Heart of Spanish Harlem and drugs

Pros: Takes in everyone who wants in. Literally anyone and everyone. Will try to treat even a cold. Cons: Takes in LITERALLY EVERYONE. Noisy and dirty. Advice to landlord: Clean up the place and actually have supplies for the cleaning.
