Unit 153 Pros: the building cleaning staff works hard to keep a clean environment, packages are never stolen because there is a package room. Cons: TOO NOISY! People treat the building gym like it is a powerhouse gym, throwing weights at all hours of the day. I live on the 1st floor and my walls are constantly shaking from the gym. Walls are extremely thin so I can hear everything my neighbors are saying and watching. Additionally, although it is supposedly a non smoking building, I have had an issue with cigarette smoke filling my apartment. As an asthmatic it has been impossible to be comfortable in my own apartment. Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants and work harder to fix issues. Stop responding to emails saying you're sorry something is happening then doing nothing to fix it.

Unit 256 Pros: Beautiful, clean, amazing amenities, comfortable kitchens. Great water pressure. Big and beautiful windows. Cons: It’s very expensive to rent the amenities. Sometimes the doorman doesn’t pay attention to who enters the building. Advice to landlord: Reduce the price of the amenities so they can be actually used.

Pros: Beautiful lobby, great amenities , great appliances and fixtures in apartment Cons: Understaffed , doormen don’t check people in, neighbors don’t pick up after the pets , turned big chunk of units into affordable housing during pandemic for tax break. Advice to landlord: Hire more people for the front desk

Unit 535 Pros: The building is brand new and very comfortable! Lived here with a roommate in a very spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom with tons of natural light! The roof of the building is incredible. Everything was always clean and orderly and all maintenance requests were answered same day. Cons: The property management firm has very odd hours and is sometimes quite unresponsive, especially when it comes to amenity-related matter. Amenities are a bit of a scam sometimes as well - the cinema room is never available and the sauna is almost always closed. Packages also took forever to be processed sometimes. The area is kind of odd - it's a good 10-15 min walk to anything enjoyable.

Unit G44 Pros: Pretty clean building, nice finishes, cute common areas. Cons: Door man does not prevent people from waltzing in, neighbors are inconsiderate, noise carries like crazy, management is only attentive and responsive when they want money from you. Most of the kitchen sinks leak, construction is pretty shoddy low key. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive when your tenants reach out to you especially if they express they are experiencing hardship

Pros: This building is beautiful. Gorgeous units, phenomenal amenities. The rooftop is perhaps the best in Brooklyn. There is TONS of common space so you can relax outside or have a private working space within the safety of the property. Cons: Almost every other aspect of this building besides the looks is lacking. Goose Management is awful to deal with. They NEVER pick up their phone, and will take weeks to respond to an email. I did not receive my security deposit until over TWO months past my move-out date which was completely unacceptable. Aside from that, the security on the premises is abysmal. We experienced multiple break-ins from outside individuals who attempted to unlock occupied units on more than one occasion, and management promised that they would increase security and ensure that there were always two front door staff at all times. Unsurprisingly, they did not deliver on these promises, and the front is often left unattended. The real icing on the cake for me, and what made me glad to be leaving this place, was when I gave notice I would not be renewing my lease, and that SAME DAY, a broker and four prospective tenants unlocked and entered my unit with no warning for a tour. This shows that the building gives ZERO regard for your personal safety and security, and will happily give out your key to anyone who asks for it. This was truly appalling and I was only met with attitude and excuses from both the broker and building management about the situation. I know Rheingold looks shiny on the outside, but it is truly a nightmare. Forgot to add also that walls are PAPER thin and you will hear every single word spoken and noise that your neighbors make. Good luck! Advice to landlord: Just read everything I wrote above. Pay your building staff more and hire more front door staff so that they are not exhausted and overworked and quit after a month.
