Pros: It is a newer building. Washer dryer and full size appliances in all units. The views of Manhattan skyline from rooftop lounge are great. Cons: Building is not well built. Obvious they rushed to move some tenants in to start collecting rent because apartments on lower floors have flaws/cheaply finished e.g. wood floors not well laid. There has also been a lot of cost cutting recently which led to the owner replacing Greystar as management for a small local company that has not managed a building as big as Amberly before. This is recent and so far it has not been off to a great start. Advice to landlord: Stop cutting costs. It will only lead to property decline and tenants leaving for other buildings.
