: Walking distance to my job are is okay Cons: I moved in Jan of 2019 and have had 9 water leaks in my apartment 1 balcony drain 2 in my kitchen 6 in my bathroom. I live on the 5th floor and all leaks came from the apartments above A/B line for the bathroom and B/C line for my kitchen management refuses to do anything or even simply move a person to another apartment that’s available pls do your homework do not move here it is not worth the headache they give you a hard time to get your money back for selling defective apartments Advice to landlord: Taking care of unnecessary outdoor work but forgetting about the interior part of the building rust water when you shower lead piping and stop selling defective apartments

Pros: Clean; Friendly; close to everything Cons: Management does not respond promptly to apartment issues & argues with older persons; security is sometimes lazy; all elevators have not worked in forever; waterbugs always in the hallway Advice to landlord: BE NICE TO YOUR TENANTS, STOP CHANGING SECURITY COMPANIES EVERY TIME I COME HOME FROM WORK, AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY INSTEAD OF FRIVOLOUSLY SPENDING SHAREHOLDER MONEY

Pros: Laundry in building. No rowdy/ loud neighbors. Majority of tenants are pretty nice. It’s an older crowd. Cons: Loud neighborhood. The management office receptionist is the worst. Very rude.

Pros: The community.. security/doorman Cons: Landlord, always a leak or flood, management creates fake charges on rent, late fees, doesn’t return Equity. Elevators are always broken. Anthony F. Is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest and a thief. Who is the manager of the complex .. he forced many residents out there homes. Family has lived in these buildings since 1960s..we have watched the declined over the last 15 years with each management company and destroyed what used to be a great community..move in date late 60s I would give zero stars Advice to landlord: Do better for the Tenets
