Pros: 1. The building uses an app that handles service requests, package alerts, and other internal communication. 2. The people who work in the building are incredibly nice and helpful. Some of the best professionals in the city. 3. The building management is very responsive and even has an office on the second floor where someone is usually available if needed. 4. It always feels comfortable and safe coming back home to the building. Cons: 1. Sometimes the neighbors can be loud and though the building management tries to get them to be quiet, it's not always successful. 2. The A/C in gym and other communal areas sometimes go out for extended periods of time.

Pros: Clean, modern building Rooftop terrace with grills great area for metro access and walking around management is friendly, responsive Cons: There are bad neighbors on certain floors. Ask questions and do your due diligence

Pros: Is in a great location for public transportation. Beautiful lobby and great concierge. Great spacious kitchen and perfect for storage. Cons: Cheaply built and finishes! You can hear the neighbors and too much noise.

Pros: convenient location; top-notch appliances; nice gym Cons: Interior construction quality is not the best; noise level is pretty high due to construction at Macy’s and 11 Hoyt; some staffs can be lukewarm from time to time

Pros: New Great app Great amenities Clean Location is convenient Obsessed with my apartment Friendly doormen and staff Professional and responsive Cons: Honestly nothing I can think of. It’s the best apt I’ve lived in in NYC and maybe anywhere. Advice to landlord: Nothing I’m very happy here.

Pros: Lot of amenities. Gym, rooftop, doorman, w/d in unit. Maintenance. Lounge. Light hardwood floors are beautiful. Neighborhood is within minutes of Trader Joe’s, target and 15 minutes from Brooklyn bridge (west) and prospect park (east). Friendly doormen and maintenance staff. Water, heat, power and internet work well. Cons: Takes forever to get an elevator but due to COVID. Marijuana smells from neighbors come through vents even though it’s strictly no smoking. W/d and dishwasher break down frequently but fixed easily by maintenance. Sometimes can hear neighbors upstairs. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work!
