Unit 5B Pros: The landlord was super responsive and human. Best landlord I've ever had in NYC Cons: Neighbors were a little loud sometimes and liked to party

Pros: I love the location and I feel I can get in touch with the building management whenever I need to. Cons: I wish the basement gym was cleaned regularly. It could be much nicer to use if it was.

South Williamsburg is a neighborhood of contrasts — the Hasidic Jewish community's established blocks sit alongside newly arrived artists and young professionals. Broadway cuts through with discount shops and Dominican restaurants, while side streets reveal hidden cafes and galleries.
