Pros: Front desk is really helpful. Cons: Every employee is non responsible. No heat provided for over 8+ days now. No email communications anywhere. Calls and emails go un responded. This is a class C violation. And living in a "luxury apartment" this is pure negligence Advice to landlord: Stop putting your tenants at health risks. Fix the heat; update your tenants and do the right thing.
