Unit 3 Pros: - good water pressure - live in super was helpful Cons: - somehow our gas meter was connected to our upstairs neighbors’ (who hadn’t paid their gas bill) so we went without stove/oven access for about a month

Pros: Nice super that lives in the building Cons: Management company never responds. Like ever. Heat is not great and both heat and hot water goes in and out Advice to landlord: Don’t live here
