Pros: Amazing service, amazing views, amazing location! Very very fast elevators!! Cons: The price of rent Advice to landlord: Keep up the great service! Also, please, bring back the valet package delivery soon!

Pros: Unbeatable views Excellent front desk, package room and maintenance staff Very social building Average amenities Cons: Small deck and pool given the size of the building Management don’t care about you at all - all they care about is their profits and how they can charge you more money for EVERYTHING Overpriced Advice to landlord: Pay attention to the little things, like flooring that's scratched by previous tenants and then not replaced, yet you charge a fortune for any mark/scratch. The AC units are terrible quality and so noisy.
