Unit 3H Pros: Rent stabilized in a pleasant neighborhood. Cons: The laundry room has been out of service for a year, and the machines require replacement. Management has taken no significant action to address this vital amenity, only sending a repairman who has been unable to resolve the ongoing issues. The hallways are quite dirty, and management tends to do just the bare minimum to keep the building up. Furthermore, the noise from children playing in the hallways can be quite disruptive. Advice to landlord: Replace the laundry machines in the basement.

Pros: nice and responsive super, clean halls and garbage area, family friendly Cons: the tenants overall are great, but some tenants are unhinged Advice to landlord: take complaints seriously

Pros: Elevator, laundry in building. Cons: Roaches. Unbearable heat in winter.
